Fantastic experience: Just went for my annual check up with xray and cleaning. They make you feel like family not a number. Very caring dental people. I struggle with flossing daily but am given advice how to inplement flossing during the day. Dentists are always improving their education and equipment to give your teeth the best care.

Positive experience: Hi. Those huge plastic xray things loosened the two teeth at the bottom right . I felt it immediately that is why I questioned you about them. You said they are fine. They are lose from those X-ray cubes. Never experienced that before. New technology is crap. The next morning I woke up with swollen red gums all over and couldn't eat for 4+ days. Then a couple weeks later those two loose teeth started to hurt. The pain was much worse then the gum thing. 10+ My friends saw what was happening to me. It was not good.. Cheers, Donna D

Fantastic experience: Treatment amazing, staff great always smiling, kind & dentist has done a great job of my dentures & what i needed with adjustments.

Negative experience: From the moment we arrived, the administrative assistant was aggressive and confrontational. Despite the fact that we had just completed registration, they could not locate or correctly enter our information and repeatedly got our names wrong. Instead of resolving the issue calmly, they became visibly angry at my spouse, treating it as our fault rather than an administrative error. Communication was also a problem. The administrative assistant was extremely soft-spoken and difficult to understand. We had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times. Rather than speaking up or adjusting, they became increasingly frustrated and agitated. This was not a hearing issue on our end. There was also aggressive upselling of additional services, which felt inappropriate given the confusion and tension already present. Most concerning is the complete lack of patient confidentiality. A treatment room is directly adjacent to the waiting area, and conversations are clearly audible. While waiting, we could hear another patient’s full name, date of birth, occupation, medications, and medical history. This creates a serious privacy and identity-theft risk. This level of exposure should not exist in a healthcare setting and appears to be a violation of basic privacy standards. Finally, the clinic’s response of “I’m sorry you feel that way” is not an apology and does not acknowledge the actual issues raised, staff conduct, poor communication, and a serious confidentiality breach. It reads as dismissive rather than accountable. I would not return and would not recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment with Simpli Dental and was booked in right away and the staff and the doctor was very fast and respectful i highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone great place and very clean

Dr. Thomson took the time to explain my X-rays in detail, which I’ve never had a dentist do before. The clinic is spotless and uses very modern equipment. They didn’t argue when I said how much painkillers I needed and kept the conversation light but focused. Funny how efficient you can be when you’re not bickering about politics.

Fantastic experience: Simpli Dental Regina - we have been a patient since they opened and have been very happy. They have looked after all our needs. I just had a crown yesterday and it was a very good experience. Plus they do not have poshy surroundings and they pass that savings on to the patients. It is because of Simpli Dental that we can look after our teeth. The staff are very friendly and it is always lovely to visit the dentist there. Thank you Dr. Blake Mitchell for taking care of our teeth and having wonderful staff. My husband had a root canal at the same time and he was pleased as well. Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with my experience at Simpli Dental! I am terrified of dentist and was hesitant to even go but the people and doctor there are so kind and understanding. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and your experience more at ease. Would highly recommend this office.

Negative experience: I had multiple fillings done here. In under a month, one fell out and within five months, two had fallen out. I went to another dentist who confirmed the fillings were improperly done. "Dr." Dale Thompson lacked confidence from the beginning and I should have known better when I had the first filling fixed. To make matters worse, my insurance won’t cover fixing the filling from a different dentist, leaving me in a tough spot. Why would I go back to Simpli to get them fixed when I've already seen the caliber of their work? The receptionist, Austin, was not apologetic at all and had a very poor attitude, which only added to my frustration. They are cheaper than some other dentists in town, but you clearly get what you pay for. I regret ever going to Simpli dental and would not recommend going here, or at the very least, not using Dale Thompson as your dentist. Edit: Wouldn't you know it, another filling fell out. Dale Thompson is the worst dentist I've ever had. Absolute joke. That's 4 fillings fallen out in under a year.

Fantastic experience: Tyler Mitchell was very professional in his approach pulling my tooth out yesterday. Also his assistant Karen was very polite , courteous and accommodating that I was in no pain. Highly recommend Simpli Dental.

There is this particular young lady who attends to me, I forget to ask for her name but next time I go there I will definitely do. They all hold loving tones, giving clear instructions for every step. They make you feel very safe and loved. Thus I personally have built a lot of trust in the work force at Simpli Dental. Fantastic experience: We had an emergency situation and at the time the only place we could get in was Simpli dental, & I don’t think I will ever go to another dentist. The dentist is so kind and gentle. All of the staff, really. One of my boys needs to know exactly what they’re doing, how they’re doing it, etc. he took the time and just explained everything and was extremely patient and understanding. It’s been a few years now of taking my family here, and I have never had a single issue.

Negative experience: I had an appointment today at 11am sept 12 2025 and I was kicked out. The lady booking me in asked me about my health history, we moved on to the " do you have coverage?" Question. I said " yes, I do, threw SAid" She asked me " oh so threw supplementary health, what's your disability" I told her " I don't have one, I'm registered under SAID on supplementary health under my common law partners file" She told me she doesn't know how that works so she contacted her manager he said that it wasn't how it worked either. I explained to them that I've been covered threw him threw SAID for over 5y, all they had to do was look up my health card and look that's what every other health care services had done and saw on my file I'm covered. She told me over and over that's not how it works and said you can pay today and figure it out later I said I had no money and told her to check my file and she refused and handed back my card and kicked me out with out even bothering to look at my file. I left vary upset and had a full blown anxiety attack and came home not able to breathe. My common law partner calmed me down and called another dental office and asked them if they can look at my file and they did with no hesitation. They called back and told me I was covered for a checkup, a cleaning, and a full xray. So it's safe to say my partner and I will never go back again, the treatment and malpractice was deplorable. Update: I forgot to mention I get coverage threw my partner because I'm registered as a dependent, I also do have a disability but it's not registered under SAID. We tried to register my disability but the staff said I can't because I'm already registered as a dependent and recive all the eligible benefits. Please educate your staff on these matters so it doesn't happen again.

Fantastic experience: Today was my 1st experience with Simpli Dental and I have to say it was 5-star! From the booking process, checkin and cleaning/check-up, it was a wonderful experience. Lisa, my hygienist was personable and professional all wrapped in one! Dr. Blake Mitchell was a very refreshing version of a young dentist who appears to truly have a genuine concern for his patients. He explains everything so well that it's easy to understand for the layperson. Again personable and professional all at the same time! Well done Simpli Dental in Regina.

Negative experience: I recently had three dental fillings done in January 2025. Since then, I have been experiencing issues with one of them. I am unable to chew food properly, and I feel pain and sensitivity even when drinking tap water. I have visited the dentist twice after the procedure, but I have not found any relief. To my surprise, my medical records show incorrect details about the fillings. I had two fillings done on the bottom teeth and one on the top, but the records state that all three were on the top. When I pointed this out, no one believed me. How is this even possible? Another major issue is the lack of communication. The phone numbers provided always direct me to a voicemail system, and I have never received a call back. This makes it impossible to confirm whether my messages have been received, which is very disappointing. The clinic must improve significantly in this area. In addition, I had to pay for a treatment out of my own pocket even though it was supposed to be pre-approved. The clinic did not inform me that three hundred dollars were not approved. Furthermore, I was not informed when my dental hygienist moved out of the province, which is something I should have known before my appointment was confirmed. While the treatment itself was acceptable, my overall experience has been frustrating. Due to these issues, I have given them the lowest rating. If you have other options, I strongly recommend considering a different dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: First time there got a check up to see what I needed found out the cost and the Dentist and the young lady were very kind. Polite and 100% easy to talk to . Will recommend them any time . Was there today June 26 they are very patient with me and getting the dentures just right which is so appreciated back next week and then will have teeth pulled but they are the nicest people ever for a wuss like me

They took me back in right after and Doctor Mitchell made sure everything was well taken care of and painless. All the staff there are very friendly and supportive.

The assistant was pleasant & explained everything she was going to do after having asked me if I would like a check up. Following my appointment with Dale, my dentist, I was very impressed with him. He explained everything to me in detail regarding the plan that he would recommend for me. I would recommend Simpli Dental to everyone.

Positive experience: Low key, small office. I appreciated the simplicity of it! Like any dentist though, I’m sure I coulda been talked into spending lots of $$$ but they respected my desire to keep the focus on immediate needs. I think the availability of the dentists are limited to regular office hours but the hygienist was available Saturday (yeahhh!!!). Beware though, they don’t follow up with insurance providers on weekends and so I had to pay out of pocket for cleaning done on Saturday. Hygienist repeated herself a few times to make sure I understood. Will get reimbursed though and anticipate that happening quickly.

Fantastic experience: This office is great. Amazing staff, easy check in, back to basics no fluff no extra unnecessary stuff that gets passed onto the patients on the form of high prices. No muss no fuss and great prices too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had one of the greatest experience, I saw dr derek and his assistant they were very patient I had the craziest of tooth pain and a cavity went under my fillings so the pain was throbbing bad, I couldn’t afford to pay for the procedure right away so they went through differnt options with me and did what they could for me and it’s working wonders! I would highly recommend them to anyone they work with you and very patient

Positive experience: This time I had to have a tooth pulled that a 30+ old root canal. The dentist was great but still took 3 hours to get it out. There was an abscess under it so was very necessary to get it out. CDA was not overly careful and caused pain by not being careful enough. I am glad it finally ame out and pain levels today were manageable.
