Fantastic experience: Came here for the first time for an emergency appointment after I damaged one of my front teeth in 2024 and have been coming ever since. I love this place and staff here. They take a lot of pride in what they do and it makes such a difference. Dr. Azza is amazing and thank you to the whole clinic for a great experience every time. As someone who has issues with anesthetics not working, this is the first clinic I've been to who not only listened to me, but now has added it in my chart that I need extra freezing. Yesterday I went in for a few fillings and it was the first time in my life it was a totally pain free experience! They even use a little topical anesthetic before they do the anesthetic, it's very appreciated. Plus after they do work, they let you know what is normal and what isn't/what should prompt you to call and come back in. It's a small thing, but reminding me to be careful of hot foods while my mouth is still frozen is a good reminder.

She’s very friendly and personable, and I like the way she gives you little updates throughout the procedure, and checks in from time to time to make sure you’re doing okay. I found her to be an extremely good Dentist, as was her assistant Grace. I know I’m in good hands with Dr. Bell when Dr. Weisshaar fully retires!

Negative experience: On the first day, after checking the insurance they said my coverage is 2k. As it was only a week I got the insurance, was not sure about how much is covered or I am too new to these things to understand. Anyways, I agreed to take their service upto 2k for the year and made all the adjustment on the first day even paid 1 cad which was billed after adjusting 2k from my insurance. It is even mentioned on the invoice made the first day. After the service, on the third visit, they charged me 500+ cad. They said my coverage is 1500 cad per year after all the services. They fooled me saying 2k on the first day. For me, 500 cad is a lot and I could even get more services with that 500 cad from my country, as it’s cheap there. They are scamming people who have less knowledge or new to this country. Be aware. Never going or suggesting anyone to go there.

I used to come to the Avenue Dental when I was younger, and the kindness of the staff and informative doctors made it a very good experience! I believe the hygienist was Sara, and my dentist was Dr. Bell. Both very friendly and helpful to fill me in on what was going on in my mouth. My teeth look wonderful!

Fantastic experience: A great experience as usual . I had a new hygienist and she apologized for the delay which wad about 10 minutes. She was very friendly and throughout my cleaning she explained everything that she was doing. And when I was done she came out to the front desk with me, apologized and for the wait and said have a great day.

Fantastic experience: Usually with dental work I get laughing gas to calm my nerves. On this day the machine was broken so I wouldn’t be able to get it. They told me I could rebook and come back another day. They helped me relax enough that I went through with the procedure without the laughing gas. They talked me through everything that was happening and what was yet to come. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: So I have nothing but praise for the care and concern Avenue dental provides. My most recent experience involved a lot of preemptive skills. Dr Bell and Dr Ryahi we’re very thorough in there applications therein. Nothing in this world is ever truly perfect and they were as clear and concise as anyone could be. In difficult or emergency situations they truly do their best to rectify. Their support staff always friendly and make you feel supported. There are many and I can’t mention them all but again leave you feeling comfortable and almost part of a family. Since Dr Bell is my usual dentist at the moment I want to extend a special message about how talented she is in her skill set and how much I appreciate her honesty and has establish an integrity I believe is important today.
