Fantastic experience: I came to Parkway Smiles Dental with a severe toothache and a lot of dental anxiety. From the start, I felt cared for and respected. I first saw Dr. Bullock, who evaluated my tooth and recommended Dr. Sung for the procedure, which truly showed their honest, team-based approach. Dr Sung is outstanding - gentle, patient and always took the time to explain everything clearly. He even followed up with a phone call after my procedure to check in. That kind of care is rare. Dental assistant, Jerrold, helped calm my nerves before the procedure and was incredibly knowledgeable. Hygienist Saira was also excellent. The front desk staff - Dolapo, Diana, Sarah and Sharon - were incredibly warm and friendly and handled my insurance paperwork efficiently which made the whole process stress-free. A super efficient team! The clinic is clean, modern and I was always seen within minutes of arriving. What started as an emergency visit has turned into me becoming a regular patient. I cannot say enough good things about Parkway Smiles Dental. As someone who has always been anxious about dentist visits, I can confidently say this clinic completely changed how I feel about dental care. Highly recommend!

They managed to fit me in within an hour, assessed the damage and booked me in that afternoon for the procedure. Prior to the afternoon meeting I received a phone call where the procedure options and pricing were clearly discussed. Can't beat service like that

Negative experience: I visited there and got two fillings done last year.not a good experience. One filling was not well done to I had to visit three times to get it corrected, I gave benefit of doubt but then my other filling started causing problems so I never went back to this clinic

The extractions were much quicker and more comfortable than I expected, and the staff made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very well organized. My new night guard fits perfectly and feels great. Negative experience: It’s been a while since I wanted to write a review for this dental clinic. My wife and I both have been patients here for some time. The quality of service is generally very good — the staff are professional, and the care itself is good. However, I’ve stopped visiting recently because I found the costs to be quite high. At times, it feels like appointments are being split up in a way that increases billing — for example, a scaling procedure divided into two sessions, which cost around $200 even after 80% insurance coverage. While I appreciate the quality of work and the friendly staff, the pricing seems on the premium side. I may explore other clinics to see if I can find similar service at a more reasonable cost.

The welcoming smiles from the 2 ladies at the front desk were simply animating. The dental assistant made things easy considering that I have a defect in my hearing. And, of course, Dr. Bullock was simply amazing, explained everything well and had shown sincere sympathy to our situation. Fantastic experience: Update to Previous Review: It's been 4 years of going to Parkway Smiles and their staff are as still great as ever. Front desk have the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with and the Dental hygienists are all friendly, knowledgeable and overall amazing. Dr. Bullock is one of the few dentists that seems to really care about his patients. I had a crown that fell off and Dr. Bullock was able to see me the same day. I would still recommend Parkway Smiles to anyone that is looking for a new Dentist. I doubt you could get better service anywhere else. Original Review: Went to this Dentist just because it's very close to home. I was very pleased with the staff at the Dental Office. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: I was in Calgary for a visiting from Australia and all of a sudden broke one of the tooth. The practice was kind enough give me an appointment on urgent basis for consultation. He has extracted 3 of my teeth all of which had absolutely 0 pain. Even though he is very good with the needle and it is painless, he still insures to ask his patients about the comfortability. Today I appreciate my hygienist Amanpreet for taking time explaining to me the procedures, polish cream and the new machine she use. She got gentle hand and always ask me if any adjustments she can do for my comfort.
