Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at this clinic today, and as a (very) nervous dental patient I was pleasantly impressed with the care I was given. All the reviews prior of 5 stars are why I chose this clinic, and from the front desk staff, to the amazing and kind hygienist (Marie I think? Apologies if I get her name wrong)to meeting my new favorite Dentist (Dr. Bill) I shall never fear an appointment again. Thank you all for making me feel safe and cared for.

I appreciate that they were very accommodating for my anxiety around dental work, and were quick to call me by my middle name (which I prefer). Fantastic experience: Very friendly and couteous environment coupled with thorough and effective treatment.

Negative experience: Constantly dropping tools and medical equipment. Rushing through all of my appointments and never able to find the tools they need. Had me almost upside down on the table for 3 hours and refused to change it because they said “it made it easier” for them to do the procedure. I’ll never be coming back here ever again. I’ve also never been pity through so much pain during a root canal.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Rieger for a crown and can't say enough good. He was extremely gentle and very considerate always making sure I was doing ok. First time in my life I felt no pain during the freezing needles! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: 2022: After getting a filling and visitng second time to fix the uneven edge of it, Dr. Mike ground my tooth excessively. Having tooth ground down too much, it still feels sensitive after 2 months of the treatment. Even chewing gum is difficult without feeling pain. I am still being careful to chew on that side. I would not recommend here for getting fillings. 2025 update: There was no follow up from manager whatsoever. I am still suffering from the work done by Dr. Mike, I needed to have the work re-done. He was kind and welcoming, but his technique was severely lacking. Now I am scared to go visit dental clinics.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the Dentist in almost 5 years. I could come up with a million reasons why I kept putting it off, but the truth is, I was just embarrassed with the state that my teeth and gums were in and I was overwhelmed with anxiety about having to go back. My hygienist was Megan, and I cannot say enough amazing things about her! My teeth and gums weren’t in as bad of shape as I thought they were. Megan was kind, compassionate, understanding, supportive, and in no way judgemental. She was thorough and never rushed. It was probably the best experience that I have ever had at the Dentist! Dr. Bill Rieger was my Dentist and while our interaction was brief, he was also amazing! He was very patient and easy to talk to. He also gave me lots of reassurance and made me feel comfortable. While leaving the appointment I had such a nice chat with the Receptionist. We have some mutual connections and she remembered that, so she made a point of bringing it up. She was punctual and very efficient! My insurance was already being processed which was never previously done in the past - I always had to do it myself. I even booked my next cleaning, so hey… I call that a win!

Positive experience: I was greeted by staff and did the covid health questions. I had a short wait and was brought into the procedure area. All protocols for covid were followed carefully. I had my dental work done quickly and virtually painlessly. I have had 2 appointment since the present dentist started and I am confident in the safety measures and good service they provide.

Fantastic experience: Excellent! My positive experience began at reception. The receptionist was professional, kind, and welcoming. After completing my initial visit paperwork, I was quickly brought to the dental care area (no waiting). The care provided to me by Shelley (hygienist) and Dr Rieger was top level. They talked with me, not “to” me about my dental health, and explained what they would be doing. Shelley ensured that I was comfortable, offered options to keep me pain free, although I did not experience any pain with my care. This was a great dental visit!

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Dr. Reiger’s since he started his practice and will be with him until the day he retires! He is the BEST dentist and I can’t sing his praises loud enough! I actually look forward to having my teeth cleaned there - the staff are incredible. They are professional, welcoming and very thorough in their jobs. I have referred a number of people to Windsor Park Dental and each have thanked me over and over again for doing so! Fantastic experience: Amazing ! Dr Kyle Roesslein got me in for an emergency appointment for a cracked tooth! I have a fear of dentists like most however Dr.Roesslein made me feel completely relaxed and fixed my tooth perfectly !

Positive experience: There is always room for improvement but in my opinion the staff is great and helpful. Take their advice and keep your Smile.. Another 6 month visit... still have my teeth and no spaces to spit through lol... visit went well and as usual had great service .

Fantastic experience: Time for a new cleaning! While cleaning, Shelley uncovered a developing cavity. Dr Rieger quickly came up with a plan that didn't jump to using a filing - much appreciated! I'll be back for more treatment and a check in that tooth in three weeks.
