Fantastic experience: The best dental office in Calgary! The dentist and all the dental hygienists and everyone is very friendly and always happy to see you. We have 3 small kids and they all love that they can pick their favourite movie or TV show to watch and that there are 2 televisions in each room. All kids also get a special coin at the end of their visit to put in a machine to get a toy. The kids are always looking forward to their dental visit! The entire space is also professionally designed and decorated and feels very upscale and cozy. Overall experience is always 10 out 10!

Fantastic experience: Easy to book and fill out paperwork online. It was my daughter's first experience and it was great. The hygienist was friendly and the dentist asked if I had any questions or concerns. They were very thorough and didn't rush us. She got a goodie bag with a Disney toothbrush, floss sticks, toothpaste and a coin for the special toy machine.

Fantastic experience: Dr Laiton and Megan provided exceptional service when we took my elderly handicap mother for major dental work. She isnt easy to work on. Dr Laiton and Megan were able to keep her calm and comfortable. My husband who is retired dentist of 42 years was impressed with Dr Laiton's demeanour, skill, available technology and bedside manor.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Andrew Chen and Haley! From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely welcomed and at ease. Haley is incredibly kind and gentle, and she explains every step of the hygiene process so clearly that you instantly feel relaxed and confident in what’s being done. Dr. Andrew Chen is an outstanding dentist — extremely knowledgeable, professional, and detail-oriented. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, answers all questions with patience, and truly makes you feel cared for as a patient. Everything I had done was completely painless, which speaks volumes about his skill and experience. Dr. Chen is without a doubt my dentist of choice. His expertise, professionalism, and calm approach make every visit comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care in a warm, supportive environment!

Negative experience: This was a very disappointing experience. My husband went in for a routine dental cleaning. Because he has a strong gag reflex, the clinic suggested using laughing gas. The dental hygienist arrived about 15 minutes late, and the cleaning was performed only on the lower jaw, not a full cleaning as expected. During the procedure, excessive force was used on the jaw. Shortly after, my husband developed tinnitus and has been unable to sleep properly since. We consulted an audiologist, who indicated that the issue is likely related to jaw trauma. He now has to undergo physiotherapy to see if the condition improves. Being charged over $400 for incomplete and careless work is unacceptable. This clinic did not meet basic standards of care, and we would not recommend it.

Negative experience: Went in for a dental cleaning with Charlotte with Nitrous gas. She must have been so rough on jaw and gums while I was knocked out that it caused unbearable loud Tinnitus (ringing in my ear) that I'm still suffering from. I showed an ENT who said it is definitely related to the tooth cleaning as it started immediately after. My jaw is still sore after one week. Not to mention I was still under the effects and was sent home and they said you're good to drive back while I was still dizzy. Really irresponsible. Hygenist needs to be trained on how to be gentle and the relation between nerve endings and jaw muscles. Screwed up my hearing while getting teeth cleaned. I wish them nothing but the worst.

Fantastic experience: I am really blessed with great dental care at Legacy Dental. From start to finish you will experience such kindness and care. If you are like me and have had negative dental appointments, the staff at Legacy Dental will put you at ease and will work at your pace. They are gentle and thoughtful of us patients. The hours of operation work well with my work schedule. Each time I go in for my appointment, I feel like a friend by the way I am treated by the staff. The dental work is is excellent and professional. They have invested time to get to know me, and I have positive dental experiences each time I visit Legacy Dental. Shout out to Autumn!

Fantastic experience: I took my toddler (2.5 years old) here the other day for her first dental appointment and all the staff was lovely and took such good care of her. She has the best first experience which was important to me so that she isn’t afraid of the dentist or brushing her teeth in the future. They also were able to answer all of my questions and made the appointment concise. I truly appreciate it and am glad this is the place I shoes for my daughter first experience.

Fantastic experience: I brought my two young boys, aged 2 and 4, to Legacy Dental Clinic on June 18th for their very first dental visit. My 4-year-old has previously had a difficult experience with people wearing masks and gloves, so I was a bit nervous about how things would go. Booking the appointment through their website was incredibly easy and user-friendly. I really appreciated how straightforward the process was—including access to the necessary forms, which I was able to complete online ahead of time. This saved me so much time on the day of the appointment, especially since some unexpected delays made me think we might be late. We had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Sandon, who was wonderfully kind and gentle. Both of my boys immediately felt at ease with him, which was such a pleasant surprise—especially seeing how well my 2-year-old cooperated. They also met Charlette, the dental technician, who was so warm and friendly. She explained each step of the process to my 4-year-old in a way he could understand, which truly made the experience less intimidating for him. I would absolutely recommend her! The clinic itself is beautiful—very cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend Legacy Dental Clinic for families with young children. We had a truly positive and comforting experience.

Fantastic experience: They are friendly and pretty much take care of you. I’ve been there a few times all good experiences and they won’t let you leave without helping improve your issues. Also, the mouth piece they use for suctioning is very comfortable, hope that info helps

Loved the separate rooms very private knowing other patients couldn't hear you. Receptionists always very pleasant and chatty. Dentist gives a thorough checkup exam.

Fantastic experience: Found this dental clinic close to home. So far happy with hygiene appointment, it was not as painful as in other clinics. Also had tooth filling by Dr Law, everything went smooth. Time will show how long it will last, but so far no pain or discomfort. Will go there again for sure.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely beautiful office and so impressed by the dentist and dental hygienist Haley specifically. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable and explain what she was doing, as well as her skills and delicate touch. I have had horrible experiences before due to my teeth being extra sensitive and she was absolutely spectacular. Would recommend to anyone, the dentists are top tier with their knowledge.

Fantastic experience: It was a pleasant experience for me and my family. Very nice staff members. Everyone is accommodating. From the front desk to the doctor and hygienists. What’s really special as well is the way they treat my little one. He was usually uncomfortable going to the dentist but this time it seems that his whole experience is something that will make him want to come back.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this clinic for a veneers consultation due to extreme sensitivity. After a thorough evaluation, the team recommended starting with orthodontics, which could actually help with my sensitivity. I really appreciated how honest and patient-focused the consultation was, it felt more about preserving my natural teeth than simply selling treatments. Out of the five consultations I had, this one left me feeling the most hopeful. I’ve decided to pursue orthodontics first as recommended, but I fully plan to return to this clinic for any future cosmetic work if needed. The clinic itself is beautiful, and the staff were wonderful and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: First time doctor took concern of a condition I discribed and offered up multiple solutions. First time my gum measurements were taken. X-ray was not forced down my throat. Very good dental hygienist. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I called the evening before complaining of tooth pain, and they got me in the very next morning! The male dentist who performed my tooth extraction was AMAZING. I didn’t feel a thing, and it took less than a minute. Their new patient forms were easy to fill out on my phone, and everyone who worked there was lovely. The waiting area is beautiful with many different chairs to choose from, and complementary cold beverages and coffee is provided as well. Will definitely be wanting to come back for my next dental appointment!

Fantastic experience: I went in due to great pain. The dentist, found that I had some tooth chips, ( from a previous procedure), moving to top of gums. He explained in detail what was happening and what he was going to do. He extracted them quickly and with little pain. Also want to comment on how friendly staff was and cleanliness of the facility

Fantastic experience: Got us a great first inpression on Legacy Dental. The dental hygienist (Charlette - not sure if I spelled that correctly) who assisted me was very good with what she does, I love how light her hands were despite of the hard work that was done, same goes with dentist Elisha (again not sure of the spelling - it was my first time there lol), she did an amazing job, also taking in consideration my problematic jaw which I have been mentioning a lot with mu prev dentist but they never did anything about it, hence the reason I moved clinics. So far so good! I'm happy Edit: November 2025 Cho,, hope I got her name correctly. Quick and easy. Squeaky clean teeth and gums. She made my appointment like a friend's house visit. Love it

Went in for an emergency check up, and they offered to do the filling immediately after. They did an AMAZING job with the filling, and the whole experience was fantastic start to finish. Good hours and clean. My experience at the dentist has been traumatic at times. I’ve been to a number of different dentists over the years as I kept looking for a better experience. I’ve been with Legacy for a few years now. I live 40km away and pass many dozens of offices on my way to Legacy. It is worth it!! Sum it up. My Whoop fitness tracker registered me as meditating for 1:30 during a two hour root canal. And no I didn’t use the laughing gas

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental clinic I have ever been to. The inside lobby greets you with a gorgeously decorated and calming atmosphere. The patient rooms are all separated so you don’t have to listen to another person’s appointment right next to you. I had a cavity filled a couple years ago and it was the best experience I have ever had. I was so comfortable I think I could have had a nap! If you have concerns or deal with anxiety with the dentist, I recommend checking out Legacy Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: I'd say I'm overly picky about dentists and immediately knew walking in that this was a stellar choice. Incredible front of house service. Super clean and inviting. Amazing staff (shout out Madison for being super knowledgeable and welcoming.) Dr. Chapman explained my treatment options, was informative and patient with my questions and I left feeling like I had a plan to correct all the self imposed issues years of being lazy with my dental care had produced. If I could rate this place 6 stars I would.

Positive experience: Our appointment was originally scheduled for a different time, but the clinic called the day before to reschedule, which I agreed to. We arrived for the new appointment at 11:00 AM, were taken to the room after a short wait, and then waited an additional 25 minutes for the doctor to arrive. The waiting time felt unreasonably long, especially considering this was a visit with two very young children. At one point, the assistant mentioned the doctor was running late, but there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Timely care is especially important for families with small children, and I hope this can be improved in the future!

Fantastic experience: Dennis was fabulous - very attentive to my son, as he has an existing fear of the dentist. Dennis ensured his every need was met and took the time to explain every step in the process. It was a very positive experience for my son and has eased his anxiety. Kudos to Dennis!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough thanks for their professionalism, outstanding customer service and problem solving attitude. I got my implant fixed which I had done more than 8 years ago in Dubai, I visited a dental clinic nearby, they said I have to contact my dentist in Dubai and get necessary information, otherwise they need to start the whole procedure again which would last a few months. After searching, I found Legacy Dental Care, their high ratings and good comments let me decide to give it a try. They contacted my Dubai dental clinic many times by phone calls and email, they didn’t get any reply. Meanwhile they worked closely with their laboratory and found the most cost effective and efficient solution for me. I got my tooth fixed in my second visit. I can smile again! I felt comfortable and relaxed with them. Meg and the implant specialist are great. I definitely found my ideal dental clinic in Calgary.

Fantastic experience: Nice and bright space. Are always punctual with appointments and the hygienist are friendly - you even have your own private treatment room complete with tvs to keep your mind off of things.

Fantastic experience: The team here is truly caring and professional. My daughter developed an infection following her wisdom tooth extraction, and when we called in concern, they didn’t hesitate to help. Even though it was a Saturday, they fit her in within 30 minutes and made sure she received the care she needed. We were so grateful for their prompt response and compassion.

Fantastic experience: My anxiety around dentists have skyrocketed the past year. I was recommended here and I wish I had come sooner. The whole experience started with the front desk lady I spoke with on the phone. She was just beyond amazing! She booked me with Dr. Sandon and I couldn't be happier. I was nervous the day of the extraction, but honestly, the whole vibe here is just so calming and comforting. I'm sure if I stuck with the previous dentists, I would've gone in for a tooth extraction and left with an arm missing or something and then get charged for their monthly lease as well. (I'm kidding!! And being overdramatic. I'm sure it'd just be a finger missing and not a full arm) But anyway! I'm super happy with how quick and smooth everything went! Highly recommend! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I was very fortunate to get a very competent dentist; I've seen 2 other clinics and none of them could explain why I had sensitivity on 1 tooth. The ambiance is soothing and rich. The staff and dentist's assistant were very nice. I even got a hot towel to wipe my mouth after the procedure!
