Hadn’t been to the dentist in a while due to some bad sensitivities and anxiety so I was really nervous, but she put me at ease right away, was really careful and didn’t judge me for it. She gave me some really helpful advice and recommendations which I always appreciate. Carla is amazing and I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning as a new patient, i had the great pleasure of getting Priya as my Dental Hygienist, she did an incredible job! I don't think my teeth have ever been this clean easily the best cleaning I've had. She explained things very clearly and was very attentive to make sure i was comfortable the entire visit!

Fantastic experience: My hygienist was great, prices have gone up a lot over the years (not unexpected). But no complaints and efficient. Id expect 450 to 1000 for a cleaning and exam (depending on session count) minus any insurance you may have.

Fantastic experience: Carla did an awesome job taking care of me! She made sure everything goes smooth as possible and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr. Anderson and her assistant (sorry I forgot your name) made sure I am setup to get my dental plan organize, and made sure that it is done base on what I need. Front desk staff, will make sure you know what you need to pay for on your next appointment before you leave, so you won't be surprised when you come in next time. And yes, they will not harrass you everyday with phone calls. I am not a fan of dental clinics due to past experiences, but Beddington Dental clinic, from the Front desk staff, hygienist all the way to the Dentists, will make you want to come back. I trust this clinic with my dental needs. So happy I went to them.

Fantastic experience: Well, Well let me start by saying I have had a terrible experience elsewhere and as such I was traumatized, however on my first visit I was apprensive and scared the hygienist that did my cleaning on that day was calm, professional and humane he was gentle and calm and kept me calm throught out the process, and this person is other than JESSON . Negative experience: I got my mouth frozen from a couple fillings. I still haven't regained feeling on half my tongue it's been a few weeks. Dentist over the phone said its damaged nerve from the needle injection and there isn't anything that can be done except wait for it to heal. My wife got her mouth frozen for a filling a couple days later. She got a painful ulcer at the injection site of the needle. Dentist said it's very rare and not much can be done to heal it. There wasn't much concern, sympathy or solutions from the dentist for complications from route fillings, we felt more like a nuisance to them based on their response. It also seems like more than a coincidence that both my wife and I had issues on our only visits. It seems to imply a lack of attention to detail and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to try out Beddington Dental by a family member. Their admin team responded to my online inquiry right away, and got me in the next day for my first appointment. Every team member I spoke to was so friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant that I had was training a new assistant who was doing their practicum, and she was such a fantastic, thorough and encouraging teacher. And the dentist, Dr. Anderson, was so friendly and genuine, and I FINALLY found a dentist who could put a reason to why I was experiencing some discomfort/pain. Lastly, they were fully transparent about all costs, and happily assisted me to come up with a dental plan based on my financial situation. I would recommend Beddington Dentla to anyone and everyone! Such a great experience.

Negative experience: I visited the clinic many years ago, and I didn't have problems of any kind. But this time my visit had a very awful experience. It was my first time with "Dr" Tunision, practically he is the most unprofessional and unskilled dentist I have visited in Canada for 26 years. I felt like there wasn't care and quality in the work. All I felt was hunger for money and lack of patience and lack of professionalism. Careless and rude man in a rush. According to the x-ray of my tooth, is fractured, but, there was no pain. I was told to have a crown or extraction of my tooth. I don't want to lose my tooth, so, I requested a filling, because now I can't afford a crown that he told me cost more than $1000 dollars. I got my tooth filled horrible. He didn't put googles on me to protect my eyes, and water got in my eyes during the process. I never noticed a previous cleaning to put the filling. After 6 days I started to have pain in my jaw and tooth is having problems also. I am worried to come back again to the clinic after what had happened unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: I was surprised at how large of a space this dentist has in beddington towne centre! I have seen their sign for years but never stopped in until now. Clean, friendly, welcoming and professional! I had a great first experience on October 2024. Had my second visit on dec 2 and again was very impressed by the large, clean space (beautifully decorated for the holidays) and the professionalism. The hygienist, Amanda was lovely and gave me great tips. Dr Wong was fantastic, very personable. I highly recommend this location for dentistry!

From the front desk to the assessments, dental xrays and appointments. Dr. Wong and her assistant are very thorough and explained the dental plan. The very 1st Dental cleaning today. Fantastic experience: Went for a chipped off tooth from previous filling at other place. Shorter appointments and faster delivery. I was done in less than 45 minutes.The female dentist who worked on me was noticeably in a hurry. I am not sure whether it was her personality or in a hurry for the next patient. Pleasant and helpful staff!! March 19/25 Very friendly staff at this dental office. The dental assistant, Holly was very helpful and knowledgeable about what she does. I went for dental work that required appointment but they fitted me in. Dr Celeste was exceptional in here advice, fixed my broken tooth. I felt no pain in her operation that required a large filling. In no time, the receptionists gave me another appointment for a damaged tooth repair and cleaning. Every tooth has history and Holly was happy to explain when and what was done. I recommend Beddington Dental for a thorough work!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Beddington Dental for years for their excellent service and cleaning. Today I have been quite disappointed as I had scheduled a gum graft for today a few months ago and just this AM I received a call saying that they did not have the materials for a gum graft and that Dr. Anderson went on vacation. It would be expected that they would prepare for a gum graft beforehand or at least let me know ahead of time to reschedule, NOT on the day of the appointment. I find it is not fair for the patient to mentally prepare for a gum graft just to have it cancelled the day of and moved for a later date. There was no apology either regarding this rescheduling. Beddington dental had always been a 5 star but unfortunately due to the unpreparedness and last minute cancellation and rescheduling I am rating it 1 star. UPDATE: they dealt with the situation perfectly, surgery went well, ensured proper follow up and took matters very seriously. Changing rating to 5 star, thank you Beddington Dental!

Negative experience: Went for a teeth cleaning after year and there was no issue with the cleaning besides maybe if the lady could have mentioned fluoride costs extra but overall my experience with the cleaning was good. Aside from that I Was charged 360 but paid 139 with my coverage. None of the receptionists told me over the phone what the cost would be days before my appointment. So when I went for my appointment, after my cleaning I was taken back to the front where a receptionist would help me. I waited for the amount to be given to me by the receptionist. When I received the amount I was surprised by the cost and simply said I have coverage. Now the female who was helping was giving me very bad vibes with the way she was talking with me just because I was questioning the amount. As a dental patient I advise you to teach your receptionist how to not give attitude towards your patients. I was very close to calling her out but I didn’t. This one receptionist just to make it clear for whom ever reads my review was a black female that I don’t know their (name) but who needs to seriously watch the way they reply to a patient and chill out with the attitude when a patient is just wondering about bout their cost. On top of that I was trying to stay polite and said have a good day to her but of course your receptionist chose to say nothing and that tells a lot about who you have working for your company. Also for you information… Seriously do better with your receptionist especially that one black female. I’ll find out her name if this ever happens with me again and will have to report her.

Fantastic experience: Since day one, Jackie (from the front desk reception) has been very attentive to our family’s needs and has patiently assisted us. From booking our appointments to double-checking our insurance coverages, she consistently makes us feel like valued customers. Ever since we transferred to this dental clinic, we’ve never felt like we were being overcharged. We have peace of mind knowing that Jackie always ensures everything is properly taken care of and that we’re covered by our insurance. She also makes us feel that our concerns are truly heard and always offers helpful solutions. I can genuinely feel her sincerity in putting customers first; she makes sure that everything runs smoothly and that we’re well taken care of. I am also grateful for Jessie, my hygienist, who has always been gentle with me during my cleaning. She patiently explains everything, reassures me, and constantly checks if I’m feeling any pain or discomfort. I never feel rushed when she’s doing the procedure. As for Kaye, the dental assistant, she is so lovely and bubbly. Like Jessie, she explains each step of the procedure clearly before proceeding, making sure I understand what’s happening. She made me feel that everything would be okay and that we were in good hands. Thank you, Jessie and Kaye!

Negative experience: Not impressed. Came here last evening due to very painful gums and jaw bone, the receptionist went to ask if one of the dentist could see me and she came back and said no one could help. No offer to book for tomorrow or any advice for what I can do to care of this in the mean time. I was in extreme pain and I understand if schedule is full but it states on website “emergency services”. Went down the street and got seen in 10 minutes and that clinic was just as busy.

Today I had a very important procedure done, and they truly made me feel super comfortable the entire time. I had a root canal treatment, and honestly, I didn’t feel any pain at all. The staff was very attentive and made sure everything went perfectly. I had an excellent experience with Dr. David and his assistant Cristy. They’re the best! I also have to mention how modern, clean, and cozy their facilities are. I honestly felt like I was at a spa! I could watch TV during the whole procedure, and the assistant was so kind, she even offered me a blanket and a pillow to make me as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend this place, especially for anyone who speaks Spanish here in Calgary. I loved the care, professionalism, and warmth they showed me. Fantastic experience: My experiences with Dr. Chan have been great every time, from check-ups to fillings, etc. He is thorough, but efficient and makes the appointment calm and comfortable, as somebody who dreads visiting the dentist. My recent filling appointment also involved Maggie who was amazing. She was knowledgeable, helpful, explained everything she was doing and made the experience pleasant. I recently also had my teeth cleaned with Mark, after switching from a different hygienist who I had been seeing for almost 10 years. He was also kind, thorough and made the experience comfortable. Checked in multiple times to make sure I wasn’t in pain. Evelyn who did my X-rays was bubbly and made something that is usually boring & annoying neither of those things.

Fantastic experience: We had to visit Beddington for an emergency eval after my son fell at the Zoo. They made a same day appointment, stated fees up front, and got him in. They put him at ease and did a great job. While I hope no one else needs emergency dental, Beddington is fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Such a great office. All the staff are so nice and knowledgeable. The office is so clean and up to date on all the latest technology. I went in and had the best time with the dental assistant Kaye and Dr. Chan was so gentle with my treatment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Beddington Dental is quite far out of my way in the city, but they were able to get me in on very short notice. I saw Dr. Martine Anderson, and both her and the entire staff were remarkably friendly, competent, and compassionate. Despite the trek from the southwest for me, I will be making her my regular dentist. Keep up the good work!

His dental assistant, Cristy, was so calming and attentive, always checking that I wasn’t feeling nervous or anxious. She also shared great tips for improving my dental hygiene. I highly recommend this clinic!

Positive experience: I don't normally have a good experience at the dentist, but this first appointment left me feeling confident. Dr. Martine Anderson didn't shame me for not coming in sooner or try to get me to talk about my anxieties. She just looked at the problems and came up with solutions, exactly what I like. We have a plan to work toward and she even got me in the same week to start tackling it all. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is, while the receptionists are all lovely ladies just doing their job, I could do with less phone calls. I'm sure there is a policy they have to uphold so I do not fault them for doing their job. Ashley, in particular was quite kind and very pleasant to speak with. I personally just wish if they had follow up questions or openings come up, that it'd be emailed or texted. All in all it has been a pleasant experience so far and I can't wait to have healthier teeth.
