Negative experience: It's hilarious that they say they don't see my as a patient. I went here for years and so does my family. The dentist wants to do a filling at every opportunity. They don't do watch lists like every other dental office. They want to squeeze every ounce of money they can out of patients. They don't care about your dental health. They want your $$$.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is really professional. They're large with lots of dentists, so they can get you in quickly. I'm a bit of a tough patient with high sensitivity and they were very kind and able to adapt their approaches to reduce discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and they responded so quickly. I was seen immediately, which I truly appreciated. The staff are all so kind, welcoming, and professional. Their prices are also very reasonable. A special thank you to Dr. Karl, he was absolutely amazing. He handled my dental filling and root canal with so much empathy and care. I didn’t even feel the local anesthesia injection, and everything was done so gently and smoothly. I’m so grateful he was the one who did my procedures. Highly recommend this clinic for their fast emergency response and excellent care!

Fantastic experience: This place is the best. I have had so many appointments at this dental office and their hours of operation is entirely flexible open seven days a week from mornings to evenings. I used to have teeth that were generally in alignment however after so many dental visits I have been quoted 6000.00 for Invisilign. I am looking forward to this new savings goal while on AISH for PTSD. Everyone at Deer Valley is very attentive to detail, professional and they get a lot of work done. I highly recommend this establishment. There mean of communication is flexible and accommodating and even take extra time to answer any questions in regards to clarification. Fantastic experience: I booked in this Dental clinic for the first time this past Wednesday, August 21, for 10:am but I received a call back to move it to 11am to see a dentist. All went well as I was trying to to relax knowing it was my first time and it was way, way bigger than previous dental care I was going to for 18 years. Although I was uneasy and nervous but I went along and answer her about my teeth/gum and some nice conversation with her in between while doing what she needed to do. Although I do not like being frozen in the mouth but she said it was necessary on the right side to go through a deep pocket etc which she did. I like the way she cleaned though I would do it again. Only one question is, in the midst of our conversation she asked where I came from originally. Is it a standard practice for a hygienist to ask that to a patient specially if they know it's not the same skin as them? don't get me wrong, I just noticed something weird around it the other day but she did well... I love it I feel my mouth is clean.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr Philipow and his team for the many sessions of painless dental work , For someone that hasn't been to the dentist in about 10 Years , due to anxiety of having dental work done . They made me feel very comfortable , and seat side manor was amazing as well. I will definitely be seeing him again for future visits . I will be referring my wife as well when her time comes. Fantastic experience: I went about 10 years ago to get a root canal done because my previous dentist couldn't do it and wanted me to go to a specialist, which I thought at the time was ridiculous, so I researched and found Dr. Waleed, and he did the root canal. Now 10 forward, I came back to Deer Valley Dental Care because I had a crack on the crown, and the dentist office I was going to fixed it, but I ended up with an infection, and my tooth hurt. When I told the office that I had to get the root canal redone, they told me I had to go to a specialist again, and this is not what was told to me initially, so I went back to Dr. Waleed, and he redid the root canal, so now I have switched dentists and will be going to Deer Valley Dental Care.

Negative experience: Made an emergency appointment for 8pm (which they told me that was the time I could make it) got there at 7:45 they let everyone else in who came after me even walk ins and I sat there till 9:15 for them to just say yeah we can’t help you today

Negative experience: I'm under coverage my last of the services I used up my last appointment. They even said oh the appointment wasn't covered, expected me to pay but said that was on them. because they didn't bother to cancel either by phone or email. Then tried to get me to come in the next week knowing I have to wait until next year for my coverage starts again. Called to cancel. Was meet on the phone with a very annoyed sounding receptionist. I told her I'd have to call back with my schedule to book at a later date. I was in the middle of saying bye, but before I could she hung up on me. The girl I talked to worked on Dec 21 at 10:00 in the morning. Because of this I won't be going back.

Negative experience: This place always has time to squeeze you in (can’t decide if this is good or bad) which is nice. However, today I wasted benefits to cover a full price dental cleaning that never even got finished. The dental hygienist sent me out the door saying that my teeth “still have build up” and to “come back in 3 months to complete the rest”. My gums are still covered in blood after the appointment too. I’ve never left the dentist with my mouth looking so beat up. Absolutely not, I will never be coming back here again. Paying full price for an aggressive and incomplete dental cleaning is like ordering a pizza and getting half of it delivered. Insanely disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service delivered with compassionate care by Dr Carl and staff. I’m very grateful DV Dental was able to see me the day of my emergency. I was in the next day for a temporary crown and a week later for the permanent. Their use of leading technology and skill enabled the work to be done quickly and comfortably. I came as an emergency patient but am staying with them as a regular patient.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! I have had nothing but bad luck with dentists in the past and went through a lot! Until I found these guys years ago and never looked back! I have seen several Drs here and they have all been amazing. All the staff are friendly and super helpful. Not to mention they’re open 7 days a week and take emergency appointments. Fantastic experience: I wanted to express my heartfelt to Dr. Waleed and his team for their excellent work in fixing my dental implants. Initially, I had three implants and one crown done by Dr. Waleed, but unfortunately, I experienced some discomfort, pain, and tightness. I visited him several times to address these issues, and I was impressed by his patience and willingness to listen to my concerns. He and his team worked diligently to resolve the problems, and they even had the lab create a new set of bridges to ensure a proper fit. I am not longer in pain and the implants are prefect. Dr philipow always treats me with patience, kindness and compassion when ever I come in....I'm quite a wimp but he's very understanding and his hygienist is incredibly compassionate, i forget her name (I'm so sorry) but she's wonderful. Together they make the visit as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: Took my kid in for a filling. Dr Tang was very accommodating and explained the whole procedure to my child calmly and with a LOT of patience. The procedure was completed without issue and we're very happy with the service and the result of the visit. Definitely recommended this practice and Dr. Tang. We've already booked our 6 month checkups.

Fantastic experience: I would never say I look forward to going to the dentist and always have a sleepless night before any dental experience cause I just dont like it. But because generallyI have no choice in the matter, these guys at Deer Valley are the best I have ever been to, from the dental assistants to the Dentists,your put at ease, they librally use all the numbing gels before the needles so you feel next to nothing and are very good to listen to you if your feeling any pain. And they do not gouge you or suggest any work that isnt neccesary. Take it from a Dental wuss, these guys are top shelf.

Negative experience: I was there for a tee cleaning they charged me around 5 hundred dollars the lady spent or pretended spent an hour cleaning my teeth, even if I have just eleven teeth in my mouth the rest are partial dentures . Too expensive and No the best service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to 3 apartments since September. I’ve had 2 extractions and today I had a root canal. My Dentist is Dr Atharva Desai. He is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Gentle, and really takes his time to do the job properly to perfection. I recommend him to anyone you will not be disappointed. Fantastic experience: I brought my 88 year old mother in for an emergency appointment. I was able to get the appointment at short notice as needed. The front desk was knowledgeable about the different dental coverage she has. The dental assistant took a thorough medical history and took good care with the exam. The dentist was also knowledgeable about what she needed right away and specialist care she will need.

Positive experience: knowledgeable and experienced team and amazing scheduling (I got in the same day) I did feel rushed when it came to a tooth extraction, which was huge for me as I had never had even minor dental work done. As well as little to no explanation for care post op. Otherwise I did feel like I was in good hands with the dentist and hygienist as well as talking to billing and reception were very kind!

But when it comes to Chona, my wife Yvonne and I almost fight over who gets the first appointment. Chona is not just skilled—she’s a professional comfort expert. Respectful, caring, and incredibly gentle, she makes the whole experience so relaxing that (true story!) I actually fell asleep in her chair. Yes, sound asleep—during a cleaning! She had to wake me up, which proves she is not only gentle, but also patient enough to deal with people like me. She is also unbelievably attentive—always alert to every little reaction, ready to adjust before you even know you need it. Her combination of professionalism and kindness is rare, and it turns something we usually dread into something we genuinely enjoy. On top of that, their hours are incredibly convenient. They’re open 7 days a week and stay open until 9 PM on weekdays, which makes scheduling appointments so much easier for busy people. Negative experience: Terrible customer service. I was overcharged for services on that were supposed to be fully covered by my insurance. On the day of my appointment, the front desk staff admitted it was their mistake and assured me I wouldn’t be billed. Despite that, I’ve received repeated calls demanding payment and even threats to send the amount to collections. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me unnecessary stress. The lack of communication and accountability between staff and billing is shocking. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects professionalism or basic respect for patients.

Fantastic experience: After a traumatic fall and smashing my face; I was devastated to find I had broken my two front teeth. Thinking I was going to have to endure broken teeth and pain for a long time, I was upset. I called and spoke to a lovely girl who booked me in the same day. The Dental Assistant was just as compassionate, taking the time to explain eveything to me. I was not expecting to get in with Dr. Desai and have my teeth look exactly like they did before in less than two hours. He is highly compassionate and very straightforward and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Desai and his team especially as someone who has an extreme fear of dentists.

When I needed help, they are always able to fit me in. They have my complete trust. Positive experience: While I have had good experiences at this dental clinic, I was under the impression that they took little ones too. I tried to book an appointment for my 18 month old as it was recommended by his doctor and the hygienist I saw at my last visit. I was told they don’t do them until 3. Which seems very late on what’s recommended. Edit- I appreciate the clinic reaching out to rectify the issue. Seems as it was possible miscommunication.

Fantastic experience: I decided last minute to have veneers done on my two front teeth for my daughter's wedding. Dr. Waleed was extremely accommodating and did a rush implementation within two weeks. We had an issue with the Template they took and he and his assistant Hailee even came in on Sunday on their day off to redo it. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of the work and would highly recommend them.

There are never any surprises with billing, amazing hours, and they are super accommodating with last minute appointments. Dr. Waleed is THE BEST. He and assistant Haley have made the nightmare of cleaning up my teeth as good as it can be. Dr. Waleed never lectures, always gives options, and I trust him completely. Positive experience: People are generally kind and have good attention to detail - main complaint is that for the last 3 visits I’ve had to wait over 30 mins in the reception even though I have a scheduled appointment. Really frustrating, especially when you have to take time during the work day to make appointments happen.

I chose this place to do a dental implant with a recommendation and I am so glad I did. Dr. Ammar has been so amazing. He did my bone graft, and implant. I've been absoloutely astounded by the level of work they do. He's been so patient and wonderful to work with. Mine is a bit of a difficult placement and it looks so good. I've never had a dentist and assistant take so much time to explain everything and make sure I'm comfortable with the procedures. If I'm uncomfortable, then they add freezing or whatever I need. Even emergency visits, where I've made mistakes were completely blameless and very understanding. I've never had a dentist that provides this level of service and understanding. I will be a lifelong patient of this dental offfice. There has never been any hidden costs or anything without prior approval. I appreciate your team so much!

Negative experience: Last year in August 2024 I went for a root canal. The dentist was in such a hurry that he didn't even give time for my mouth to freeze. Then he even poke me in the arm with the needle. I His assistant told me to tell everyone so I did and no one wants to go back. Plus they just want your money. My new dentist is not going to make waste money teeth that are not worth fixing.

His calm and compassionate approach made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m so thankful I found this clinic.
