5 months ago Fantastic experience: If I could give these guys infinite stars, I would. (No wonder they're called Galaxy Dental!) Firstly, I had my root canal tooth that cracked days before I was supposed to get a crown from my dentist, and he was away until Jan 6th. I needed a dentist ASAP. I actually dealt with a couple of dentists before coming here, and everything about this place was top tier; especially the first patient intake forms being electronic, and awesome coffee machine, haha. Not only did they rush to accomodate my every request and need, they extracted my tooth an hour and half ago, on New Year's Eve while I cried like a baby in the seat. All of the receptionists were perfect. They made sure to fit me in asap despite how busy it was, issues with my time off for work, and handled my insurance so well when it's normally a hassle, and I didn't think I had anything left. I loved Ricella (I hope I spelled your name right, she also goes by Rex!) Dr. Patel is so sensitive and careful, so is Carlos for being an amazing support and offering your hand while I was so stressed. Thank you guys so, so much. You made this experience painless. You ALL are doing something great with the way you run this place. Have a Happy New Year!

His assistant has 7 years experience and was the best I've experienced in 60 years. I'm still thinking I am dreaming and this never happened. She works really hard to make sure that the payments are manageable and that you’re getting the best outcome possible. The orthodontist is great, he explains everything not just to me but to my daughters as well, treating them like the patient that they are not just as the child. I highly recommend this place.

7 months ago Negative experience: I am a regular customer for the past few years never had any issues until October 15 , 2025 .my daughters had appointment at 5pm and everything went well . Before leaving, my kids was offered toys and each grap 2 small toys which probably cost less then a dollar . All suddenly the lady with a glasses that works there telling my kids with very rude tone to not take 2 toys ONLY one . Common it's just a toy .don't need to ruin kids day plus can't afford it then don't offer them. Now I am considering to go somewhere else for check up in the future.

7 months ago Fantastic experience: dr. sid is amazing, they always take care of me here. from the ladies at the desk to the higher ups. it is also really convenient to be able to text your dentist office — specifically if you are a severe case like myself, and have to come in more often than average! even started bringing my partner here. we drive all the way from cochrane for the amazing care of this office. he is converted as well! only once did i have an experience with an assistant regarding a snapped braces wire that was a little scary, the upper staff still handled that situation beautifully. i have been to dental hell and back… i know what a red tooth map looks like. now i know how a fully blue one looks. these guys are the best. trust me.

8 months ago Negative experience: I have dental trauma from when I was a kid. I liked this clinic before because they were honest and not pushy. This time a lady named Nora, I think their sales person (over enthusiastic I might add), kept talking over the blue-eyed receptionist, telling me to book a cleaning even though my insurance doesn’t cover it. First, how rude to interrupt the young lady helping me just gave me the ick from that moment. Second, she just didn’t get what I was saying and kept repeating the same thing like she was stuck in a loop. Anyhow, at one point I just didn’t really engage and just sat down waiting for my appointment. After my fillings, the billing lady asks me to book a cleaning - I say no not covered by my insurance, the billing lady asks if she can call me in January to book when I get more money on the insurance, I say okay that’s fine. The sales lady then comes to the billing desk again to pressure me to book the cleaning. I finally booked the cleaning just to make them stop. I obviously won’t go. I’ve never had this issue before. Feels like they only want money now. Too pushy. Feels scammy. I won’t be back.

8 months ago Negative experience: We have never had any real issues with Galaxy. Generally they are professional, good service, and good quality when it comes to teeth (I think. It's like going to a mechanic, really can't tell). But last time we were told our insurance would be covered, and if anything is not covered we would get a call. No call so we assumed all good and find out when we arrive, everything would not be covered and we had to pay out of pocket. I mean it wasn't a $500 bill or anything but a phone call saves a trip and we could pushed the timing to a later date so the insurance would be covered. Just something to keep in mind for the future. Like my father always said "People forgive, but they sure never forget".

8 months ago Fantastic experience: We went in for an orthodontic consult and were met by such an amazing team everyone was kind, welcoming, and patient. But I especially want to appreciate the treatment coordinator (I wish I caught her name!). She went above and beyond, taking the time to explain the entire treatment plan in detail and emphasising how important oral hygiene is along the way. What touched me most was how she connected with my child she made her promise to brush, floss, and rinse, and even taught her the proper technique for brushing. Despite our regular visits to the hygienist at another office, no one had ever shown my kids how to brush the right way before. It was such a refreshing and caring experience. I’d highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for orthodontic care that truly puts patients first.
