Fantastic experience: I've always struggled with anxiety and sensitivity during dental appointments, so I usually go in feeling nervous regardless.... Janae made such a difference. She was incredibly professional and took her time, but what meant the most was her empathy and kindness❤️ She was gentle, checked in with me throughout the cleaning, and made me feel truly comfortable. I left my cleaning feeling relieved and not so overwhelmed about the whole process.... Thank you so so much❤️

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the front office I was treated with the utmost respect,which I hold in great value from the primary customer greetings staff/Secretaries to the dental hygienist who I wish I could remember he’s name because he was nothing less the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had he showed me too dental sweet where I’d be taking care of :;;from the X-ray experience to the the very personal yet absolute professionalism everything was absolutely top notch ,,then I met the dentist ,very personable I had some financial concerns about the work I needed done and even thought they were cray busy she explained everything,not just that but she gave me her personal take on what she would do if she was in my situation,,I then met the I suppose the Dina planner she Invited me warmly into her beautiful office Asked me to call her by her first name which I really appreciated made me feel at ease and explained the The most fiscally responsible way to go about my treatment which I need a lot of she explained what should be done first due to the limited funds I have through mine ploy or this year and what I am able to spend out of pocket and all of this was done in one day I walked in at noon and I’ve never been there before they had me sitting in the dental chair by 10 minutes after two I was out of there by three it was by far the greatest dental experience I’ve ever had in my life I would recommend anyone Looking for a new dentist Rupšienė new to the area or perhaps you’re just sick of those dentists that come in and don’t even introduce themselves , let alone telling you to call them by their first name going out of their way to make you feel comfortable treating you like a person very personable facility was clean technologically advanced I can’t say enough I could go on and on and on about how great this place is it’s in the Oshua centre if you think this is a bot or some employee trying to big up their business that is untrue go see for yourself! 5 STARS DOES NOT GO WVEN CMOSE TO THE SERVICE I Was blessed with today

Fantastic experience: Quickest wisdom tooth extraction in my entire life. Dr Mohammed is professional and friendly and the entire procedure took less than 10 minutes. The front desk is always warm and helpful and my cleaning appointments have always been thorough and painless as well. My entire family go here and I happily recommend this dental office to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I had such a positive experience at Source Dental. Rita was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain my treatment, which really put me at ease. The entire team is kind and professional the hygienists are amazing, and the doctors are knowledgeable and caring. You can truly feel how much they care about their patients. They’ve been around for many years, and I was referred by a friend who has been going there since she was a child, which says so much. I’m really glad I found this office and highly recommend Source Dental.

Fantastic experience: The team at Source Dental is great. Anna booked my appointment and explained everything about my insurance. They also direct bill the insurance, so I only paid the portion that wasn’t covered. What I really liked is that they check coverage before treatment and tell you exactly what’s covered and what’s not, so there are no surprise costs. Dr. Elias did two fillings for me and I didn’t feel anything at all, not even the freezing. I’d definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience at this dental office. Dr. Gaber did great work on the teeth I damaged from grinding, and the sensitivity was gone right after he did the fillings. He also fixed one of my front teeth and it ended up looking perfect. His assistant talked to me before he came in and answered all my questions, which helped me feel more relaxed. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff were friendly. My cleaning with the hygienist was very gentle, to the point where I almost fell asleep. I left with my mouth feeling fresh and overall it was a smooth visit. I’d gladly come back.

Negative experience: They go into your benefits and are submitting predeterminations before you even arrive at the office. They are more concerned with how much they can bill your insurance company than how much they can help your smile. Believe me Oh....and their off his manager will talk over you, talk down to you and then hang up on you

Fantastic experience: My experience at source dental was nothing but amazing! The girls at the front were incredibly kind and helpful which made my experience much smoother and easier. Specifically Lily who assisted me with my treatment plan as well as my insurance billing. When i first came in i was so unhappy with my smile and after seeing countless dentists about my issues i felt defeated. It wasn’t until i met Dr. Mohammed who really made me feel heard and seen and promised to help me and my confidence with my smile. Dr. Mohammed was so kind, professional, friendly and understanding. He fixed my smile and made me beyond happy in just one appointment. I can not say enough good things about this dental office!! I had an amazing experience thanks to the entire time and Dr.Mohammed himself.

Incredibly kind and very gentle which is great, provides good tips for keeping clean teeth and also is great at telling you where you should focus on cleaning more in your mouth, etc. 10/10, thanks for everything, Jacy!

Negative experience: had dental done July 28th. dentist checked me before the hygienist started cleaning my teeth did not check again to make sure done correct and I paid for the dentist checkup its an extra big cost. Then at the end the dentist and 2 others asked the hygienist if she cleaned my teeth okay. my teeth felt unclean, I paid with reassurance it was done correct. My mouth hurt alot, I was told it would go away. went home to bleeding and what appeared to be cuts in several places when I looked closer. Next day intense jaw pain, back teeth hurt, sores along the gum line. I have an infection and now need a month of antibotics and a tooth removed for infection. i went in with no issues and no prior mouth issues. unclean tools or???

Negative experience: I had a traumatizing experience here a couple years ago. Needed to either have my chipped tooth repaired or removed. Asking for medical advice I got personal opinions about what I should do. "We don't like pulling teeth of people your age" like no kidding, me neither. Emotionally distraught, I decided to let them try to fix it. After a seemingly unnecessary amount of X-rays and having my teeth gaps measured for the first time in my life which they insisted was absolutely necessary, cost me well over $600 to have a subpar job done. It fell apart within warranty and I reluctantly returned to have my tooth repaired again, only to have the filling fall out again shortly after. I would appreciate these students acting a little more professional, instead of talking about their weekends while blood is pouring out of my mouth. The dentist across the street insisted that he could fix it with no problem however after this i had it yanked. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! Awful experience, unnecessary work and unprofessionalism. There's a reason the waiting room looks so expensive.

Positive experience: I have been going to this dentist for years when it was under Dr.Gold. There is this one dental hygienist I really do not like and I hope she does not work there anymore. She would try and chit chat with me and make personal comments about my life that really was not necessary or appropriate. If I do not want to talk as I do not enjoy going to the dentist, please do not keep tryinng to chit chat with me. She went on maternity leave a couple of years ago. If I see her again I will be sure to make a known complaint at the place.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Source Dental for many years now. The staff are really good with myself and two young daughters for regular cleaning, fillings etc. The environment is welcoming and professional. You can see that they all do their best to work as a team. The office space is kept sanitary and aesthetically pleasing. My overall experience has been great. As of recent, Dr. Sussman, Kendra, admin and the receptionists at the front desk, really worked together to meet my needs. Admin was back and forth with my insurance company to ensure that a particular matter was resolved in a satisfactory manner for all parties. Furthermore, I was having unexplained sensitivity with my tooth and saw Dr. Sussman multiple times to rectify the problem. She was patient, understanding and encouraging. I was so happy that she was able to get to the bottom of it and got rid of the pain. I would highly recommend Source Dental to anyone who is looking for great dentists, hygenists, and overall terrific team of professionals.

Fantastic experience: Professional - efficient- friendly - clean Compassionate is Donna - my dental hygienist She is so so good and looks after me and my teeth - she is the best Once again - I can not say enough about this facility. The entire team are so polite and you can tell they enjoy their jobs . Today Dr . Sussman showed her compassion and now I have saved over $1,000 due to her suggestion . Fantastic experience: **EDIT- Once again the staff at Source Dental exceed expectations! Dr. Sussman and Dr. Singh are so compassionate and provide amazing care! Donna is the best dental hygienist! She is so gentle and calming, she is a real life dental hygienist whisperer! ;) I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs! I cannot recommend them enough 10/10 EDIT** I had oral Cancer and had a portion of my tongue removed a year ago and was terrified to come back to the Dentist. After a 14 hour extremely invasive surgery I became afraid of having anyone touch my teeth/mouth. I finally found the courage to come back. My dental hygienist (Donna) was amazing! Her gentle touch and compassion are unmatched! She made me feel safe and my fear disappeared. The whole team at Source dental was kind, patient and compassionate. This is the BEST dental office/team in all of Durham region hands down! Thank you all so much!!! Amazing , the dentists here are VERY patient, I have a fear, as I'm sure a lot of people do, and I have a low pain tolerance. Everyone from Dr. Gold to my actual dentist Dr. Sussman (who was fantastic) I am very pleased with the care I received.

Fantastic experience: After a mix-up at another Oshawa dentist left me with a nasty abscess, these folks came to the rescue. Dr. Agrawal and Dr. Shehab jumped right in to fix the urgent problem, and then Dr. Sussman worked her magic on my crown & did all the necessary dental fillings & treatments. Dr. Sussman is such an expert, highly knowledgeable, patient and empathetic. Talk about skilled hands and a caring touch! But it's not just the dentists - the whole team is fantastic. My children and I have been going here for over 10 years. And we will continue to do so as they treat us all like family. Fantastic experience: This is where you want to go if you need dental work done. The place is clean and the staff are super friendly. I started going to this place way back when Dr. Gold was at the Zellers Plaza. Theres always been amazing staff but I find them even better now. Dr Sussman has been my dentist for about 9 years now. I feel extremely comfortable with her and she always provides the best care. I've been in there for the passed three days getting some work done and in that time I've had two different dental assistants who both were awesome but let me tell you about Afrose. You know how someone makes you feel like everything will be just fine? That's her. She has a warm, friendly vibe and is just a delight to be around. When a place has staff like that, you don't mind going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: As someone who is very self conscious about their teeth, there is no one better than Kendra. Her skill in bonding and repairing teeth is unmatched. Kendra takes the time to make sure every tooth she works on ends with satisfaction and perfection. She is the Michelangelo in her field. As a techie, I also appreciate the technology at Source Dental. Kendra’s ability to produce a flawless crown in 15 mins is incredibly impressive. She has mastered the techniques of restoration and patient wellbeing. I appreciate the extreme detail Kendra gives to every tooth she works on. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Highly recommend and being able to do the direct payment to insurance is so helpful. They never provide a service without discussion with you and reviewing your coverage. Honest company.

Fantastic experience: My favorite hygienist was Barb, but she retired a couple of years ago. I've tried different hygienists since then and yesterday found a new one named Donna and she's my favorite now as she reminds me of Barb. She has a similar personality and we really connected. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Source Dental, from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable walking up to the front desk to let them know I was here the receptionist was very friendly, , Lisa the treatment coordinator came out to greet me with her beautiful big smile and right away I knew I was at the right place. Dr Nikki Sussman first and foremost is such a gentle dentist so thorough and always making sure I was comfortable. Her assistant Ali was also very sweet and kind and a very good assistant the camaraderie between the two of them was so nice to witness and put me at ease right away . I will be going back to get a crown and a couple more fillings done and I am actually looking forward to the appointment. 5star service for sure

Negative experience: Me and my wife we were customers of Source Dental for 4 years. We both got insurance from our respective companies. We got a bad experience with them. We were fully covered by both of our insurances. But Source Dental management and office were saying that our bills are due and not paid by insurance since 2022 and we owe a lot of money to them. Upon checking with the insurance it's clear that they didn't submit the claims and didn't do proper accounting. Today 09-Feb-2024. The dental hygienist tried to charged over 400 dollars for cleaning polishing and gum inspection and doctor review. Also they took 40cad from me for previous dues. Upon questioning them why its so much they tried to justify its correct and finally they cannot lie anymore and redacted the gum inspection charges of 107cad. Please be aware if you have dual insurance as couples they tried to overcharge you for the services and tried to extract the money out of your insurance and you won't have any balance left for emergencies and remaining of the year. We also not satisfied with the fillings done for my wife in sep and they had to do it again and charged her again in jan. These are their strategies to extract more money from their customers. Please be careful of this kind of practice and keep track of your insurance claims on both sides. We are so displeased.

Fantastic experience: Dr.gold is one of the best dentist I have visited in Oshawa. They take care of the patients and make sure that we are comfortable in the room while cleaning our teeth. The make sure to do call for a reminder weeks before the d- day before the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Really love this place! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I've been coming here since 2018 and have always been happy with the service I've received. They are very flexible to fit appointments with your schedule. I've already had 2 treatments of the Phillips Zoom Whitening and very pleased with the results! The form of communication is also very easy since you can contact them through text and email as well.

Fantastic experience: I arrived at this dental office in complete and utter dispair. My front tooth had broken off and I was beside myself. I had reseached all the dentists in my area and then something reminded me of the dentist in the mall upstairs, and something just told me to call them. When I say I walked in there feeling so low and and ugly and humiliated and within 24 hrs I walked out smiling is a total understatement. I had quite the fear and A Lot of anxiety of dentists from previous experiences, and Dr.Gold and his Team, I'm looking at you Lisa, took AMAZING care of me. I have never felt so immediately comfortable and reassured that everything was going to be ok. This team truly went out of their way to help me. I can now smile again and actually feel confident! As I was leaving the dental office today after my cleaning appointment the lady at reception asked me if I would like to leave a review and it's my pleasure to do so. The facility is absolutely state of the art with all the latest high tech equipment and technology available in the dental field. We have the best Hollywood high end dental office available to us right here in Oshawa. All the staff here in every department are absolutely amazing and at the top of their field in every way. Professional highly trained people with the warmest welcoming kindest personality to all their clients. Over 20 years ago Dr Gold replaced all my old silver fillings with the new white technology fillings and every tooth repaired is still mint in perfect condition and solid as can be. Good as gold and no pun intended. Dr Gold is such a classy, intelligent, highly skilled professional gentleman and his experience unmatched by anyone in the field. Anybody in the dental industry who can reach second place to our most amazing Dr Gold should be very proud. Fantastic experience: First of all let me say i hate going to the dentist, in fact I didn't go for over 10 years. Needless to say I needed a lot of work done. I had bad anxiety about visiting a dentist, but from the first call with Lisa they were put to rest. I had to have some serious work done so i had my first visit with Dr. Sussman. She walked me through the entire process and made the proper recommendations for what would work the best for me and not just what was the most expensive procedure. I then had 10 teeth removed and it was a process. I didn't feel any pain and Dr Sussman and Kylee were amazing, making sure i was ok and not in any pain during. Dr Sussman recommended a partial denture and with my work I am away a lot for long periods of time. Dr Sussman and her team made sure I could get in and get the fitting then asked the lab to rush for me to allow me to continue to work. My benefits didn't cover a lot of the procedures and Lisa sat with me to work out a payment plan to allow me to pay in installments but didn't stop any work from getting done. If you have any anxiety or fears about going to the dentist PLEASE go see Lisa and Dr Sussman and her team. They will make you feel at ease and make the dental process so simple and easy. Fantastic experience: Went in for a general intake and checkup since I'm a new patient! All the staff were extreamly nice and patient! Dr. Singh was amazing and throughly explained the procedures he was doing! The clinic had high tech that I wasn't super used to but found super cool. Everyone at the clinic seemed passionate about their job and made me confident that I was in good hands. I would recommend going here if you're looking for a new dentist. A fun fact to add, they have different specialty dentists here such as surgeons, etc.

Negative experience: I had a review of 5 star that I did over a year ago. I am now changing it. Myself and my family have been going here for over 25 years. I have now changed dentists as I find the service has really changed there. My hygienist left (and don’t know why or where she has gone) and have tried 2 different hygienists and both were not personable and were rough. In all the years going there, I had no issues with payments being processed thru my insurance and the past year things are being declined and I have to pay out of pocket. My insurance has not changed nor has my treatments, so I can only assume different codes are being used then before. Either way, I no longer feel like I am a person/family when attending but more like a source of money. So many new people that don’t have the same ethics/bed side manner as the previous staff. Such a shame

Negative experience: I went here for 25 years and it was amazing until Dr Gold sold it a few years ago. The owner now is way less involved and doesn’t have the dentist do the fillings and they put a filling in wrong and redid it twice then told me it was fine so I went somewhere else where I was told it has to be redone by the actual dentist. They had the same guy do my daughters filling even after I called them to make sure the other lady did it instead as my husband was taking her and promised me. To then find out by my 13 year old that the man did it and tonight a week later, the filling just fell out ….. would never recommend this place Dr Gold was the best but he doesn’t do the fillings just prep and Sandra is the only hygienist I trust.

The ladies at reception are always super friendly and happy. And of course their appointment reminders are a life saver!

Mel, our hygienist today, was simply wonderful. I have neck issues, so sitting in the chair can be uncomfortable for me. Fantastic experience: I faced a dental emergency back in August of this year. My usual dentist was unavailable so I called Source Dental. I was seen by Dr. Nikki Sussman within 1/2 hour, and my recovery began immediately. My words will not adequately describe my feelings of gratitude towards this team of professionals! They are ultimately professional, and at the same time fun to be with. I would like to thank them all publicly including Lisa, who bent over backwards to make my visits comfortable. Fantastic experience: I’ve only been a patient at Source Dental since the start of 2022 and coming from someone who is terrified of dentists, it’s easy to see why they’re an award-winning practice 10 years running. All of the staff are friendly, professional and attentive. I feel like I’ve been a patient there for years. They do great work too! Quick but thorough. It’s nice to see that customer service and care still do exist. Top notch!

Fantastic experience: I am the first one to admit that a visit to the dentist makes me uncomfortable - VERY! Needless to say the idea of having a root canal yesterday resulted in a lot of anxiety. Dr. Roth and Ally were amazing - they set my mind at ease, explained what was going on; and in the end (about an hour and 45 minutes later) we were done. Not the most comfortable procedure but because they took a few minutes with me at the start, my anxiety way less and all went well. Many thanks to Dr. Roth, Ally and the rest of the team. We are new patients and I sincerely give them the highest possible recommendation! Part 2 - "installation" of the crown. Everything, again, went way better than I anticipated. Other than a long time in the chair - the team was great and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Dr. Sussman, the great young dental assistant and the hygienist - I was well looked after. Next visit - 6-7 months away.

Negative experience: I was there less than a month ago for a exam and cleaning. A dentist never examined me last two visits . Apparently I was charged for a examination in November but all I received was a cleaning. I had a tooth ache about a week after the cleaning and made an appointment when I had a day off. I went in expecting to fix a cavity that I suspected but when they charged me for a “emergency” exam even though I made the appointment a full week before in order to charge more. I found the dentist and office staff rude and condescending. I paid for the scam “emergency” fee that would have been normally $38 and x-ray and left. I don’t recommend this office as they don’t really care about their patients, just their pocket books. **************** ***Follow up to previous review: I went to another dentist to have the “cavity” filled but to my surprise the dentist didn’t see a cavity. I was shocked when he told me this. I even had the x-ray redone to double check and after careful review of the new X-ray he informs me that there is no cavity. I do have another issue with one of my wisdom teeth that I will be taking care of. My dentist did notice that I grind my teeth and that may be the reason for the tooth ache. I bought a mouth guard and now use it while I sleep. I have not had any pain since. It makes me question another “cavity” that was filled years earlier. Was there a cavity? I would be very cautious with them. One more thing. I asked for the dental office owner to get in touch with me to discuss the issues but to this date I have not heard a word. Be Aware!

Fantastic experience: It was our first visit- after being referred by family dentist- who was not available until mid Jan. I was able to get a next day appointment. And very little wait time in waiting room and appointment was quick. Very reasonable price for someone with no benefits. We will be making Dr Golds our family dentist going forward. Very convenient location - right at entrance to mall as well. Easy to get my elderly father to the door with walker.

Negative experience: I would give them no star or even negative points if possible. They are, by far, the worst dental experience I've ever had in my life. I lost one tooth completely and the other one in 2years I had to get there 4times and it is still not fixed which I decide to go to another dentist to fix it for me. To be honest, they look like dentists but I believe they are some thiefs that make you come back again and again to make money as much as possible from you. I have a tooth that got fixed with another doctor 15 years ago and it still fine. But the one these people (I prefer not calling them doctors) try to fix, after 4 visits, the filling came off completely and they want to charge me again for a new filling and a crown!!!!! Are you kiding me?! I DON'T recommend them at all and if possible don't even step a foot in their office.

Fantastic experience: As a young child I was terrified of the dentist. I had bad experiences where ever I went! Whenever I knew I had a dental visit coming up I would be riddled with anxiety for days and once I stepped foot into the office I would get instant panic attacks. I became a patient at Dr.Golds from a young age and have had nothing but FANTASTIC experiences. The staff is wonderful and so personable. I never even think twice about an upcoming visit now. Jade did my x-rays and assisted Barb on my exam. Nikki came in last and did the routine check up. These three ladies blew me away with their “bed side manner”. SO friendly, SO kind and just amazing!!! I can’t express how I feel enough! I am in my twenties now and have yet to have a bad experience with this office! I also now have two children of my own. My eldest is 4 and had his FIRST visit at the Dentist yesterday. I was MORE than impressed!! The wonderful staff took fantastic care of my little guy! Alicia/Alesha (sorry if incorrect spelling) was amazing with him!!! Jade took his x-rays and was so friendly and kind! Both girls did an exceptional job with my child I am beyond impressed!! Being a mother you are always worried about your child being in the care of others but these two ladies had me so confident and not the slightest bit worried! My son is booked in for 6 months and he is looking forward to it!!! This is SO refreshing considering how I felt about the dentist as a child! Dr.Gold came in to do his routine check in and of course he was nothing short of amazing as well! Dental visits start with the employees at the desk. How you are treated by them can leave a bad taste in your mouth about the whole office and experience. The wonderful ladies who greeted us had us smiling from the moment we walked in. Such lovely staff all together as a unit. All in all, 100/10! Highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist in Canada. I’ve been a client since 2006 since moving here from California and let me tell you I went to them all before finding Dr. Gold. They’re really the very, very best from cleanliness, service, expertise, comfort plus friendly. And a shout out to Barb as my hygienist because she’s phenomenal with me, hubby and kids. Plus all the staff is beyond friendly too. Dr. Gold has really upped his practice with state of the art technology for fancy dentistry work. Also, doesn’t numb your whole face for a simple cavity repair; I left with the same smile!! Love this place so much!! Who can say that about a dentist?! Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Gold's Source Dental several years ago when my previous dentist "couldn't fit me in" to their schedule on an emergency basis. I had a significantly broken tooth that required immediate attention. Dr. Gold took me in without hesitation and I was immediately impressed with his office, staff, flexibility, professionalism and comforting "bedside manner". I switched to his office immediately thereafter. I have had significant dental issues for as long as I can remember. Just today, I had my top, front (6) teeth replaced with crowns. Words cannot describe the incredible difference this has made - I actually burst in to tears of happiness in my car when I truly saw the results for the first time. I am not a "burst into tears" kind of guy! It affected me in a way that surprised me, the improvement was so dramatic. My teeth have made me self conscious of my smile for my entire adult life. Today's procedure (among the many other improvements Dr. Gold and his team have made) have alleviated those feelings entirely. To Dr. Gold, Operations Manager Jasmin, my hygienist Ashley and everyone else in the office, thank you. No one likes going to the dentist. However, it's comforting to know that when I must go - I will be met with professionalism, compassion, stunning results and only the best of care. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Gold for over 15 years and I have never looked back. Dr. Gold is the best dentist I have ever had. I must admit, I am not the bravest when it comes to having any form of dental work done, but Dr Gold and his amazing staff's with their friendly and professional manner makes each and everyone of my dental visits a great one. I love how neat, clean and organized the office is, nice kids gaming area and free wifi . Positive experience: Excellent staff, makes my visit much easier to handle due to my nervous demeanour! The new office is also very beautiful and comfortable for the wait, which is never long! Fantastic experience: The best dental office around. Everyone is smiling and kind. The staff ask about you and genuinely seem to want to get to know you and help you with your oral hygiene. Doctor Gold himself is very funny and friendly and the office is clean and approachable. I feel safe getting my work done there and would recommend it to anyone. I also love that they send you off with a bag of oral hygiene supplies and promote their social media and leaving them feedback.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Dr. Golds about two years ago when i moved to this area. The staff are friendly and great. What keeps me going back is how good they are with my son. Fantastic experience: I was terrified of going to the dentist - I avoided it for almost a decade, and convinced myself that I couldn't afford help, even if I wanted it. But I gathered my courage and made an appointment with Dr. Gold's office. My first visit went amazing! I was expecting to be judged and lectured on the state of my teeth, but it was just the opposite. The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly, to start. And the hygienist who first saw me, Barb, was very sweet, straightforward and helpful. She made sure I understood what my insurance would cover, and explained what treatments I might need. The lovely young lady who did my x-rays was incredibly pleasant and personable. Both of these wonderful women made sure that I felt secure, and would often give their praise about how well I was doing, which made me feel a lot more confident about receiving treatment. I was nervous to meet the dentist, Dr. Gold, but that was a baseless fear. He is a very nice man, funny too, and he also gave me the same sense of reassurance that this practice is all about. These people are truly wonderful. They will work with you to accommodate your needs. They are all able to provide a wonderful, nurturing and caring environment while being eminently professional. If all dental offices were this outstanding, no one would ever avoid a visit to the dentist again.
