Fantastic experience: Happy to say We have been paitences of dr LUVISOTTO for a while his bed side manner is awesome. the best staff in windsor always ready for anything with big smiles on their faces at all times,Dr.Luvisooto always explains step by step procedurs it is great to go into his office and know they are the best team.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best dentist I ever been too, Mark is amazing but his assistance named Sanaa and other dentist ( Dr. Nangia ) , is absolutely saints!!! . Nangia was so gentle today with my root canal and she did more than expected she went above and beyond . & her assistant Sanaa I love so much she has such a big heart always asking and making sure you’re okay. They have new pink jackets and they bring so much joy to the office. The ladies at the front desk are amazing too. I love Vicky and her awesome accent lol! Everyone is awesome there- I highly highly recommend this dentist and I will forever be here for the rest of my life. And Mark goes above and beyond for his patients Especially the children!! The first time I went there for a cleaning I couldn't believe how good of a job the dental hygienist was when she was cleaning my teeth considering I have sensitivity to cold water big time and with the job she did I didn't have any issues at all. Dr. Luvisotto has been my dentist for the past 10 years (at least), and he always shows a great level of professionalism, kindness, and care for you as his patient. My past few appointments have been with Dr. Nangia, who is also extremely caring, professional, and goes the additional length to explain why you are receiving a certain procedure and how it will benefit you. Both Dr's are phenomenal at their profession and are great people to their patients. All the other staff in the office (receptionists, dental hygienists, and assistants) are phenomenal as well, and take great care of me when I'm there for an appointment. A bad experience at this age can make future Dental visits difficult. So I am really thankful to Dr.Nangia for the positive and comforting experience we had with her. Highly recommended!

I went in for a root canal and, honestly, I was really nervous at first but Dr. Luvisotto was so kind, patient, and informative that I quickly felt comfortable and at ease. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was happening each step of the way. The hygienists and staff were also amazing very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They answered my phone call right away and were able to fit me in for an appointment without any hassle. I truly appreciate how professional and caring everyone was. Highly recommend Dr. Luvisotto’s office if you’re looking for quality dental care with a personal touch!

Negative experience: I ve been a patient for 3 years now. I keep going because of the doctor, otherwise I would not sep in this clinic. VIKY is the worst, always speaks to me the way you do not speak with anybody, just without any care for the paying patient. Whenever I go in, she never says hi back. I say HELLO VIKY, GOOD MORNING....no answer as if I was speaking with the walls. Complete unpolite and I do not understand why. All I did was just come in and pay and be a patient of the office. 6 months later update I consider the same. I take my words back when it comes to the doctor. Is not good at all

They're very patient and kind at EVERY visit!

Fantastic experience: The British woman at the front desk was the only nice one but she kept muttering weird things about King Charles. The Italian woman at the desk kept busting my balls about being “too loud” and the dental hygienist may just as well have been a personal trainer from the amount of squats I had to do. The doctor himself came in and started eating a big bowl of spaghetti while talking. When I asked him to stop he just said “#italianthings” and walked away laughing. If you are out there reading this it’s MOSTLY all fake. Great time was had by all 11/10 will be back for more teeth things. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: The admin staff make the experience. They’re fun and friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy their work. The hygienists are focused on your comfort in a way I’ve not experienced in the past. Dr. Luvisotto is easy going and pragmatic - tell him your goals and what you can afford and he’ll tell you what is possible. Overall I’d say the vibe is fun and friendly. As someone who doesn’t drive I can slightly bemoan the location. But to be fair, that is just Windsor. I’d definitely recommend this team to anyone.
