Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about everyone at Lakeridge Dental. I had a very bad infected wisdom tooth that gave me a lot of pain. I couldn't open my mouth. All referred places I was given were 2 weeks wait so I looked around and found Dr. Bedi's raving reviews. The fact that he offers a same or next day option shows how much he cares about patients and wants to help. Right from the first phone call everyone was super helpful and understanding to get me in. Dr. Bedi is very down to earth, explains everything to you very well and had me reassured my issue would be solved. I can't thank Dr. Bedi and the staff enough for helping me ease the pain I was feeling.

Everything was explained clearly, and there was no pain during the procedure. I also really appreciated Dr. Bedi taking the time to welcome me and introduce himself. As someone who’s looking to get their wisdom teeth removed, Dr. Bedi explained the entire process thoroughly and made sure we understood everything. He even took the time to speak directly with my mom, since English isn’t her first language (I usually have to translate for her), which meant a lot to us! I’d definitely recommend this clinic. As someone who wants to become a dentist in the future, it was really nice getting to talk with Dr. Bedi and the staff, hear about their experiences, and feel genuinely supported. Fantastic experience: They were great I was having extreme pain in my jaw from my wisdom tooth and other offices I called were giving me dates way to far away, I went into Dr.Bedi office and they did everything to help me, I got x-rayed and he offered to do the removal on the same day!! Which was amazing because the pain was unbearable. All of the staff were amazing and extremely helpful.

My previous dentist retired and the practice was sold, we were no longer happy with the way our family dental care was being handled. We were referred by a trusted friend to try Dr. Bedi. Fantastic experience: From the moment you enter Dr Bedis' offices begins a pleasurable experience! A very clean and inviting space to wait; and exceptional Receptionists who are warm,friendly and knowledgeable. The Dental Hygenist Ray is absolutely professional and friendly. I love that he seemed to really care about getting things done right. Ensuring to remove all the tartar he could and going back to re do areas if he spotted something before the polishing! Absolutely the best Cleaning I've ever had. Dr Bedis' Assitants are compassionate and knowledgeable. I love the relationship they have with Dr Bedi and everyone seems to work so well together . They inform you about the expected procedure about to occur and explain any details about after care and what steps to ensure post op. I can't say enough about Dr Bedi himself. You can tell he really actually cares about helping you through any procedure and is very transparent about what to expect. Its refreshing to feel that kind of compassion and genuine interest in your Dental health. His chair side manner is soothing,reassuring and professional. I love that theres the option of listening to your favorite musical enjoyment or your favorite TV program to be offered during the required procedure. Did I mention the level of technology at this Practice? It is absolutely advanced and efficient. Additionally, the offices offer a very clean and sterile environment as well as being modern and nicely decorated. Definitely the best Dental Practice I've ever visited. Many members of my family are happy patients there as well. They absolutely turn the" dreaded Dental appointment " into a positive and healthy experience.

Fantastic experience: i came looking for a second opinion on what should be done about my wisdom teeth, because the first dentist i saw seemed extremely uncertain and was even recommending me to get a ct scan so that my facial nerve doesnt get damaged. i decided to try here because of the in-house ct scan, but once i got to meet dr bedi, his confident demeanour instantly took away any doubts that i had. i didnt even need to get the ct scan, and he reassured me that my procedure would not be difficult at all. and he was right! dr bedi did such a clean and concise extraction, and they have an expert anaesthesiologist on board who got the job done with no discomfort. i got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and there is absolutely 0 pain on day 7, no damage to nerves, very minimal swelling overall, and only a singular small bruise on my face and where the iv was. every single staff member is kind and welcoming, and the entire area is very clean. everything was well explained to me, as well as complete transparency about the cost. i am so happy that i went to this place for such an important procedure!

Fantastic experience: If more dentists were like Dr.Bedi - you would have a generation of people who are not afraid of going to the dentist. Had two of my wisdom tooth removed yesterday - he ran me through everything prior to the process in detail and was patient in answering all my questions and concerns( and I had a lot) and made sure I was completely comfortable before starting the procedure. The procedure itself - absolutely painless. Hardly even felt the needle for the anesthetic. The oral with nitrous sedation he uses is very effective. I used to hate all dental clinics equally without discrimination. This clinic is the only one I don’t mind going back to. Leane at the front desk was super kind as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I called in today to see if they had an emergency appointment for wisdom teeth removal. They were able to get me an appointment right away. My experience here was nothing less then exceptional. Dr.Bedi was professional, kind and made sure i was well informed before the procedure. I was literally in and out within 30 minutes of my arrival and with 2 less teeth in my mouth. I will definitely be returning for all my dental care! Fantastic experience: Me and my family have been coming to this office for many many years. They are conveniently located. They take good care of us. Monitor our insurance limits, call when cleanings are due. They don't suggest any unnecessary work to be done unless absolutely needed. They support preventative dental care. Always explain things clearly and make you feel at ease.

My daughter (16) had her wisdom teeth out and I was nervous because I had a very bad experience with this procedure. Dr. Bedi took time to explain the procedure and answer all our questions. My daughter felt relaxed, had no pain, and was even laughing during the extractions. I was amazed by this and the rapidity of her recovery. Dr. Bedi and his team (in particular Ray, the hygienist, who is so gentle that even a scaredy cat like me doesn’t mind going for cleanings) are kind, professional and excellent at what they do.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bedi , in simple language he is the best dentist in the durham, not in durham actually in canada.I did my teeth feeling as well as cleaning. Actually last Wednesday i had emergency pain in my teeth and that time i felt no medicine gonna help me in this pain. Then at mean time Dr. Bedi helped me in getting appointments in half an hour.I would never forget the moment when he helped me in this trouble time by providing me emergency appointment so fast. My son (10) who needed 4 teeth pulled was refusing to go and has had extremely bad experiences with needles in the past, (especially near his face).Dr Betty called us and walked us through the process and gave us great guidance. My son was scared and anxious and truthfully so was I! We had a great experience with Dr Betty and his team. Dr Betty demeanour not only put this nervous mom at ease but more importantly he was able to guide my son through it and be an extremely positively experience .It has actually provided him the confidence to know he can do hard things and trust the word of a true professional. I appreciated you as my kids dentist but what you wont know is how that interaction today has given my son more confidence and strength in himself and there is no thanks big enough for that. Fantastic experience: I’ve had terrible experiences in the past with dental work, I absolutely hate dental work! I was referred to Dr Bedi to have dental implants removed, him and his team are very professional, if you do not like dentist work this is definitely the place for you! Day after my removal there was absolutely zero swelling and zero pain. I also do not have coverage and I was quoted triple from other dentist for the same work. He was very thorough during my initial exam, didn’t try to sell me on extra treatments! He even said he would wait for potential filling because I may not need it. Really enjoyed speaking to him. Fantastic experience: As someone with severe dental anxiety, Dr Bedi will be my forever dentist as long as he is in business. His calm demeanor and patient approach are second to none. His office staff are kind and helpful, the office is clean and spacious. His office fit me in as an emergency the first time and proceeded to fix my tooth the day before Christmas. He personally calls to make sure you're doing okay! I love that the office offers speciality services like sleep dentistry which I've had twice now. Fantastic experience: Got my wisdom teeth out a week ago and it was as fun as a major oral surgery could be!! Warmed chair, nice sleepy drugs, big blanket, the dentist (practically) carried me to my car, and I got to keep my teeth!! If I grow any more teeth I happily would do it again :)

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this location for 30 years and even worked at this location many years ago. It was recently bought by a new dentist. I am impressed with the rollover...it happened with ease. The staff create an atmosphere of calmness that is needed in a dental office. Everything is explained and the whole process from entering, procedure to billing and payment is smooth.

I know I’m well taken care of here with the dental hygienists - they are all so gentle and lovely and do an excellent thorough job with cleanings. First visit to Lakeridge Dental Went there based on all the positive Google reviews as well as a “absolutely the best” recommendation from a colleague. Did not disappoint. Didn’t have to wait. My situation was almost an emergency because my bridge had fallen out. Dr. Bedi took his time to explain the options and which one would work best and was completely empathetic to my situation. With amazing knowledge and very positive demeanour, Dr Bedi is both friendly and reassuring. This was a very encouraging dental visit. Fantastic experience: The great Google reviews led me to Lakeridge Dental Center. We just moved to the area and were looking for a last minute appointment for a family member who had a toothache. Luckily they squeezed us in asap. Dr. Bedi was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and friendly. He quickly identified the problem, gave us our instructions, and we left within an hour or so. I was so impressed I signed up as a patient myself. Again, great service from Dr. Bedi, very quick, thorough, and very friendly. The reception and staff provide great customer service. The office is clean and has a great atmosphere. The technology they use is impressive compared to other dental offices I've been to. The fees are very fair as well and they bill directly to my insurance. The location is easy to find, and the parking lot is spacious. The Google reviews didn't lie! Fantastic experience: I cracked a tooth and my regular dentist was on holidays. I contacted Lakeridge Dental and they were able to promptly take me in. Dr Bedi was very friendly, and fixed me up in no time at all. I love my current dentist but if I ever had to find a new one, I would not hesitate to transfer to this clinic.

However, Dr Bedi and his team proceeded with ultimate care, exceptional expertise, and most of all, calm, compassionate human relation skills. All done in a timely manner. Amazing team! Fantastic experience: Very good experiences with Lakeridge. Dr Bedi is very personable and greets you the same at 9am vs a long day at 5pm and always with the old school handshake. Explains things well and speaks openly while working and I'm impressed that dental assistants seem to be encouraged to speak up as well and make observations. It's run as a business, which to stay relevant, you need to these days but the staff and atmosphere is very comfortable. Has a great mix of staff and often I witness young people in training. Training and succession planning whether as a dentist, dental assistant or administrator, is critical to scaling a business. Lakeridge seems to be doing this well while remaining personable. I do, and have, recommended Lakeridge to others.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bedi is the best dentist that I have ever had... I'm 54 and have had 6... He and his staff are very professional. He takes the time to explain everything to me. He is a perfectionist, he is not satisfied when I say "its ok"... He says "its ok" is not good enough... I have had and extraction and an implant. I have had 5 fillings replaced. I have routine cleaning and scaling. I would highly recommend Dr. Bedi. On one visit a very young patient was having a difficult time, one of the dental assistants excused herself and went to the child and sat on the floor with them and comforted them until they were calm and ready to continue with the procedure... That spoke volumes to me about the type of people that work for Dr. Bedi...

Front end staff are friendly, efficient, and keep you updated while you wait. Alicia, Patra and Angela who assisted with my surgery were friendly and proffessional, making me feel like a person and not just another patient. I have seen a few dentists in my life time, the staff here are very caring and explain things clearly. I have never felt more relaxed and comfortable in a dentist office. Fantastic experience: Dr. Bedi and his team are as competent and knowledgeable as they come. I have had a few cleanings and the hygienist are freindly, always willing to answer questions and educate their patients on how to care for their teeth. I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted and it was probably as pleasant as tooth extractions come. They provide detailed instructions on after care and will follow up on your recovery. I'm very happy for the services the team has provided me.
