Fantastic experience: I have been going to this clinic to Dr. Dean for over 25 years! He is incredibly patient and supportive and does great work. His DA, Darcie F is also incredible.

Negative experience: Was told my Son WOULD HAVE TO have his tonsils Taken out. When the Orthodontist I was refered to, told me it is not a problem, just like I had thought from the research I did, before seeing Dr. Randy Gilewich for a consultant on my son's extra tooth, and planning work to be done. I had done a lot of sufficient review on the topic after his dental assistant at the qdt visit/review, thought it might be a problem, or something Randy suggests to be done, once he reviews him at the next time, so I had adequate prepare for an intelligent conversation about. after "the issue" from my reading, was not an issue if they were not mouth breathing, but Randy would not acknowledge that, and continued to barade his recommendation AS NEcesssary, without any due cause, or understanding as to why he would be his recommendation. Randy was Very confrontational when I asked him why HE thought they HAD TO come out, like an explanation, because from my research with his breathing doing well (not a problem), it didn't seem necessary, so I wanted to get his understanding, his professional reasoning that is. he was unwilling to explain and even furious for some reason, that I was asking/questioning it, even though we were in the review treatment plan phases, which is what I signed up for, not to listen to all demands questionless phase. he refused to encourage healthy dialogue about the conversation of the tonsils, so I guess did not want to be questioned for all his blatant reasoning and demands. A second professional said, if my son is not having the issues, with breathing, open-mouth syndrome, mouth breathing, or anything else, there was no idea in the World as to why you would have them removed, because I researched it, unless they are open mouth breathing BECAUSE of the tonsils, which is what dentists would be worried about to have proper mouth posturing at rest to support good dental development and support. Outside of them, being large, and causing no issue, he had no reasoning. Randy dismissed all questions and answers, and made me feel under attack while my son was lying down on the examination table, totally helpless and vulnerable to the conflict, araising from Randy's inability to "discuss" the matter- it was honestly so disturbing to see a professional treating someone with actual intelligence this way when looking for their advice- no can do- no speaky, no reason-Y I am so Glad I saw the other professional, before I got "bullied" in to being subjected to his "advice/recommendation", that actually had very little merit, and I think had became one of his automated predication/diagnosis. Sick! :D To anyone that is wondering if their son's Tonsils NEED to come out- please "listen" to yourself, as well, as any resounding sound, coherent clinicians about the treatment of your self or your children, do not let their perceived grandur, and status, null your own truth, concerns, and research. Thanks for this platform to being available to share such a gruesome experience, I can't believe it took me so long! but that is what the experience, of bullies, and abusers, do, they make it look like you were at fault, for their temper, and inadequate behaviour. Compliance and appeasal is all he wanted, and if you are read to give that, please go to him, so you can be hassled and bullied of any questions, of your personal care or treatment plan conflicts. Thank you My son is Happy and Healthy under the care of a Dr. Anholdt at Urban Orthodonticts, I will write back what is his name. There were more issues like this one, like communication of visit structure, I had went to look at a comprehensive plan, about my son's extra tooth, and what we got was more referrals, (on the second visit), and a CRUDE demand to TAKE OUT HIS TONSILS- they have to come out, I think is what he said He wanted to remove an immune organ gland, from my son, no questions asked, no questions or concerns, without sound reason. Im so sick thinking about it. That that almost happen to me in a dentist of Regina.

Fantastic experience: I always ignore requests to do reviews but I have to because I am so Happy and shocked at the kindness and understanding the staff at this office have. I busted a molar about 2 years ago and never had it looked at because it never bothered me . Well the other day “ Tooth ACHE “ kicks in and now it has my undivided attention. So at a recommendation i called Normanview Dental at about 2 pm and wow they got me in the next day at noonish . They checked it and said it’s had to be pulled but first we will give you antibiotics. That was on a Friday and come back Monday to have it pulled. So Monday rolls around and anything that could go wrong before my 10:30 am appointment , it went wrong . So I showed up approx40 minutes late! Yes 40 mins expecting to be told it’s not happening today and a fee for not showing up on time. But no they take me in they immediately freeze me Doc comes back in 5 minutes later asked if I’m frozen I’m like oh yes, he pulls the tooth I’m up and out. Amazing, what I figured would take a couple hours, plus a negative attitude because I was late never happened. Doc and assistant were the nicest people i ever dealt with at a Dentist office and made me feel like they knew me for ever. I can’t say enough good things about this office. I would have kicked my ass to the curb lol

Negative experience: Dr. Adam did a filling on my son's tooth that was too deep and got infected. I had two consultations with 2 different dentists and they both confirmed the filling was done very poorly.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Another wonderful dentist appt. The staff are incredible and so patient and kind. They are professional and on top of everything and yet take the time to talk, comfort, encourage, inform and make you feel like a superstar. The rooms and chairs are clean and comfortable and the waiting room is also comfortable and roomy. Fantastic experience: Randy and his team are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and will go above and beyond the call of duty to help you. I've had surgery done here in the past. Recently, I opted in for the custom fit orthotic for TMJ pain and tension headaches. While this project is a work in progress, it has realigned my bite and has reduced tension. They also made an appointment to a quality ENT to cover all bases that could be causing issues. The best dental service I've experienced in South eastern Saskatchewan. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: A new patient at this office, my appointment was on time, and with friendly service at reception. The dental hygienist was excellent, explaining all procedures as she examined my teeth and recorded data for my dental record. She made specific suggestions for maintaining optimal dental hygiene, and described how they will continue to monitor my dental health. This was one of the most thorough and best cleaning appointments I have ever had, and the equipment at this office is more advanced than any I have seen anywhere. I feel confident that I am in excellent care here.

The hygienist team always does a great job and are quick but gentle! I always appreciate the numbing cream before they administer any freezing - I barely feel it which makes the whole experience more relaxed. Admin staff is helpful and friendly, I appreciate that they call a couple days after you’ve had work done to check that everything is ok and feeling good. I also very much appreciate the text reminders days ahead to remind me of upcoming appointments. Would highly recommend Dr.Abdulla and the staff.

Fantastic experience: This has been my dentist for decades, and I highly recommend Dr Dean. During the years I have had to move and see another dentist, during those visits, both the dentist and the assistants commented on the “good work” they saw. One thing I have noticed over the many years, the clinic is always improving. They often have a new piece of equipment, or a new flouride method, the most recent is a 3d imaging machine, which when sent to the lab made a perfect crown, no additional grinding. This is a great clinic, you won’t regret choosing Dr Dean as your families dentist.
