Negative experience: UPDATE (Jan 2026): I am editing my review further due to incredibly unprofessional retaliation. After posting my initial honest review about their billing discrepancies, the clinic cancelled my September 2025 appointment without any prior notice. When I called to ask why, I was told explicitly that my appointment was cancelled because I left a "very good review" (sarcasm intended by staff). Instead of reaching out to discuss the billing error or find a solution, they chose to cut off my dental care. If you value professional ethics and don't want your healthcare held hostage over a Google review, I suggest looking elsewhere. The fact is if I would have met the doctor and discussed, I would have deleted or edited my review but they completely stopped. ‐---------------------------------------------------------------------- To my surpirse they realize after 6 months that I have a outstanding. At the time of service, Doctor Clerarly mentioned that we will not charge you for this service as it's only covered once in a year under my insurance. ON Above while checking out I asked and was told all is good you don't have anything outstanding. How come after 6 months am getting email at my work? Don't you guys do you diligence when the patient is there? Why say we won't charge and then send a bill after 6 months? Is this how your patients are treated?

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Greens Dental since they opened. Dr. Tess is a great doctor and the staff are very kind. The wait time is exceptionally short compared to other clinics. I usually get in within a week and have even gotten in next day for an emergency procedure. I love the text reminders before appointments or to keep up with cleanings. They even send out holiday greetings or follow up with a call after an appointment. The office is clean and modern and has good parking right outside. They provide refreshments and have a nice waiting room, indoor slippers and multiple streaming options to stay entertained during the appointment. Once, I had to bring my babies and the staff helped hold them when they got fussy. It’s a very accommodating office and I have referred friends and family there. I highly recommended Greens Dental and Dr. Tess.

Fantastic experience: Harman - She is the Dental Hygienist at Greens Dental Clinic. Greens Dental Clinic should hire more of Harman. Shes very knowledgeable and will give you advise on whats the best things to do with dental concerns when it comes to hygiene. Dr. Tess - Shes very approachable and shes very nice. Other dental doctor were difficult to talk to. With Dr. Tess, you will feel like you are talking to a close friend. I highly recommend their clinic. I will also refer all of my friend in Broadview to get dental concerns only the Greens Dental Clinic.

Fantastic experience: Tooth cleaning done today-myself and my 10 year old daughter. Both hygienists were great. And of course Dr. Tes is always amazing. Everything is explained well and tratment options discussed without any pressure. I usually hate getting my teeth cleaned because most of the hygienists/dentists I’ve been to were too rough so it was always a painful experience. This time at Dr Tes clinc, it was the complete opposite. I’m so glad I found this clinic. We are going to be a lifelong patients of theirs.
