Fantastic experience: My experience has always been a delight. The front desk workers are always in good spirits and to happily assist. I've mainly seen Dr.Kaur on the weekends. She is very welcoming, patient and will consider your every request and also give her opinion. I love going to this place for Dental work. Overall, everytime being here has been a success and im very happy with what them as staff and individuals have done to make this review a 5 star.

Fantastic experience: Not a fan of going to the dentist to me. It's like medieval torture self-inflicted because it's your choice to go to the dentist... With that being said, I went to my smile family dental clinic for a second time. The experience was better than the first time. Not saying that the first time was great. I was a little sore after the first couple days. The second time was even better..... Huge kudos to my hygienist who clean my teeth last week. Thank you very much!

Negative experience: Will not be going back here. I have a small chip on my front tooth that requires the tiniest amount of fill and cure, which had been done on 2 other occasions and had lasted 7+ yrs each time. Simple! Like the previous reviewer, I hate dentists too. But I never went to get nuisance wisdom teeth taken out and I didn't go to make friends, I went cause I needed my teeth minorly fixed up. I chose specifically a dentist with very high reviews specifically cause why not trust other customers. Immediately after leaving this office I got a text saying if I gave a good review that they would give a cheap tim horton card in return. I laughed I chose this place solely because I thought I could trust a review, but little did I know but the review are cooked by a free coffee card. Your teeth are important and super expensive. Now my tooth has constant irritation and who knows how much this will cost to fix now, or if it can even be fixed at all. The needle sucked, they make you wear the most uncomfortable mouth proper opener thing, that has made my needle wound inflame, and the dentist keeper small talking to me when I : 1)can't talk because mouth is pried open, and 2) am not here to make friends. Was there to hopefully get the good service portrayed in the reviews; but suprise suprise, they are just a bunch of crooks like the rest. They mess your teeth up more to make more. It's OK, it's ok though, at least you get a free cheap-oh gift card to make up for all the thousands of dollars you re gonna spend here to fix what they screw up. Negative experience: Rude receptionist, called to check if Silver filling is available , and she wants me to visit to know if its available. upon asking why cant cant this be answered over phone, she simply hangs up. This rudeness just tells you never to visit coz these kind of people only want to make it hard for you.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist, so I avoided finding a new dentist when I had to, like 3 years ago? Recently my husband MADE me go and I basically just picked the closest one I could find with good reviews. OK I kinda LOVE going to this office??? Front desk is SO nice. My hygienist was awesome and I want to be friends, and my doctor Dr. Tyler pulled out my wisdom teeth with maybe a 1/10 pain? He set great expectations, was kind, considerate and so sociable for the whole appointment. Highly recommend booking with Preet for a cleaning (you can pick on their booking form). The wisdom teeth experience made me certain about writing this review. tl:dr - So I look forward to the dentist now I guess?? And you would too if they were your dentists.

Fantastic experience: Most hate going to the dentist….. High cost, anxiety, potential problems and pain, and most clinics I had been to before are staffed with cold, stuffy front desk personnel and Dr’s that spend little time trying to ease your concerns while undergoing treatment. NOT at this clinic. My son had an emergency wisdom situation and the entire experience was done with the utmost degree of care, respect and compassion. Dr Tyler Halabi is relatable, funny and worked with my son to remove his anxiety. He was examined and booked for the procedure in record time. Despite wisdom extractions being less than fun, my son enjoyed the care he was given by Dr Tyler and his staff. Even had him laughing during the procedure (with the help of nitrous lol) Once done, the amazing ladies at the front handled my leftover billing with professionalism that removed the embarrassment of financial hardship, making a payment plan easy for me to afford. Their laughter and smiles were something I had never experienced prior. Clean, organized, professional and most importantly… warm heartedly inviting. I will never go anywhere else Thank you to Dr Tyler and all of the amazing people who work here!

Negative experience: Very lousy clinic went in for extreme pain on a tooth they were more concerned on fillings so they could bill my insurance then send me to a sister clinic (Smilezone) for retreatment I scheduled they call me back after the 24 hour notice to tell me they could not complete the treatment the scheduled day and have to rebook only to find out its not the tooth they were worried about either they are more worried about money I highly suggest you find somewhere else..... update 2 months later i have the the work they did breaking apart dont go here at all cost!

Negative experience: Dislike this place. When explaining to them about my situation they go ahead ignore me and try work on my teeth without asking my pain level, I could barley open my mouth due to a broken jaw and they shoved a ultrasound detection inside my mouth giving me lockjaw, also when my children had there appointments they dont even give me feedback on theyre checkup. I found thay very unprofessional. I guess as long as there insurance is covered they'll take you in right away. Money hungry people

Fantastic experience: Today, my 15-year-old boy broke a molar! Ouch! He has an ASD diagnosis and has been afraid to see a dentist. All staff at this clinic were kind, courteous, patient and respectful. The dentist and the RDA were exceptional! There was absolutely no hurry to get through anything. Every single step was explained from start to finish, from x-rays through the removal of his tooth. He was able to remain calm and confident. The team was gentle and caring. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

Fantastic experience: I needed to come in for a root canal, amongst other dental work, and received excellent treatment from reception to the doctor performing the operation! I’m typically dissatisfied with my dental visits at other locations as I tend to always feel a little bit of pain but they did a great job with the freezing during my procedure. Overall would highly recommend My Smile Family Dental to anyone needing any sort of dental work done!

Fantastic experience: I have with them with my family for years. I have referee others as well. I had a very bad experience with other dental clinics that turned my life in nightmares. I wil never change this clinic to any other place in the world. I went to so many clincs after the screwed up job that was done to my teeth in Turkey. Julia the the dentist who did an incredible job all these years now I feel better about myself. I couldn’t eat or sleep. Every staff member was polite and professional at what they were doing. Fantastic experience: My family has been here a couple times for checkups, cleanings, fillings, extractions, etc and the team is awesome. I’m pregnant and they constantly made sure I was comfortable and taken well care of. I highly recommend my smiles!

Negative experience: Absolute dissatisfied. Extreme tooth pain this morning. Booked appointment for extraction. They would not pull my tooth as requested. They wanted do do filling and root canal. I was told they had no time to do extraction, I could make another appointment for 7pm and discuss this with a different dentist. I left very unhappy, as this is my mouth, but a bigger pay cheque was her main focus. Immediately walked into another clinic and tooth was pulled no questions asked. To sum things up...this dentist is like a sales office, take as much of the benefit allotment that you can, especially when I carry 2 insurance coverage. Patients are not the concern, $$$ is all the focus. Find another dentist.

Positive experience: The ladies working at the front desk were very pleasant, but definitely need to work on communication and organization between them. It was a bit of a mess around my first visit to get in and I can tell it was for other people while I was in the waiting room . Other than that they were very accommodating in getting me in right away to take care of my wisdom teeth, which were causing me grief. The dental work was top notch And it was overall a good experience.

The staff were great at keeping me calm, answering questions and giving me some numbing gel before my cleaning (which helped and was much appreciated). My dentist was very kind and I felt I could talk about anything with her. This was the best experience I've had at a dentist office and would recommend anyone to come here.

Fantastic experience: I’m glad I changed dentists as My Smile charges under the dental fee guide and my benefits cover all the procedures. I’ve had in the last two weeks; including cavities, routine care and a bite plate for TMJ which I have been trying to get through a WCB claim that has taken over two years. Arsh /Dr Kaur Is very knowledgable and was quick to complete my cavities The building is outdated, which is how I imagine they keep costs down so low. My last dentist completed 3 Renos’s from 2019 - and the cost over my benefits was at least $60 extra a visit. The customer service and staff are beyond anything I have experienced in a dental setting; caring, detail oriented, thorough and conversational. Thank you! I have already referred friends!

Fantastic experience: My Smile Family Dental is a fantastic dental office. The customer service is always great. The receptionists and hygienists are friendly! They have weekend appointments available. They send you helpful appointment reminders and are able to accommodate scheduling changes. Their office is also coordinating with my orthodontist to give me a comprehensive treatment plan. They help make going to the dentist and enjoyable and painless process. I recommend checking them out for your dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I went in for my bite guard appointment and was able to be seated for a couple of fillings thanks to a cancelation. They were patient with me despite my fear of needles and use numbing gel. They also included free whitening gel free of charge included with my bite guard. Overall a convenient and great quality service.

After doing my estimate with my insurance benefits they did not tell me until i got there i would have pay 110 dollars out of pocket. I Got my teeth cleaned and now a sharp edge digging into my cheek. Also did not get my free 50 dollar gift card.

Fantastic experience: I'm getting sedation done for a root canal (getting done in a few weeks) the specialist I met with today was great, helpful, very friendly. The receptions were very polite and friendly. I didn't have to wait long. Adding to my post as I got my root canal done today! Wow! This dental place is AMAZING! I have bad anxiety and its worse for dental work. The sedation doctor/dentist and her assistant were amazing! So comforting and calm amd reassuring! They didn't make me feel bad for my anxiety or uncomfortable. I started to cry and the dentist assistant put her hands on top of mine! It was the best thing ever in that moment! My dentist forever! Thank you everyone that was there today!

She educated me on something that I didn't know before. It was very educational. The receptionist, Dana, was very friendly and efficient. She helped me figure out my insurance stuff. She was awesome! Fantastic experience: My children and I have been going to My Smile for YEARS now. They quickly built trust with my very young daughter and she felt confident enough to go back for cleanings/treatments on her own with them. The staff are all friendly and courteous towards patients and try to work appointments so they can get everyone in around the same time to make it more convenient. We moved to the south side and still continue to drive to the north to stay at my smile for all our dental work. They are quick to get in for an appointment when I call to book.

I booked an appointment for my mom after my first visit and i was able to get an appointment for the next 2 day. I was very happy about their availability because I personally don’t like having to wait for to get an appointment. The person that helped me was absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: My first impression as a new patient of smiles dental is fantastic. As a new patient I was able to book an appointment online and best of all, they have weekend appointments and the availability isn’t months away! I had an early morning appointment and I’m so used to these kind of appointments being behind but they were right on time which is quite a surprise. On top of being very much on time there was a big focus on patient care and making sure I was comfortable while sitting in the chair. Once everything was done the dentist took the time to explain to me what was found on my X-rays and exam and booked me in for my next appointment. The experience here was quite positive and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome. The dentist's and staff are friendly and helpful and make sure you are properly taken care of. I had 2 teeth pulled on an emergency extraction and felt almost nothing. They stayed late past closing to help me. They explained everything in detail before and made sure my coverage in place before working. Everything was fully covered by Canadian Dental Care Plan. I will go back to them for any further work that needs to be done.

Fantastic experience: İt was my first time at my smile family dental and the nurses and my doctor was so kind and helpfull to me and im thanking them so much.

Negative experience: I was told my check up and cleaning would be $100 out of pocket. After the services were completed that number doubled to $200. To make matters worse, they forgot to take my panoramic xray and had me take it at the very end. The dentist didn’t even bother looking at it. I also inquired about the free teeth whitening kit that they offer, and was told it wasn’t worth using. The visit felt like a scam and I won’t be returning.
