Negative experience: If I can give 0 stars I would. I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I simply asked whether the practice is privately owned, which is a reasonable and normal question, and instead of answering professionally, I was treated rudely and effectively denied service. The interaction felt unwelcoming and dismissive, and the way my question was handled showed a lack of basic customer service and transparency. No patient should feel uncomfortable or shut down for asking a straightforward question before booking care. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful, patient-centered service.

Fantastic experience: Coscarella Dentistry has always treated my husband and I with kindness and great respect. From the front desk to the excellent treatment offered we are in capable hands. We have been patients at this office since 1969 and have no reason to ever look elsewhere. Each visit is a very satisfying and the work completed is above expectation. When an issue arise with our teeth an appointment is made and we are in within a day or 2 .

Fantastic experience: Well I had a Root canal done and then a crown all on the same visit. Those are not fun but Gennaro made it painlessly easy for me. First he walked me through the options I had, and then we selected the root canal and crown option. After that he discussed the process as he was going along making the entire visit a non issue. I am Completely satisfied.

Negative experience: We had terrible experience with this place. The family members in the clinic have obvious discrimination on some groups of nationality, even though you may result in paying more than other people they respect. They can file multiple claims to insurance company for one visit of regular check and cleaning. The old lady even cancel my daughter's appointment without any reasons. I made the appointment for my daughter two months ago so that she can check her teeth during her winter break back home. The most shock part is, an old staff told me that he is the god of this place, when I asked them why they did this to us? I wouldn't recommend any one to visit this clinic, unless you feel that you belong to the respectful group in their mind. Just leave this clinic alone under its declared godness.

Got my son's 2 broken teeth fixed as he was in pain as nerve exposed, cost alot, but my insurance covered it. Thankful they had time for me and he was taken care of right away after xray. Can't thank the team enough for helping us so quickly. He is thankful aswell.

Negative experience: I needed implants, Dr. Checked and told me that they Will give me estimate. I found their estimate exorbitantly high. Even its guided means it’s using CBCT AND GUIDED implants, it doesn’t require high skills. Yet they want to charge $2000/- per hour.

Dr. Gennaro Coscarella is extremely patient and gifted, he carefully listens to your problem, then goes through all the solutions that are available for your problem and chooses not only the best solution but also an affordable one. He will explain to you step by step what to expect and what the final result will look like, sometimes by using models which he prepares in his office. The best solution to my problem was teeth crown. Dr. Gennaro Coscarella is a perfectionist and can do anything; he is truly gifted with his hands. He performed each step meticulously and professionally; giving enough time for recuperation before the next step where was necessary to guarantee the best end result. In my case the end results were amazing. They exceeded all of my expectations. My family and I are very happy and satisfied with the results. My smile and confidence is 100 percent back. If you are looking for a dentist for any reason consider going to Coscarella Family Dentistry you’ll never be disappointed. You will be immensely satisfied!

Negative experience: Worst dental experience ever and was just a total waste of time going there. Next time a new patient calls to book an appointment just for cleaning, you guys should get the insurance information ahead instead of blindsiding them with unnecessary expenses by lying that the insurance company doesn’t cover them. I’ve gone to several dental clinics and I’ve had my dental X-ray done and full exam done without having to pay out of pocket because they were covered by my insurance. You can imagine my surprise moving to Windsor just few months ago and needed to get a new dentist, only to be told I have to pay out of pocket. These unnecessary gimmick to get money. So pissed because I had to take time off work only to get there and then have to cancel the stupid appointment. Definitely the worst experience ever.

They both Dr. Frankel and Dr. Gennaro Coscarella do excellent job, it related to installation of implants or general dentistry and price is reasonable. Negative experience: I went in for a dental checkup, twenty minutes later I was out $199. That was with no X-rays! Just a cleaning and flossing. I think Dentists make more than Doctors now? My son is an MD and he doesn't make that much. Might have to do some research on a new Dentist?

When I bring both my young children they are taken care of by 2 different dentists at the same time. I had a mouth gaurd made for my teeth as I grind in my sleep. I've never had one fit as well as this one. The most important thing to note from my experience is that I never had such a thorough teeth cleaning done in all my years of seeing dentists. I am so happy my wife convinced me to switch dentists. 10/10
