From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The office was clean, modern, and very well organized. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. They were gentle, thorough, and answered all of my questions. I especially appreciated how they checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. As a first-time patient, I really appreciated how professional and attentive everyone was. It made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. :)

In 2021 I had 20 fillings, 1 root canal, 3 wisom teeth removed, and 1 gum graft done (all in 1 month!). 5 year later, my mouth has never felt better. Forever grateful to the staff here, they're doing some genuinely life-changing work.

Negative experience: Found my sons visit very frustrating as we have taken him since age 2 twice a year as per dentist reccomendation, follow advice re; waiting, management etc. After monitoring a cavity for half a year, it needed treatment, treated these last year and was told all is well for next two appointments. After cleaning was completed still everything is fine, no cavities or issues, then told we should do our first xray. After doing so its found my son has a cavity on both sides (possibly 4 teeth). Very frustrated this was missed for so long, yet still book to have treatment. Which is unable to be finished so we go to a children's dental clinic and find out this cavity is so big removing it will expose his nerve. I now have no choice but to put my 6 yo under anesthesia for treatment that I feel should of been completed prior to getting this bad.

Dr. Nashid is a great dentist and has done many great tooth fillings on me, and the front staff are always so attentive and welcoming. The hygienists here are very accommodating and patient with my gum and tooth sensitivity. I was helped by Joyce today, who was very kind and professional, and I felt no discomfort at all. Fantastic experience: I started having tooth pain and found Smile View got an appointment the next day. They were super thorough, took X-rays, and found it was my wisdom teeth. I had all 4 removed, and thanks to their instructions, I had no pain at all just swelling. The staff even called the next day to check on me, which was really appreciated. Dr. Nashid was professional and helpful the whole way. If you’re a student at DC/OTU I would 100% recommend coming here because it’s close and the insurance process is very simple they take of that for you with the school. I’m glad I came here I was able to continue my studies with no more tooth pain!

Due to other complications at the time it affected my healing and they were constantly checking on me and ensuring there was nothing else going on with my teeth. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a dentist in years have been busy caring for a family member. I have some missing teeth and 2 fractured front teeth. I went to dental clinic close to me. They did X-rays . Was told they couldn’t do anything for my front teeth and referred me to a Denturist in downtown Whitby to have partial dentures made. I came home disappointed and found Smile View Dental close to me on Simcoe. I called them and within a few days I had a cleaning done and my front teeth beautifully repaired and restored thanks to Dr. Iskander. They are also taking care of the partials dentures for me. I am so happy to have found them and such a warm friendly and welcoming office.

Negative experience: They just try to rip off to the fullest and on top they ensure you are at utmost pain for the day even after 1 small filling

Negative experience: What’s the point in making an appointment when they call constantly to change the time? Their customer service is lacking, when you approach the desk they don’t look at you or acknowledge you. I felt I got a lot of unnecessary images done and my insurance was used up on my first visit.
