My dental hygienist was Poonam and she took such good care of me and so did the dentist (cant remember her name). Im usually very nervous going to the dentist, but everyone here from the assistant, the hygienist, and the dentist all make you feel very comfortable :)

If you have respect for your self don’t come here, there are so many other dental clinics who are actually very kind and care about their patients!!

Cant perform cleaning in one sitting with expressed expectation it had to be and then appointment came they did not clean in one sitting then proceeded to tell me the next availability was months in the timeframe I was available. Receptionist calls a month later with appointment time I'm unavailable as expressed previously. Zero follow up since.

6 months ago Negative experience: For $4 difference which your insurance didn’t cover, Paula will bug you with messages and calls to pay it. They can’t wait when you already booked for your quarterly appointment. They can’t trust you with $4 while you’ve been their client for almost 2 years. Very disappointing. They will rather lose a client who’s paying $300+ for cleaning than wait for my next appointment so i can pay the $4. Driving there cost me more than $4. Some clinic will gladly write off the $4 than lose $300+ quarterly. They don’t know math.

6 months ago Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely incredible. Dr.Moore is so lovely and explains everything to make sure I know my options. My first appointment with her in the spring was an emergency repair on a previous filling from another dentist 10+ years ago and she did such a great job! I brought my son in to see her and he has a hard time at dentist appointments but she was great with him and made him feel safe and comfortable. Carly is so sweet and did a wonderful job with our cleanings, especially with my son and being patient with him. And the BEST front end staff with Mirella. She helped get my insurance set up properly and was just so kind every time I have been in. I am so happy I found this gem of a clinic. Thank you ladies for taking care of my son and I!!

7 months ago Fantastic experience: I came here first for my invisalign consultation with Dr.Dhillon he was incredibly honest with explaining all treatment and costs to me, i was so happy with his honesty that I decided to join the clinic as my new family dental clinic. As, I kept on going there through out my invisalign treatment and dental hygien every single person from the receptionist to hygienist to dentist have been incredibly amazing. When i came for my appointments i dont wait for too long, they attend to me as as possible. Front desk took the time to answer all my questions and even emailed me my recepts when i needed it for my tax. The hygienist was so patient and good with me and when i asked questions, he answered me very well and the dentist was great as well. You all are so amazing keep up the awesome work!!! 7 months ago Fantastic experience: I went to Beacon Smiles for the first time today for an Invisalign consultation, and wow am I pleasantly surprised! Not only is the clinic itself super clean and tidy, but the staff are extremely helpful and friendly! They answered all my questions so throughly, whether it was about the process of the treatment, or the financial plans available. I was a bit scared of going to a new dental clinic but I definitely made the right choice coming here!

Raj and Dr. Moore have been excellent to have them clean and examine my teeth. Raj, the dental hygienist has always been very gentle when cleaning my teeth which I appreciate.
