Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Dennis for over 10 years now, along with my teenage child and I truly cannot recommend him enough. My first experience with Dr. Dennis was when my child was about seven years old and broke a tooth on Christmas Eve. He was the only dental office I could find that was open and able to see her for an emergency appointment. From that very first visit I was amazed by his professionalism, knowledge, and the genuine comfort you feel around him. Dr. Dennis is the first dentist I’ve ever had who takes the time to educate patients using real images and X-rays of your teeth right on the screen, helping you fully understand what’s happening and why treatment is (or isn’t) needed. That level of transparency and care makes a huge difference. He never pushes unnecessary treatment and I have never felt like money is his motivation. He truly cares about the well being of his patients. He has even worked with me financially in the past when I was in a pinch, which speaks volumes about his character and compassion. If you experience anxiety around phone calls, the office is incredibly accommodating. They will happily make a note on file and communicate by text regarding appointments. The entire office staff is wonderful. Very welcoming, kind and organized. Over the years I’ve needed root canals and a treatment for an infection and despite being a very busy and well loved clinic they have always made space to see me promptly when needed. You never feel like a burden, you feel genuinely cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Dennis and his entire clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic! I first came in for a cleaning, and my hygienist Joy was absolutely wonderful, so gentle, kind, and thorough. She did a fantastic job and made my teeth feel incredibly clean. I later returned for a filling, and I was honestly very nervous because I had never had local anesthetic or a filling before. Dr. Dennis and the RDA were incredibly patient and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. They constantly checked in with me and made sure I was comfortable, which really helped calm my nerves. The whole team is professional, caring, and welcoming. I truly appreciate how well they took care of me, and I would definitely come back here for any future dental needs. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I really don't like the fact I was made out to be the easily angered mom when your team is who didn't communicate with me. My kids adored you. This was completely unprofessional and rude. I asked for clarification on what was done to make sure nothing was missed and I got put on hold then returned to the call and the response was I'm unsure what they're doing. I said okay well I consent to what ever work they may need since you didn't find out even tho you put me on hold to find out..... I would love to have a conversation even if we don't return as I don't think it was right to make me out to be some hot head. This is the second time I've had an issue with YOUR STAFF. Wheather I was present or not.

My 6 year old daughter also loves going there and gets excited when it's her turn. The hygienist Kris is just a delight to be in a room with!

If you are afraid of the dentist this is the clinic for you. Even if you aren't, everyone is super friendly and awesome! Shout out to Noor, my awesome hygienist. Dr. Merry Dennis Anithottam is a great dentist as well! So kind! The team at Orchards Dental are really saving my teeth. They follow the guidelines for dental charges and offer a really comfy waiting room and free whitening after your first visit. I've recommended them to many people and I hope they continue to be there for many years to come.

Fantastic experience: Jan 07 2027 Dental cleaning and check up by dentist I got a warm greeting and small talk with my favourite person Kirsten. Always appreciated. My cleaning was done by ( for me) new Hygienist Kris. She was amazing, loved it! Some X-RAYS were done by Jammell- perfection! And my check-up was done by Dr. Merry. It was so well done, I guess Dr. Dennis gets competition . I have to say so far everybody I dealt with is awesome and supportive. Again and again- highly recommended the dental office! I can only repeat myself. Today Jun 18th , I went to Orchards Dental to see Nour (RDH Registered Dental Hygienist) again. I am always pleased!! Highly recommended! Before I was at the office for a check-up and cleaning. My experience didn’t change, everything is perfect, very professional and friendly and caring . I would never change the dental office, they are awesome !!!

Fantastic experience: I visited Orchards Dental, 1st the staff at the front desk was really helpful, she took me in for an appointment with Dr.Denis on my short period request which was really appreciated as otherwise due to my work it would be hard to see doctor for next whole week. Dr.Denis was really amazing guy, before visiting him I went to other dental but was not so satisfied with the front staff there. Dr.Denis explained whole the process well before treatment and during treatment he kept asking me for my well. I am in good hands and my experience is going so amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: Today, I had my tooth extraction with Dr. Dennis and her assistant (I forgot to ask her name). The procedure was excellent from showing me the tooth to taking my BP and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. The assistant also checked on me after the extraction to ensure I was okay. Fantastic experience: I switched my dental clinic to Orchards Dental because I need a clinic who still open late in the evening. I was glad that they managed to get me a quick spot for examination. Met with Dr. Merry and she explained to me that the clinic has the capacity to do wisdom teeth extraction (by Dr. Dennis). They scheduled me with cleaning on next day and informed that my case can be done without needed a specialist surgery clinic. Joy, the hygenist was totally awesome. Her 15 yrs experience as hygenist really make the cleaning super quick and less painful. Looking forward to my next appointment, perhaps planning to get invisalign as well after the extraction is complete.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction done on April 22 in the office. Dr. Mary was very good given me the needles I appreciate that she went slowly and gave me time to be frozen from the gel prior to the needle. The dental assistant that was working with her I am unsure of her. I apologize, ladies. She was awesome too. About an extraction. I can definitely say I wasn’t. But the extraction went well and I was very happy with how well they handled me while I was in the office. Thank you, Dr. Mary You in the dental office all rock! I have had several appointments at the office where I’ve had x-rays check ups, Teeth, cleaning, fillings, and such and they have all been awesome. I would recommend The dental office to all my family and friends. I am more than happy with his services provided there. This was my second extraction done by them and they called me the following day and then I have 2 follow up appointments in the office to see how well I am healing. I much appreciate these follow-ups. I want to know all of you in the dental office that I have encountered are all awesome to deal with friendly You guys rock! Negative experience: Arrogant dentist. If you’re First Nations DO NOT go here. They do not recognize Treaty Rights. The dentist said, “that’s between you and the tax man”. This was said among other things. The dentist saw dollar signs and tried to pile on a bunch of work and would not let me speak. I was just going in for a consult. Fellow First Nations and Treaty Rights holders DO NOT allow this place to dictate or define your rights. Arrogant and uneducated dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience with Doctor Dennis. He has been fantastic dentist and very caring. He and his staff have always been very capable and very attentive to my dental needs. Sadly after 10 years I have moved away and needed to find a new dentist closer to home but my wife and I have nothing but great things to say of them.

Negative experience: I had a dental cleaning with Noor and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very gentle, and my gums feel much healthier now. She also did a deep cleaning just as I requested, I really appreciated her care. However, the filling experience with the doctor was disappointing and has caused ongoing pain that hasn’t improved.

Fantastic experience: I won't stop saying it. this place meets all expectations. Every service is simply awesome. I did cleaning, x ray and others... I don't feel confortable with the cleaning but Raman did a great job and I was overall satisfied(10/10). She is now my favorite. Kirsten, gave me a whitening teeth gift ,explained everything regarding my payment and Dr Dennis gave me a checkup told me what to do next. Also,the environment is clean.
