Fantastic experience: I had another appointment today at 1130 with Dr. Richard. I cannot stress enough how immaculate the care and consistency of care is with him and Nadine working side by side. They’re usually the team that works with me - and I could not imagine attending if they were not within my circle of care! I always feel comfortable, we have fun and they maintain such a pleasant environment. I cannot gush enough about the impeccable and consistent experience I have with Dr. Richard and Nadine.

Fantastic experience: I visited North Oshawa Dental Clinic and had one tooth extracted and five fillings done by Dr. Jab. He is very professional and polite. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. The treatment was smooth and almost painless. The clinic is clean and the staff are friendly. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Jab!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office, specifically with the way I was treated by the office administrator, Ashley. Her behavior toward me was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful or courteous, she made the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. When dealing with healthcare providers, patients deserve respect and basic professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Because of this treatment, I have decided to change my dental office. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the way patients are treated at the front desk.

Fantastic experience: My hygenist called in sick so they called to schedule me in with another hygenist. She was amazing too. Now I have 2 hygenists I enjoy getting a cleaning with. I find this office very friendly, welcoming and professional.

They were exceptionally patient and compassionate with my son, who was understandably having a difficult time. Despite the challenges, they remained calm, supportive, and took the necessary time to ensure his filling was completed successfully. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dental clinic for about 4 years now, and it has consistently been the best experience. The clinic is always extremely clean and professional, which immediately puts you at ease. Everyone I’ve worked with here has been incredibly patient, super gentle, and genuinely friendly. As someone who grew up going to a very aggressive dental clinic and developed a lot of fear around dental visits, this place completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. I also really appreciate that they don’t push you to do everything and anything. They only recommend what’s actually needed, which makes you feel respected and comfortable rather than pressured. Every visit has been a positive experience, and I truly couldn’t recommend this clinic enough.

Fantastic experience: Honestly if I could give a higher star rating than what the system allows I would. I am a person petrified to have dental work done. The staff here are absolutely amazing. With knowing Christine and speaking with her and that she set up for me to be seen by Dr. Richard and Nadine was the best move ever made. They restored my confidence in having dental work done. They would talk me through each step they were performing for the dental work and it was quick and efficient work done. I finally feel like I have my smile back. During my last appointment I did tell Dr. Richard and Nadine that they are not allowed to leave or I would start a petition to them not to leave. The staff were very kind and professional, and the doctor did an excellent job with Husna’s treatment. Everything was done with great care and patience. I truly appreciate their wonderful service and highly recommend North Oshawa Dental to other families! I recently took my mother to this dental clinic for a teeth removal procedure, and I have to say, I was very impressed with the care she received. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, answering all of our questions and making sure my mother was comfortable throughout the entire process. The dentist who performed the procedure was highly skilled and very gentle - my mother had very little discomfort and no complications. The aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the staff even followed up with us a few days later to check in on my mother's recovery. Overall, we had a great experience at this dental clinic and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother!

Positive experience: This place is excellent in some ways, and not so great in others. Let me explain. I’ve had several visits here, as have members of my family. The dentists I’ve seen are very skilled and professional. The cleaning could be better, but I do notice genuine efforts to improve the service every time and that’s very important to me. So, bravo for that! However, the prices are extremely high. And when you mention that you have insurance, they sometimes respond with a tone like: “Oh, you’re covered at 90%,” as if I don’t already know my own coverage. It feels a bit dismissive, honestly. That said, I really appreciate seeing continuous improvement in the quality of care. It shows that they care about their patients’ experience. But please... go easy on the prices . it’s just way too much.

Entire procedure was done very quick and I feel great , the constant problem of my broken tooth is a pice of cake now. Thanks to these professionals for a job well done .

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth where I couldn't chew on one side of my mouth for years. I came in and they were able to help me. Pretty fast got my checkup, cleaning, and all procedures done within a months time. Very nice people. It was a relief to find a dentist that solved my issue. Plus they let you choose what to watch on the TV lol.

Negative experience: Hi, I went to North Oshawa Dental clinic as my upper wisdom tooth had a cavity and was sensitive.When they got to know our company insurance covers for dental issues they are dragging us into unnecessary procedures and charges.I went to clinic thrice with my newborn as per advice .They were doing X-rays ,cleanings and fillings except for that tooth.I was advised by Dr.Ann to fix it with filling for temporary relief or they could extract it on next sitting.I was happy with her treatment.I was supposed to meet Dr.Ann but unfortunately I couldn’t .But latest appointment was with Dr.Kidiya .She told I have 16 cavities to be fixed and told to do root canal for the tooth I was consulted for.She told she fixed 3 cavities which are not so big.And wants another sitting for fixing the rest.So even after 3 sitting my issue is not yet resolved.I request your clinic to show some ethics in your dealings. They also dragged my husband to the clinic with unnecessary procedures.He was first called for cleaning.Then told many of his tooth needs to be fixed.When he mentioned he has no pain or irritation Dr.Kidiya was telling him if it get worse don’t blame her for that.Felt like she was trying to sell more.

My dentist Dr. Kedia Surabhi and her assistant Zarghoona Nabizada were two of the most amazing women I have had the pleasure to meet. The care they took care of me like I was family. Negative experience: Disappointing experience with the front desk. Booked an appointment for my daughter for a specific dentist 2 weeks in advance as that doctor had already seen my daughter previously and we were OK to wait for his availability, but when we went there on the appointment date, we were aligned to a different doctor without any prior information or reasoning. Ultimately, we had to come back without the treatment due to their unprofessional way of treating patients.

She helped me get my first time visit xrays done with quite an ease and simple and precise instructions. We then proceeded to the teeth cleaning and she did an absolute exquisite job on cleaning my teeth and getting to know my ortho history. 10/10 would reccomend giving north oshawa dental a visit for all your teeth needs.

Fantastic experience: I am new to the Durham area , relocated from Mississauga. I contacted North Oshawa Dentist and was warmly received by the person on the phone. I explained my problem and also shared my current health issues. I made an appt . to have the troublesome tooth removed on April 4. When I arrived I was having a major issue with chest congestion and having a problem breathing because of the buildup of phlem and mucus. The attendant was very patient with me a helped me to clear it out. Only when her and the Dentist were satisfied I was okay did they proceed with the required procedure.Thank you so much and I will return to have more work done and I will also recommend North Oshawa Dentist to anyone looking for quality dental care. I hadn’t been to a dentist since before the pandemic began in 2020, so I was extremely nervous and embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. Everyone I’ve dealt with at North Oshawa Dental has been incredibly nice! The hygienists have made me feel comfortable during my cleanings and Dr. Lee has been everything that I need and want in a dentist. I 100% recommend North Oshawa Dental.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was really nice and very kind and helpful. The dentist was very nice they explained everything in a way I would understand. The dentist made me feel very comfortable and at ease which for me is very important. I definitely recommend them to others they are amazing people.
