Dr. Rusteika is by far the only dentist that i feel cares about my health and have actual discussion with realistic solutions. My hygienist Carmen is one of the best across the country. I feel no stress at every appointment. Please keep up the great work and being who you are.

Positive experience: The appointment itself, was excellent as always. I had 3 text reminders and one phone message with info about the upcoming appointment. It was indicated the office was across from Safeway - possibly stating which doors to use would have been helpful (especially since my first visit was at 730am) and also including the new phone number. Beautiful office!

Fantastic experience: 1. As latex safe as possible. 2. My hygienist asked for an update on meds and allergies, something I would have forgotten to update otherwise. 3. The dental therapist looked at a problematic tooth for me today. I appreciate him having a look and making g a plan for it. 4. Always on time! I am not someone who minds waiting. It amazes me how efficient the office is without feeling rushed. 5. Front end staff... courteous and helpful. 6. Text confirmations of appointments... love that! Please keep in mind that the only reason I left my previous dentist was because of my latex allergy. That office was super awesome too. My needs have changed.

When I first came in with many cavities there was no judgement and the appointments were booked at an earlier date than I expected (which is a good thing). This will be my go to clinic in the future most likely.

My former dentist wouldn't acknowledge my medical exemptions, so my search for a new dentist led me to the Regina Dental Group. I couldn't be more pleased with with Dr.Lee and the staff at Regina Dental Group. A professional friendly environment that has you quickly in and out with all your dental needs attended to. Fantastic experience: I'm new to Regina and was in need of a dentist. The google reviews for this place were plentiful and good, so I booked an initial visit. Am I glad I did! Not only is this office conveniently located, it exceeded my wildest hopes. The office is bright, clean and modern, and the staff are friendly and efficient. They also use what I can only assume is state of the art technology, for I haven't seen (or even heard of) this sort of diagnostic dental technology anywhere else. I was traumatized by my childhood dentist, but the staff here have me looking forward to my next visit. Update: I've had my "next visit", and they have maintained their 5 stars from me. I needed a cleaning and filling repair. Dr. Jill and Jada put me at ease and made the process painless. The new filling feels good and I'm back to chewing as if there had never been a problem.

Negative experience: Have absolutely loved this clinic and the staff for the last few years that I’ve been here. Would have given them 5 stars a year ago, but unfortunately my last two dental cleanings that were scheduled about 6mo in advance were both cancelled just days before because my hygienist is away. It’s nearly impossible to make it off of their cancellation list, and booking time off work is already difficult. The receptionist seemed sort of sympathetic, but could not really offer me a solution other than being back on the never ending wait list. Sadly, I had to switch to a different location with more availability. Hopefully they can hire more hygienists at Southland! I would be back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here regularly for 12 years and have only had one not great experience many years ago. The hygienists change regularly and it's rare that I have the same one more than twice, but they are always friendly and gentle.

Positive experience: I've updated my review to reflect Dale's exceptional extraction work. What I didn't like was receiving conflicting stories from the dentist and the front office. I had my extraction appointment cancelled by reception because a therapist wasn't available that day. The dentist later told me that they had cancelled it because they hadn't heard back from my family doctor. After cancelling my first appointment, my rescheduled appointment was over a week later. When I arrived, expecting to have the teeth extracted that day as we'd discussed, the dentist insisted on doing the extractions on two different days. At reception, I explicitly stated that I only read texts on my cell phone, which they noted. When my cell phone exploded with missed calls and messages from the clinic, I was frustrated but not surprised. I complained, to which they said "we'll make a note." Just like the first time, I guess. I asked them to remove my text number from their records.

Negative experience: Well treatment part is good. But make sure before getting done any treatment how much it's cover under your insurance benefits! Otherwise treatment will end with your pocket money outside of your insurance balance. It happened with me couple of times and honestly the process and policy is helpless at that time. Make sure pre estimation has been submitted and approved where we can check the approved amount. So it won't burden on our pocket.

I've never felt rushed when I visit and that makes me feel valued by them. They truly listen to all my dental concerns and make the appropriate referrals as needed. My children are clients of theirs too and they are comfortable going there for their dental care. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. I appreciate them. They go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this business for all your dental needs or concerns.

We have done Services including cleaning and putting in a bridge. They use modern and cutting edge technology to ensure they see what's going on inside your mouth. The staff is very experienced, professional and patient. I am usually scared of the dentist but they were able to provide a relaxed and stress free setting and experience for me. They also provide step by step guide of your procedure so you know what to expect. We are very pleased with our services and procedures and highly recommend them. The accept insurance as well.

Fantastic experience: Very detailed, pics of teeth from High res camera, amazing to see details in your teeth to understand what a cavity looks like or cracks in teeth etc. Excellent service from staff, very friendly and Dr Jill Thomson is gentle while doing her craft, she uses tools gently which most dentists I've have been to do not.
