Positive experience: Went there for a crown and each time I went in, I was assisted within a few minutes of my arrival. My dentist and hygienist were great and made me feel comfortable during my appointments. My tooth has been fine since my last visit and I even got to keep the mould of teeth, hehe overall a good experience.

Fantastic experience: I had broken a molar on Sunday evening. They got me in right away, assessed what needed to be done and got me in the very next morning. Armandeep (not sure of the spelling) was absolutely amazing with me. He knew I was nervous about it all and he took the time to explain to me what he was going to do. My previous dentist recently retired and I just completed my annual appointment with Dr. Roy. This dentist was friendly, professional and personable. Fantastic experience: This was an emergency appointment as I had been out of the country & couldn’t see my own dentist for another 2 days. The meds I was prescribed by a dentist while away did not touch the pain. Thankfully the dentist I saw at Azarko gave me pain meds plus a corticosteroid which immediately did the trick. I was told my options and also told I could see my own dentist for follow up which I greatly appreciated. Would definitely use this dental office again.

Fantastic experience: One of the best dental offices I've been to. I personally don't like dentists but the staff here made me super comfortable. Warned them of my apprehension towards people's hands in my mouth but they made me relax like never before.... My wife works here too so that's a bonus!! I won't go anywhere else to get my teeth looked at and taken care of!! Trace is absolutely the best hygienist Azarko has!! So gentle when doing the cleaning and put me at ease so quick. If your looking for a dentist office this is the place to go hands down!!

Fantastic experience: Took my son who is 11 in for an emergency visit on Boxing day. He ended up needed two teeth pulled. I will say that the initial receptionist I spoke to on the phone I was not impressed with, but the rest of the staff really made up for it. My son saw Dr.York and he did a wonderful job. My son is extremely afraid of needles but Dr.York did it in a way that he barely felt the freezing. He was very patient with my son the whole time and his dental assistant was great as well. After everything was done and we were about to leave my son started feeling lightheaded (he is also afraid of blood). The dental assistant took him to lay down on the chair again, brought him juice and kept checking in on him until he was feeling better. I was very impressed with the service!

Fantastic experience: This is a fabulous Dental Clinic. It is very clean, modern and the staff are friendly and professional. I have been coming to Azarko for about 12 years now and have never had a bad, rude or upsetting experience, and no issues with any dental work I have had done over the years. That can also be attributed to Dr.Panesar being an amazing dentist, which I have no doubt all at the clinic are, although only ever seeing him, I am a little bias, and bet he is the best, lol. I would highly recommend this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Only visited once so far but will be back. I was suffering with a toothache and they got me in the same day I called. Dr. York and assistant Jacqueline were so comforting to me as were the front end staff. Prescribed me what I needed for my tooth pain and booked me in for the next step easily. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Azarko Dental for over 30 years as well as Dr.Szkudlarek has been my dentist for that amount of time. She’s a really amazing dentist! I also had the pleasure of having Delynn as an assistant. Honestly she has to be the best assistant I have seen in the 30 + years of me going there for my dental needs. The two moved and worked really fast and accurately like they can read each others minds. It was mesmerizing to see and a great distraction from me being on the receiving end of two fillings. Thank you both Dr.Szkudlarek and Delynn and all the staff at Azarko Dental Edmonton and Mohini my favourite hygienist for being the best at what you all do. Happy holidays!

Fantastic experience: The hygenists are always great. They do a fantastic job. They are super friendly, and the doctor i saw is a great dentist. I was feeling some anxiety and he explained everything he was doing. The best part is i was able to go to work the next day as i had minimal pain. I wont go anywhere else.

The doctor and hygienist worked so smoothly, paying attention to every detail. My doctor fixed a tooth issue, and he knows what he’s doing—he’s very smart. The hygienist was so knowledgeable and cleaned my teeth so smoothly, better than any clinic I’ve been to. Overall, we were very happy with the service and will definitely stay here for future visits.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency overnight, they booked me in for 3pm that day. Called at 1:30 to see if I could get in any sooner and they fit me in at 2pm. Everyone was very kind and professional. Tooth extraction was quick and painless and the dental assistant talked me through the whole thing. definitely reccomend them!

Fantastic experience: the dental assistant gets a 15 out of 10 she was a most calming presence. The reception booked me in when no other office would and the dentist was quick and informative. Considering i am terrified of dental offices this was a good experience.

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist was away and I unfortunately had a dental emergency. Fortunately I was able to get an appointment quickly and Dr. Roy, my dentist was quick, efficient and relatively painless (I had to have freezing). He was also empathetic and pleasant-always a plus for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had chipped my top right top tooth,dead center, and went in to have it fixed. Dr. York did an amazing job all in just a hour, start to finish. You’d never know it was damaged.

He was busy today, so Dr. Roy did my fillings instead, and honestly, they turned out amazing. Super clean work. Rini, my hygienist, is also awesome. Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying, I’ve always DREADED AND HATED going to the dentist. Call it cliche, but I associate dentist visits with extreme and unnecessary discomfort, and I avoid the dentist at all costs. But yesterday I found myself in so much pain from a problem that I had hoped would go away on its own, I had to cave and go in for an emergency dental appointment. I was so distressed about going that I cried while making the appointment and even cried all the way there. When I got to Azarko, the first contact was the ladies at reception and the lady that attended to me was so warm and welcoming that I started to feel safer almost immediately. And then the Universe sent me the fairy Godmother of dental assistants- Delynn! I had to have a mini surgery and she explained and reiterated everything Dr Zhang did before, during and after my procedure. She soothed me with her words, and her presence felt so comforting. I’m so grateful she was there. And let’s talk about Dr Zhang, he knew his stuff. His direct approach oozed of technical know-how. I felt so safe and sound between the two of them. Honestly, I don’t do reviews or recommendations but I knew I had to take my time to review because this dental space is different and unique and feels like an alternative reality to other dentists I’ve been to, in Nigeria, in the UK and here in Canada. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment , instead of planning how to miss it.

Positive experience: I thought my dentist, Dr. Panesar, was very good. He was knowledgeable, personable, skilled, and did high quality work. However, i spent a lot of time waiting while Dr. Panesar addressed other patients and staff. I believe the waiting may have been an anomaly due to missing staff, new staff, and higher than expected customer emergencies on a weekend. I am also concerned about the fact that this firm charges well above the approved fee schedule. The high costs have me thinking about shopping for a dentist who charges according to the approved fee schedule.

Negative experience: Cannot believe that this office is calling week by week customers to reschedule when a hygienist has gone on maternity leave early! 4 out of 6 of my family goes there and they cannot look up who is treating who to then make ONE call to reschedule all appointments especially when I was in there multiple times for 2 other appointments.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jagbir Singh, Dr. Jake, did my emergency molar extraction. It had already cracked and he warned that he may have to shave some bone to get the roots out. The extraction went AMAZING! He thoroughly explained everything, there was no pain, and healing has been better than expected. I've had several extractions and this was the best one. Despite having a job that requires me to talk all day I've only had to miss 3 days of work. I'm very impressed.

Positive experience: The only reason i gave you 4 stars is that there is no such thing as PERFECT ( 5 stars being perfect ). I would not be able to give you anything greater than that so as far as I can provide 4 stars is the best there really is. My visit was extremely good with very professional and yet close and friendly staff. As usual I arrived early like I do at all my meetings anywhere. I was taken into the back right away and attended to right away. The Doctor was attentive to my needs and provided me extremely good quality treatment and i left with a good feeling about the appointment and the work that was done on my teeth. The only thing that I am not happy with is the BLUE CROSS assessment of my case as they STILL have not compiled the coverage that they will take care of and it is now going on over 2 weeks. That means that we cannot move ahead to conclude the rest of the work. THAT IS NOT AZARKO'S problem however and I do not blame your business for that. Please contact me as soon as the assessment comes in so that we may move on with the rest of the work. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR VERY PROFESSIONAL WORK...TIM SCHEYBELER.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, nobody loves going to the dentist but all the staff at Azarko are so kind and thoughtful and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and your needs are met. They are outstanding at what they do, they do not overcharge you and we are always more than happy with the results. Fantastic experience: I came into the office with a friend to ask about booking an appointment to repair a cracked filling. The front desk staff was very helpful and they were able to fit me in that same afternoon. I've since booked a check up and cleaning appointment. I'd highly recommend.

The dentist I had for my mom ( and they’re all excellent in calming patients, with dental fears, with “ talk therapy”, without anxiety medications) was above the normal expectations of a dental visit . I would recommend Azarko Dental Team, to everyone, with dental needs. I feel satisfied , as a patient of theirs too. Amazing staff. Keep it up team .
