Fantastic experience: Love my Hygienist we always have great conversations that make the time fly.

Negative experience: I recently had a frustrating experience with the administrative staff regarding an upcoming appointment. I was informed by the receptionist, Victoria, that I was required to have x-rays done—stating it is a policy every two years. However, my hygienist had not mentioned this to me during my last visit, and I explained that I was only interested in having my teeth cleaned. The receptionist responded by telling me that if I refused the x-rays, the hygienist would refuse to perform the service, and she even asked if I wanted to cancel my appointment. When I requested to speak with the hygienist to confirm if this was actually necessary, my request was repeatedly dismissed. Even though she explained that my hygienist is busy—which I fully understand—the receptionist refused to facilitate any communication, even after I said she could call me back at her convenience. It was only after she transferred me to the manager that my request was finally accepted, and the manager agreed to have the hygienist call me back when she has time. As a patient, I believe I should be able to discuss my care plan directly with the professional performing the service. The initial refusal to assist with a reasonable request and the immediate move to threaten a cancellation of my appointment left me very disappointed with the communication process at this office

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy coming to this clinic. All the staff are so friendly and pleasant. The dentist I see is Dr. Sandhu and she is absolutely amazing. She is so kind, caring, and compassionate. She is incredibly trauma informed in her practices (and I say this as a psychologist specialized in trauma). She talks her patients through exactly what she is doing and makes them feel like they are in charge of their own care. She is always checking in to make sure you are comfortable and feeling ok. She is phenomenal and I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: What I appreciate from my emergency visit are: 1. They open in the weekend 2. They took me in for an emergency appointment in the same day. My gum is swollen because of infection. 3. They let me know at front what they going to do and how much it will cost me. 4. They asked me what happened and only do a necessary procedure. ie: 2 different X-ray for gum and tooth. If I said tooth hurt, they will do X-ray for tooth. If I said gum hurt, they will do X-ray for gum. 5. Thank God, I don’t wait for a very long time at that time. In and out about 45 minutes. Thank you

Negative experience: Twice now that I have had a poor experience with this dental office. First time with a heavy handed hygienist who beat the crap out of my mouth, and the second time where the office staff doesn't make sure a prescription prior to appointment is filled and then gives me static when I call to cancel and reschedule at a later date. Very unimpressed.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of getting a filling done by Dr. Bhogal, he took his time and he was so gentle I was able to get the work done without freezing. My tooth feels so smooth after he polished it with a gold polishing tip he skilfully used, the tooth is no longer painful and now I can eat steak and sushi with no pain. Special thanks to the assistants who helped reduce my fears of getting dental work, Taylor who gave me a stress ball and kept me distracted from my fears with stories about a pet rabbit, and the other assistant I think her name is Yasmin... or perhaps Aisha, she was also helpful during the procedure. The manager and reception were very helpful with the insurance claim and I was lucky my coverage was %100, those people truly know what they are doing. The place is very neat and modern. It is true the saying that variety is the spice of life, I am sure the other doctors are also great, for now I am sticking with Dr. Bhogal.

Negative experience: Not the most on the ball. I called for a broken tooth. When I got there, I told them I was there for a broken tooth. Unfortunately, they said I was booked for a regular checkup only and somehow everyone missed I had to really negotiate to be able to be booked in for 2 hours later because whoever booked me in said just a checkup even though my broken in half tooth was pretty obvious and the only reason why I went. The first dentist made it sound like it would take several appointments to deal with less important matters before they ever get to the broken painful tooth. I’m not sure why that wasn’t logical until I got to the manager who booked me in to come back 2 hours later for the tooth pulling. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have lots of time and desire to blow through benefits for no reason. Update: I sure didn’t agree to do anything other than prioritize my broken tooth as that would be absurd and is a blatant cya lie. I also didn’t bring your practice methods to your attention as I wasn’t the only one with the same complaint that day at your front desk. I recorded this for bbb. I hope this was worth juicing my time and insurance. Yes I managed to try 4 times before finally convincing the kind manager to book my another appointment to do the thing I came for later in the day but I had to come back again and pay for the dishonesty of the first dentist who clearly didn’t hear well when I said broken tooth in spite of all the superfluous X-rays I was billed for. I see you don’t follow up on requests to discuss but rather only CYA on here. Careful with your smiles people! PS. I sure didn’t give you permission to mention any of my personal information when defending yourself against bad reviews or otherwise. Illegal?

At other clinics, the treatment plans were always focused on expensive options like root canals, rather than what I truly needed. Dr. Mossa, on the other hand, created a plan tailored to my actual dental needs and even performed a simple procedure that other dentists never suggested—likely because it wasn’t costly. I’m so grateful to have finally found a clinic with an honest dentist who puts patients first, along with a friendly and welcoming staff that makes every visit a positive experience.

Negative experience: It's all the reason for my review is because I called in on Thursday July 17th 2025 to see if I can get a prescription filled for an abscess a very bad abscess now see here's my situation I'm a truck driver I don't live an ordinary Lake like some truck drivers do I live in my truck and my truck is constantly going I don't have time to stop to get a prescription filled by coming into the office unless I book it I don't always have time to go to a walk-in clinic especially on the load that I picked up on the 17th it was a load of aviation fuel that had to be in paint Lake Manitoba for the helicopters that are fighting the fires no the left side of my face is swollen even more so I hope other truck drivers that see this that live in their truck 24/7 7 days a week do the same thing I'm doing walk away from this dentist because it doesn't seem that we're important

Fantastic experience: Second great experience at this location. Made complicated extraction almost painless with zero stress. I feel better than I have in weeks the day after the proedure. Dr. Aurora and his assistants are amazing. I am neurodivergent and in the past I always,had to be sedated for procedures until I found this place. I will definitely be back. He got me in in 24 hours to treat an abcessed tooth and I'm all set to go on vacation for 3 days next week.

Positive experience: Idk who to thank for working on me. I've seen 4 different dentists in the last year, with one dentist I had a bad experience with whom hurt me bad! So I have held back from seeing a dentist. I hope me coming back this week help bring back that 1 star that I have a rough time adding. So 4 out of 5 stars and that's my honesty. I see compassion, just delayed time to finish my dental work. I need my smile back! Ty!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place, it made me feel safe and comfortable which is hard to do as I have high anxiety but the staff were all friendly and helpful, it really made me feel a lot less anxious to be there for the first time. I will definitely keep coming back here as my go to dentist, they explained what they were doing and always asked if I had any questions which is nice as I've been to a few places that haven't done that. It really helps a person understand what's going on and feel less anxious about what's going on or happening, 10/10 would recommend.
