Negative experience: Receptionist had a total attitude without any accountability. My wife had her wisdom tooth extracted and she got a dry socket. For those that know it’s excruciating pain. She suffered through it over the weekend and called early Monday to see the dentist. The receptionist wouldn’t accommodate an early appointment and later said the dentist doesn’t come in until later and if we want to come in early we can come sit and wait. So our appointment was for 10am. When we went in for 10am she said we missed the appointment and said she texted my wife. There was no text or call from her. My wife was in extreme pain and asked for not be rude at the least. I told her as well that she never said anything about an early appointment but she kept arguing. My wife cried sitting there waiting for the dentist. Once she was finally seen, my wife told the dentist about the incident and no accountability was taken. No one ever apologized. Patient care and concern was not a priority and no one ever followed up. This was a terrible experience.

Fantastic experience: The dentist spent time to assess my situation and offered a treatment plans for me which elevated lots of worries for me. Thank you Dr. Nguyen for helping me to see a whole picture of treatment plans.

Fantastic experience: Katlyn and Dr. Moshiri were amazing with my 3yr old daughter Olivia. They helped her to feel comfortable and actually have fun at her appointment! She didn’t want to leave and she can’t wait for her next visit! I would highly recommend the entire Roseland Team for always being so welcoming, making us feel comfortable, and treating us like family.

Called many dental clinics in Windsor, they denied to look into this matter as it was nearly end of the day.And roseland receptionist/staff who attended the call really supported us. Appreciate the roseland team and their to do attitude even if it’s near to the holiday season. It really helped as it’s Christmas coming up and we had many gatherings. Negative experience: Charged us $50 because the city bus died on route. Spent over an hour getting there. Switching dentists. Youve also booked me for appointments without consent and demand I pay you for not showing up to an apppintment I never knew about.

Fantastic experience: I’m embarrassed to admit that I have terrible teeth. Like most Canadians, I didn’t have dental coverage. Well, once approved for odsp I felt it time to finally see a dentist. This planned visit became a very unplanned emergency however when my mouth started throbbing profusely and for days straight I couldn’t eat or sleep. Despite being unsure and terrified of being judged I called in anyway. They got me in WITHIN THE HOUR! I was honestly so ill prepared I was late! (In which they were understanding when they called to make sure I was on the way!) Regardless of being late they got me in so quickly, gave me no issues with odsp paperwork and in I went! I wish I could remember names but I don’t and I regret that immensely because I received the most amazing care from probably the sweetest assistant and the most passionate dentist I have ever met. He made a clear goal with me for my teeth, made sure that I knew my smile could be saved and honestly he made me feel so understood and not ugly or gross. You can tell when someone loves their job and you can tell he’s proud of the smiles he helps create. From reception to the assistants I cannot thank you all enough for making this experience so easy for me. Thanks to your compassion and care, I’m ready to take on the challenges of restoring my smile and I can’t wait to show it off when it’s all fixed! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Fantastic experience: I visited Roseland Dental clinic in January 2025. I had the best and painless experience with Dr. Moshiri. She was very gentle with all procedures that she did. She and her team were constantly making sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure and wasn't experiencing any pain. If you're looking for a dentist in Windsor she is the best.

Negative experience: We know we are still under 2024 benefit/fee guide as our union trying to renew our contract. Been with dentists in GTA and over here. We always had benefit but No dentist asked us to pay $3.00 because it is the difference between our 2024 fee guide and the 2025 fee guide. We are bringing you 6 customers through out the year. What is $3.00. Honestly we were very dissapointed. Been with you guys for almost 4 yrs and can't even swallow $3.00??
