Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Lee for a few years now and recently completed a major treatment. He is extremely knowledgeable and very experienced. I am extremely scared of needles but he is very kind and patient. The entire staff is friendly too and the clinic is very hygienic and clean.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic in 2024 for a root canal. Before the procedure, I was told the total cost would be under $1,000. After the treatment, I received an invoice for over $1,600. I set up monthly payments and also paid part of the balance in cash. After a year, I received a notice saying I still had a pending balance. I contacted the clinic immediately to sort it out, but they never responded. Now, two years later, I’ve received yet another notice claiming I still owe money — including the cash payments they say I never made. At this point, I honestly don’t understand how this place has a 4.8 rating. The negative reviews seem to reflect experiences similar to mine, and it makes me question how the rating stays that high. This whole situation has been extremely frustrating. Be very careful if you choose to go here, and avoid paying in cash, because they may later claim you never paid.

Fantastic experience: Great clinic and staff and so professional. Open till 11pm 7 days a week, I was able to get a hold of a dentist at 9pm on Saturday night once. I usually don’t leave good google reviews but they earned it.

He told me every thing before exray. After explaining every thing and telling me the best option I didn't hesitate to take adicision and the start and finish was as the same time with out any feelings or pain so that's why I took the next appointment to save the remaining tooth healthy. Negative experience: I have been using London Square Dental with Dr. Lee for over a year now very pleased with Dr. Lee came in for a follow up and casting for a partial plate in Jan 2026 I have changed healthcare providers and they advise me that they do not take Sunlife, which is extremely upsetting that they are a vendor on the Sunlife site

They close at 11PM, so when I showed up at 10:30, they didn’t hesitate to treat my situation regardless of closing time. I cannot stress enough how professional and kind this team is. No judgment on their part, instead incredible kindness and excellence at what they do. They keep you informed of every cost at all times, and for someone who HATES going to the dentist, this has been the best experience I have ever had. Fantastic experience: It was Saturday around 5pm, I was trying to wait until my dentist opened on Monday to get my tooth pain looked at. It became too much for me to take so i hit Google to find anyone open. They answered, booked me in 2 hours later. Coordinated with my new benefits plan and preformed a root canal on the spot for me. Im also pretty sure they stayed past their open hours to finish without any complaint. Im not saying everyone will get the same treatment, but in this case they really saved me. The sympathy and urgency that you showed towards my issue was above and beyond, from the phone call, to the front desk staff when I arrived, all the way to the procedure it was all noticed and appreciated Thank you very much for helping me in my time of need.

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience with this dentist. There is no transparency in the pricing upfront. For someone whose dental benefits only covers 80%, they should provide the price breakdown in advance. Instead they kept asking for more x-ray of the whole mouth. Also, they had the promotion of $100 gift card for the new patient but they never mentioned it to me. 2 stars is only for the hygienist. She was nice and professional.

Positive experience: I had a wonderful experience yesterday at London Square Dental Centre, everyone was wonderful, Glance was very helpful and kind and answered all my questions. However, on taking my kids for their appointment today. I had to wait 40 mins only to spend 5 mins for the checkup for both of them. The cleaning appointment for my son wasn't even included. I was quite disappointed and discouraged. Please management should ensure that they only fit appointments based on the availability of the staff, it's not fair to travel down in the cold just to wait endlessly despite making appointments.

They did miss commitment before and after treatment regarding They're offering gift card $250 for new family dental treatment. On call they agreed to pay gift card but after treatment they put conditions. They earned $1647.56 from my insurance and plus $183 from my pocket. within 2hrs they earned with bad services. Feeling sad I observed their more focused was on our next treatments. They encouraging my family to booked appointment in advance. After that I decided no more dental services from them. I wasted my Money. I didn't get treatment, I refused them. Please think twice before you go.

Negative experience: My experience at London Square Dental was an experience I do not wish on anyone. Poor customer service. They have no empathy. They way they talk to you is not welcoming, it's as if they don't want to be there or see you. I have discontinued my service for myself and my family. I will never recommend anyone here.
