Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with Dr. Chris DiPonio. Always friendly yet very professional. I had a root canal done and he was always concerned that I didn’t feel any pain during the very long procedure. His dental assistant Sidney was also very proficient and the two of them worked well together as though they have been working together for many years. If you can say that a root canal was enjoyable I know you would be lying but my root canal went as smooth as possible. I really think it was more stressful for Dr. Chris than it was for me. When it was all done Dr. Chris said he was very happy with the results. If he is happy so am I. He always does a great job and I know I never have to worry with him and Sidney taking good care of me. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Everything was running on time. The hygenist was personable, efficient and explained everything. The secretary fully explained the billing process and forwarded my claim to the insurance company. She was going to also inquire about whether I was able to have additional cleanings, etc, still covered by the insurance company. The dentist checked my teeth thoroughly and spent additional time with me. I would highly recommend Eastside Dental

Fantastic experience: I used to HATE going to the dentist for anything but the care that I get at Eastside Dental makes it amazing. It's actually a fun and casual time each visit. Dr Serra is my guy but any of the staff are truly amazing. I know that when I go there, be it for a simple cleaning or to fix a break I'm 100% confident that it'll be done perfectly. Its "pain free" and stress free which is exactly what makes it a comfortable visit. I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Serra and his staff are amazing! Special shout out to Corey and Maria. In 2003 I was connected with Dr. Serra when I had a dental emergency. After a previous negative experience with a different dentist, I had very bad anxiety if I required any dental work. Dr. Serra put me at ease and after 23 years, Corey no longer needs to hold my hand when I am getting a filling! The office staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Sharri H.

Fantastic experience: I went in today as a new patient and was absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet, I didn't have to wait at all, and the whole office is stunning. The best part though was Dr. Serra and his dental assistant. They were both so friendly and I felt very comfortable from the start of my appointment. Not only did they seem to work really well together which always gives me confidence, but they also communicated to me what was happening throughout and what the next step will be. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Paul Serra since I was really young. The staff has always been very kind and sweet. My dentist has always been great at what he does. I had a wisdom tooth that has been out for some years, and I finally started giving me pain this past week. I called and they fit me in really quickly, and Dr. Serra removed it with ease.
