My youngest is autistic and they worked with her and me to have it be the best experience possible! All after having a rather traumatic experience elsewhere.. (not using that word lightly) Wonderful group of people! They do direct billing too.

Fantastic experience: We always are extremely pleased with our experience at Grasslands Dental whether it is for a dental hygiene appointment or to see one of the dentists for a dental procedure such as inspection, filling or a crown. The staff is highly trained, very professional and very pleasant to deal with. I have been delighted with the total experience. It's a great facility and very accessible with lots of public parking right out front.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I are new clients at Grasslands Dental. We had our first appointments on May 31, 2022. After the initial paperwork, meet & greet, X-rays and providing a complete medical/dental history, a plan has been put into action. We are so pleased with the skilled technicians, office staff and of course, Dr. Tkatchuk. We had such an awesome first experience and know that we are in capable hands.

Righ from the receptionist to the hygienist Kristel they provide utmost care, are super friendly, and make us feel right at home. This was my first visit at the client but felt very homely and in safe hands. Their service was quick and prefect on time. Very accommodating and understanding. The attention to detail and quality of service are outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist and hygienist.

Positive experience: The assistants here are always so kind, friendly and patient. I’ve enjoyed all my experiences with them. Everyone seems well trained. Dr. Marc is friendly but very rough during procedures. He works fast and is lazar focused which is great but neglects to check in on how you’re doing and will start roughly grabbing your jaw, pulling your face and pushing his knuckles into you. At one point he even had his forearm pushing against my nose making it difficult to breath. I understand readjusting the patient mid procedure is necessary but there is a reasonable scale of force he often exceeds and it’s to a degree I have never experienced at the hands of other dentists. He is a good, reliable and honest dentist so I wouldn’t swap him out for anyone else but I’d really appreciate it if in the future he is more mindful of the level of force he is using mid procedure and be more observant to patient body cues.

Fantastic experience: Kalyan was excellent. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable while in the chair. The place is clean and the staff I interacted with with friendly and courteous.

Fantastic experience: Modern, clean and very efficient. I switched to this practice a year and a half ago and am so glad I did. They are so kind, polite, and most importantly, the needles never hurt! I don’t know if it is the lidocaine spray vs the gel application of numbing, but it works. You don’t even feel the poke. I have never liked going to the dentist, but here…I feel very at ease.

Fantastic experience: This dental office was amazing. I needed an emergency surgery to remove my wisdom teeth, my dental office couldn’t get me in till June. They got me booked in 5 days after I called. My dental office said they wouldn’t do all 4 at once and they did them all! Everyone was so friendly and kind! They got my teeth out in 25 minutes! I normally hate the dentist and every experience but this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I do think the dentist chipped one of my teeth while pulling another out but I feel like that’s gonna happen with that procedure. I will 100% be going back there for all my appointments, they are very well priced and do direct billing to Insurance.

Fantastic experience: I got my 2 wisdom teeth extracted. Staff here is very calm, composed, helpful, right from reception staff to doctor and nurse. I was so nervous before my treatment. When other dentist had referred me to oral surgeon, here my work was done within an hour. I was in pain since July, and was getting appointment for oral surgeon in February next year.. I can't thank enough to doctor MARC TKATCHUK and his staff girl for such an painless procedure. May God bless whole staff here. They all are wonderful people. I would definitely recommend my friends and family in need. I would give 100 stars❤️ , if there was an option.

I did not know I had to have teeth extracted and I am a very nervous dental patient, but they treated me with such kindness and made me very Comfortable so I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone that needs any dental work My experience was better than I expected, once I found out about the extractions and have experienced No Pain and that to me is incredible. I recently had something come up last minute and they were able to accommodate me and push my appointment back 30 minutes. The staff there are great. I always hate going to the dentist but they make the experience better.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marc is an angel. I never felt even the tiniest of pain during any of my treatments. I found OTC medicines not to be working on my pain after surgery but medication that Dr. Marc prescribes, give me complete relief in 15 minutes. If Dr. Marc is moving anytime then I am moving lol. Dr. Marc has magical hands, I didn’t feel anything during the procedure. The staff and doc made me comfortable. It was a wonderful experience. Negative experience: I made an online booking providing all the required information on this website and received a notification email saying that an appointment has been requested - no further communication. I also receive an online booking 'Schedule your appointment' notification that specifies the date, time, insurance details, etc but that wasit! No further communication. So I arrive at the clinic and the reception had no record of my appointment request. Complete waste of time and shockingly inefficient appointment booking system. I recommend that anyone using this dental group's online booking tool to book directly with the clinic instead. The reception staff were beyond helpful and booked me in for an urgent appointment within a couple of days.

Negative experience: I have switched dentists from them. Dr Rondeau used to be my dentist and has since retired. I asked multiple times for a night guard due to grinding, they told me I did not need it. My last time I was there they told me I had 12 cavities to fill. Upon going to my new dentist I had only 1 cavity to fill, and immediately was given impressions for a mouth guard and the dentist mentioned I have damaged my teeth from not having one up until that point. Would not recommend
