Negative experience: In the process of filing a complaint with the board and Better Business Bureau. The practice refused to provide dentist’s registration number who did the root canal. She said he didn’t have one. It is my impression that the practice thought they could take advantage of my son who has a visual impairment. She was deceptive and told us that EVERYTHING was covered through insurance and then sent me a bill in the mail SIX months later. They failed to address my son‘s cracked tooth. When I called to address the bill and told them we had to go elsewhere to get the tooth fixed, there was no concern or care. They should be compensating my son not the other way around. What a nightmare. Would not recommend. Lots of great ethical dentist offices out there…I would recommend to shop around and save yourself the headache.

Negative experience: Watch out for their scams and malicious practice. I went there for my daughter's checkup, and when the doctor came in, she asked how I was going to pay. I told her I had a Canadian dental care card, and she said to submit it to the front desk first so she could start the process. I gave my card to the front desk, and after the checkup, the front desk staff told me our insurance wasn't approved, and I needed to pay with my card. They intentionally don't check before starting the checkup and then trap you into paying cash afterward. They also won't tell you upfront that your insurance card won't work and you'll need to pay cash. Be careful if you go to this clinic and make sure they check your insurance card upfront, or you'll be surprised and have to pay cash out of your own pocket.

Fantastic experience: Caroline, continues to do a terrific job of cleaning my teeth and advising me on the care of my teeth. I feel lucky to have Caroline take care of my teeth. As always Caroline did a great job of caring for my teeth. Dr. Mady helped me my providing me with his professional opinion for and upcoming procedure thus putting my mind at ease. I appreciate him and his staff. Thank you. Caroline did a great job cleaning my teeth today. She also answered questions I had about taking care of my teeth. Since Juarte retired, Caroline has been my dental hygienist. She is excellent and has continued to help me take care of my teeth. Thank you Caroline. Juarte is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She is the best! She is so professional and careful. Juarte does an excellent job. Over the years, she has taught me and helped me take care of my teeth. I appreciate her so much and highly recommend her. I have been a patient of Dr Mady since he first began his practice on Tecumseh Rd. I have found him to be the best dentist I have ever had. Even when I moved from Windsor, I continued to go to him and would travel back to Windsor to have him care for my teeth. He is professional, honest, caring and and communicates with you about the care of your teeth. I am grateful he is my dentist. I recommend him highly; he cares about his patients.

Dr. Sera was incredibly kind — when she learned I was breastfeeding and on a liquid diet, she made time the same day to fix my tooth. The procedure was so smooth and gentle, even the freezing barely hurt. At my next visit, she even checked my insurance balance to save me out-of-pocket costs. As someone who has always been scared of dentists, I can honestly say Dr. Sera is the best I’ve ever met. I’m so grateful for her care and kindness!

Fantastic experience: Ive been going to Madison Dental since I was a teen. I now have 2 little girls of my own. Today my youngest (3 years) went for her first full cleaning and our hygienist was amazing. She explained what she was doing each step of the way and made myself and my little one very comfortable. I show up and I get President Trump ultra ego with who are you fake news or your going to be deported to the south pole to play with penguins or be one. I know things can be crazy there but she was crazy when she applied there.when I go there i don't know weather to say hi or curl up in the fetal position with her. The staff take pride in the services they offer. The Drs have always been thorough when explaining procedures as well as going through all options of dental care. Negative experience: This place is a joke. Called to cancel appointment cause my youngest was happy a painc attack and anxiety. I explained about my daughter what she is going through and she has adhd and autism. They told me they can't take her anymore cause she has anxiety. They didn't even make her another appointment for her anymore. Told me to go somewhere else now cause she has anxiety. This is not right that this dentist place discrimination people with mental health, anxiety, painc attacks, adhd, etc. They are psychophobia. They stop taking my kid cause of her anxiety and telling me that I have to go to London to see a dentist that deals with anxiety. Now they are telling people that has mental health to go somewhere else. Disgusting place. Dentist has liquor bottle in his office and drinks when working. Now he has a drinking problem but it's ok I guess right???
