Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had two post implants carried out by Dr Lazotte. I had already had two teeth removed by Dr Lazotte in 2025 and my current experience was equally a good experience (if one can say that about any dental work!). Dr Lazotte works quietly and calmly, ensures his patient is comfortable and aware of what is transpiring during the procedure and does his work confidently and professionally. He is assisted by friendly and competent assistants who do their best to make you relaxed and comfortable. Again the experience was excellent!

Fantastic experience: All the staff here are very kind! I had a tooth extraction done by Dr. Lizotte. Everything was explained in detail of what was going happen. He made sure I was not in any pain and checked in multiple times during the procedure to make sure there was no pain. I did have some concerns with bleeding later that day, and the reception desk gave me some instructions as well as Dr. Lizotte's cell number if I needing anything over the weekend. Dr. Lizotte called around 9PM to check in and see how I was doing, and if I had any question. I appreciated the call, and the kindness from Dr. Lizotte, as well as all the staff! Would definitely go back!

Fantastic experience: Entire staff were professional, helpful and supportive. Leanna was through and clear when booking my appointment. Alexa went the extra mile with me, taking my blood pressure several times and using different methods. My BP was high when it was first taken and Alexa was very good, taking her time and allowing me to relax. During my procedure both Alexa and Dr Lizotte asked if I was OK. This was very reassuring. Procedure was outlined clearly by De Lizotte. Aftercare was clearly explained by Alexa. Dr Lizotte called following the procedure to see how I was doing and said to call if I needed to. Fantastic experience: Jasper Avenue Dental is my preferred destination for dental hygiene for the last 20 years. I recommend it highly for several reasons. The front desk staff is very friendly and it puts the anxious patients at ease right from the start. Waiting room is spacious, but I have never seen more that two people waiting, as the appointments are arranged very efficiently. Patient rooms are open and very well organized with. All supplies appear when needed and are disposed when they should be. The cleaningness is a top priority. All questions are answered and the best advice is given. Since this office is located downtown, where parking is difficult it is very appreciated to have the vehicle automatically registered. Thank you for great experience.

Fantastic experience: Was referred to this clinic for wisdom tooth extraction, saw Dr. Nguyen who has been doing this for three decades. Everyone there was super nice and knowledgeable, and Dr. Nguyen Was able to extract three wisdom teeth within an hour. I had as good of an experience as one can possibly have when having three teeth that are impacted in the jaw bone removed from their face. They did a great job. I was also able to call post-op And had any recovery questions I had answered as well.

Fantastic experience: Staff was very friendly. Dr. Wes Carlson is awesome at extractions! He made the procedure virtually painless and very efficient. I highly recommend this facility. Although I had to pay in advance, my insurance claim was automatically submitted by the staff in office. I didn't have to submit receipts or contact my insurance. Simply wait for reimbursement. Great experience even though I usually don't like going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hai Nguyen is awesome. He always explain everything in details, make sure you understand all the options, risks and help you to take the best decision for you dental treatment. I really feel he cares a lot about this patients. Furthermore, all the staff at the clinic is super friendly and helpful. It may be a bit pricey (almost always a bit of my bills needs to go to my second insurance as their price seems to be higher than the max that Sunlife pays), but it's totally worth (specially if you have coordination of insurance and don't need to pay nothing out of the pocket. Lol)

Jade patiently explained every step of work that would be performed and Dr. Lizotte went trough the pros and cons of the various options of my treatment plan. The remains of my broken tooth were extracted painlessly and I left with detailed instructions for my recovery. Leanna provided me with a breakdown of the costs after obtaining the coverage details from my insurer. I feel confident that my subsequent visits will follow the same pattern I experienced today. Now that my journey with them is nearing the end I am even more impressed by the professional mastery that I witnessed. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by Leanna or Donna, two of the kindest women I’ve ever met. They always know your name, why you’re there, and they even make sure you haven’t paid for parking by mistake. They truly set the tone for the entire experience. One day, I came in for a procedure I was extremely anxious about and honestly didn’t want to go through with. Leanna checked me in, calmed me down, and showed me so much compassion. My journey with Jasper Ave has been a long one, and at my most recent appointment she told me she remembered how nervous I’d been at the start and that she was proud of how far I’d come. Her kind words brought me to tears. And the kindness doesn’t stop at the front desk. Every member of the team is patient, gentle, and genuinely understanding. During one procedure, a staff member even held my hand the entire time to help me feel supported. Jade and Jessika also deserve special mention. Both of them have played a huge part in making my visits easier. They’re gentle, patient, and incredibly reassuring. Whether it’s explaining what’s happening, checking in constantly, or just offering a comforting presence, they make you feel genuinely cared for. I always feel like I’m in safe hands with them. Dr. Lizotte himself is incredibly passionate about providing thoughtful, informative care. He makes sure you have time to ask questions, never rushes you, and checks in constantly to ensure you’re comfortable. He explains everything clearly and in a way that’s easy to understand. After one of my “scary” procedures, I left the office in tears, and later that evening—outside of office hours Dr. Lizotte personally called to make sure I was doing alright. I’ve never heard of another dentist going that far for a patient. He truly raises the standard for every aspect of patient care. If you’re putting off a dental procedure because of fear, I genuinely encourage you to contact Jasper Ave Dental. They will support you every step of the way. You won’t find a more competent and compassionate team.

Fantastic experience: These extractions went amazingly well with Dr Lizotte. The last time I had a tooth removed there was a lot of reefing on my jaw. This time it was over before I thought he had started in earnest.

Negative experience: I came in for a cleaning after being told by the receptionist, Nicole, that my insurance had no limit and that I’d only pay a small amount after coverage. When I showed up for my appointment, the hygienist said she could only do half of my cleaning that day, and after the half was done, I was told I’d have to pay for the rest out of pocket because my coverage was already used up. When I asked about it, Nicole said she’s “not a psychic” and that “everyone’s teeth are different.” I found that comment very dismissive and unprofessional — it made me feel uncomfortable and looked down on as a patient. Because of this experience and the lack of clear communication, I’ve decided to cancel the other treatments I had planned here. I lost my trust and hope the clinic improves how they communicate with patients and handle these situations more respectfully.

The nurse patiently explained the procedure before we go on the surgery and and explain the things to be careful about after the extraction and the tips to take care the wound. Even though it( the instruction) is printed on the paper. She was so kind like she was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to take good care of my self( my wound). and the staffs are very friendly. It was a surgery I that was nerves about, but the staffs and doctors were very friendly so that it had made me feel much less stress.

Fantastic experience: My mother, 83, was referred to Dr Lazotte earlier this week after she was assessed with a fractured tooth. Dr Lazotte's office promptly contacted us and scheduled an appointment to resolve the issue. Mom walked out of the successful surgery this morning and has been improving all day. Her experience with Dr Lazotte was calming, painless, and informed throughout. He just called my mom now, at 8:45pm, to see how she was feeling and ask if she had any questions. We are SO impressed with Dr Lazotte (and his colleagues - shout out to Gia!) for their care, compassion and professionalism. Definitely the best experience mom has had at the dentist recently. He's a gem!!

Fantastic experience: UPDATE:- I've visited the second time this clinic on June 24th due to extra teeth being partially within bone at the roof of my mouth. Dr. Lizotte and his team again showed top-notch patient care and were straightforward with me about the procedure. I'd like to thank as well one of his assistants, Jade. She's an amazing person and was very clear with me about the surgery, surgery aftercare, and the overall cost of it. I would like to give a shout-out to Leana she's his receptionist at the clinic. Fantastic experience: Had 3 wisdom teeth removed. I had NO postoperative pain, no swelling, no bruising. Doctor Lizotte is a true master of his trade.

Positive experience: Very thorough in all. Aspects,, notably strong on infection control . My only problem was price "sticker shock" , but it is very difficult todo market research about that.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lizotte and his entire team are simply the best! From the moment you arrive, the front desk staff make you feel welcome and at ease. The assistants also put you at ease as they explain what they are doing every step of the way and continually ask if you’re OK. Finally, Dr. Lizotte is fantastic at what he does and I feel very comfortable in the chair. He also has a great sense of humour which helps put you at ease as he pokes around in your mouth with some very sharp instruments! I am fortunate to have such a great team looking after my dental hygiene needs!

Dr Carlson is also very professional and takes his time with his patients, and the hygienists are very efficient and gentle in their work so that each treatment is both successful and pain free. The admin team also shined – they were always friendly and helpful, without being pushy, and would follow up without having to be asked and with all available appointment times.
