Fantastic experience: After avoiding my oral health for too long I carefully selected a dentist to go to for the first time in a long time. I was nervous and dreading it but all the girls here from reception to the hygienist and dentist were sweet, helpful and patient as could be!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental experience I have ever had in my entire life. I can’t possibly recommend this place enough. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It feels like going to your neighbor’s house and hang out with all your other neighbours to have coffee. Not only did everyone know my name. It’s clear that they know everyone’s name. Customer service is obviously a really big priority here. The office is meticulously clean, outfitted with the latest technology, and with the most knowledgable staff. Summer patiently cleaned my teeth while answering my questions and explaining absolutely everything to me-Best dental hygienist ever!! Dr. Sarah was a gem. She was so quick and knowledgeable, but also so warm and friendly. If you’re a little bit nervous or unsure about the dentist, this is the place for you. They will answer your questions, ensure your comfort and make you feel truly at home. Instead of anticipating some kind of mediaeval torture experiment, you can anticipate a lovely spa for your well deserving teeth-Just make an appointment already, you’ll take me later.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I love walkerville dental. After a traumatic experience at another dental office I made an appointment for my daughter here. Their client care is exceptional, and my daughter has no fears heading in to her appointments. They listen to her concerns, answer her questions and treat HER like the patient not me which I love. My daughter is 8 and she feels very much more at ease when she is aware of what happens during procedures and I appreciate that they respectfully talk to her directly about these things and take the time to answer her questions and make her most comfortable. She does not like laughing gas and prefers to do without, honouring her choices after hearing her reasoning without trying to convince her otherwise has been wonderful for her too. Always a positive experience for both of us!

Receptionists are always friendly and polite. The office is in a convenient location. All staff, Dr., assistants and dental hygienists are very professional.

The dental assistants do an awesome job and also asks the patient if everything is ok before they proceed with cleaning the dentists are very friendly and thorough when they come to examine your teeth. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Walkerville Dental since 2011 and I've always received excellent care here! The staff are all super friendly and my teeth are all looking awesome! They helped me find the right Orthodontist for my Invisalign, and they were very helpful in working with the Orthodontist's schedule to get the work done that needed doing. I recently got a veneer / crown tooth done (it was a combination, due to it's trickiness). It's one of my two front teeth and they matched it perfectly. Thank you! My teeth look great, feel great and I'm beyond happy with my smile :)

Fantastic experience: I'm very impressed with Dr. Sarah Nafal and all the staff members at Walkerville Dental after recently switching to this dental office. The level of care and treatment has been excellent and surpasses what I've experienced in other dental offices. As a person with complex health issues and a few physical limitations I felt well cared for, especially when several accommodations were made to make my visit and treatments very comfortable. One example is when I disclosed in my initial health information form that I have neck issues, the dental hygienist had a few options for neck support ready for me on my first visit. She took great care to make sure my head and neck were comfortable during my cleaning and it made a big difference.

Fantastic experience: Walkerville Dental is probably the best Dentist I have ever been too. They are all very sweet, caring and understanding, zero judgment. I highly recommend Dc Sarah she made a broken messed up tooth look perfect and matched the colour of my other teeth so you would never know she rebuilt it from nothing. It’s unfortunate that I am moving far away and can’t take them with me I wish all Dentist were like her they should take a lesson of compassion, skill and knowledge from her.

Allonge the Nurse and Dr. Where very careful and when I got my tooth pulled they were very good where I didn't feel any pain . Also not a long wait at all. Fantastic experience: Absolutely highly recommend! I’ve had 2 visits now with the Walkerville Dental team and I can honestly say they’re amazing and make going to the dentist way less scary! This will forever be my go to dental office from here on out :) I had the pleasure of getting a root canal done with Dr Khalil today and I couldn’t be happier with the result - finally there’s no more pain! He took his time & it seemed like he was triple checking everything which is highly appreciated. He made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole treatment & talked me through any uncomfortable parts so that I could expect the discomfort coming my way. Post treatment I had an issue with a bit too much filling (from my own lack of being able to bite down initially) and he took me in right away to correct the pressure/discomfort. Thank you to Dr Khalil and everyone else at Walkerville Dental for the outstanding service!!

Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful to everyone who had written a review that prompted me to go to Walkerville Dental. Hands-down the best experience I've had at a dental office. Everyone was incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was soothing and the cleaning was exceptional. The best way to describe it is the difference between having your car cleaned and your car detailed. It felt more like I had detailing done on my teeth. In all my years, I've never had such a thorough job done. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you a story. Just yesterday I was here for a tooth extraction. I had 2 teeth, one on the top left and one on the bottom left, both wisdoms. It was going very well, and I was having a ball, and they even let me watch Netflix shows! But all of a sudden, something went awry. My bottom left tooth, so deep in my gums, took the dental surgeons about a full hour and it wasn’t budging. Close to the closing time at 4 pm, I was given two options; be sedated and have the tooth surgically removed another time, or wait for one Doctor Jazz and have it potentially removed today. I chose the latter. Doctor Jazz was a total professional. He basically mined the tooth out of me for about an hour. He used precision strikes, chiseling it and drilling it down until it could be removed. And it was. Thank you all for the tooth extraction. All of the dental techs involved as well :) And thank you very much Doctor Jazz for not giving up on my tooth!

Positive experience: Overall, the service here was really good. It was for my 90-year-old mother who qualified for the "Free" dental care but before the visit, I had two or three telephone chats with the reception/admin lady. She never said there would be extra costs on top of the "Free" dental care the feds offer in this new program. I said this to her after my mum was charged an extra $160 on the first visit why she didn't mention any extra costs. She apologized for being disingenuous. To be fair, I didn't ask if there would be extra charges but when it's being touted as "Free" you expect that. My mum was charged a percentage of the total cost on each of her three visits. Not sure if all dental offices are doing this but this isn't right, especially when they don't tell you there are extra costs on a Free program. Dental offices shouldn't be allowed to do this.
