Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 10 years due to cost and a little bit of fear, but now that the CDCP is available, I was finally able to get my teeth back on track and I’m so glad I chose Milton Dental Hub. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and genuinely cared for. The office itself is very clean and welcoming, and the front desk reception team, Shreya, Asal, and Sherry, were all super friendly, helpful, and organized Julia, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Magued were exceptional and incredibly professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all recommendations without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Jinal was also amazing. X-rays aren’t my favourite, but she was so patient and sweet that she made the whole experience much easier. I truly feel like I’m in good hands here and have found a dental team I can trust. I would highly recommend Milton Dental Hub to anyone, especially if you have been anxious or putting off dental care for a long time.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for a new dentist closer by. After doing some research I came across Milton Dental Hub and the reviews were great and I can definitely see why. Great care and service provided on each of my visits, they pay attention to detail and take the time to explain things to you and answer all your questions and don’t judge your situation if you haven’t been to the dentist in a while, especially Dr. Magued, he was great, super nice and professional and addressed all my issues with precision while ensuring I was still comfortable. The hygienists and front desk admins are all also very nice and professional as well. Really happy with my decision to switch over to Milton Dental Hub.

Dr Shaker is a true professional, he's quick and explains everything as he's working, which helps ease any discomfort. Fantastic experience: I had said I will not clean my teeth again after today but I got in and I had a painless cleaning today with the white lady doctor, I forgot her name. Pardon me!! I had to book the next with her. My previous experiences where so painful I had to get freezing, even still I felt the pain pressure on my gum but today the doctor was so skilled and focused on cleaning my teeth without pressure on my gum and no freezing!! Negative experience: Overall friendly staff and a clean clinic. However, I had a bad experience with my tooth pain. After a cleaning, my front tooth became extremely sensitive. I specifically asked if I might need a root canal before the night guard scan. The dentist performed a cold test, I was in severe pain, but was told it was normal. I ended up needing to self-refer to an endodontist for an urgent root canal when the pain worsened. I called to cancel the night guard since a new crown would require a new scan, but they refused. When I returned for the permanent filling, a different dentist was impatient and dismissive to me. There’s no bedside manner and I don’t feel welcomed. I will pay for the night guard in January, but I will be switching clinics and would not recommend this place.

Negative experience: The clinic is clean, receptionist is nice, techs are nice too. Dont do Invisalign or braces here. But Dr. Sara was such a pain in the rear. I went here for an Invisalign consult and she greeted me with such a bad attitude. Not sure why she did not want to understand my situation at ALL and see what options we can do to get around it. Instead she was so stuck up and was even angry about a situation I can't control?? Go to Dr.Wong or doc braces, they're absolute gems over there and a minute away from he too. The way the Invisalign consult is done here is completely unprofessional. No scans, no overview of plan, no breakdown, no 3D representation. Other clinics will offer this. Maybe their other services are good, I'm not sure, the other reviews seem good. But for sure, not Invisalign or braces. My dentist even told me not to go here for Invisalign too lol.

Dr. Ramez Shaker carefully explained the cause of my toothache, reviewed my X-rays, and prescribed the right treatment — I recovered within days. He also guided me on preventive care and suggested regular cleaning. I then met Salmah Jinnah (Registered Dental Hygienist) for cleaning, and it was truly the best in my 15 years of regular cleanings. She explained everything in detail and did an outstanding job — my teeth felt fresh and spotless afterwards. Special thanks to Moushira Eskander (“Sherry”), the Office Manager, who was wonderful in helping us with appointment adjustments, billing details, and insurance guidance. Negative experience: I went in today for getting crown reattached to the implants. 2 days prior i clearly asked them if they could do it and they said yes. And told me the price 126 CAD. i went in today the dentist checked everything no infection or anything no xrays done, just used 1 mirror tool and refused to reattach that its better to get it done from where you got it earlier. If he couldn't do it why did he waste my time i could have gone else where. So basically he just consulted and charged me 120. How is that fair. Will never return

I am breastfeeding my 15mo and was concerned about the anesthesia passing in the milk - the doctor and the team was very helpful, helped me understand the drug dosage and its effects, guided me through potential work arounds and even accommodated me to a last minute appointment time that would make the whole process easier for me. I really appreciated that! The extraction was smooth, pain free and quick - I was in and out in less than an hour. Overall a great experience! Zana, Dr. Shaker dmDental Assistant was very knowledgeable, tentative, soft spoken and kept me informed of all the steps while having Xrays and other procedures as Dr.Shaker was examining. The dental hygienist was very professional, very gentle and kept me informed of every steps of the cleaning process and more. Cheryl the secretary very friendly and very professional and knowledgeable always available to answer your questions about insurance, cost, scheduling and cancelation at a timely manner and if Cheryl has to inquire further information Cheryl will get back to you and give you a answer. Negative experience: My family usually go to this clinic. However, the receptionist informed me over the phone prior to appointment in regards to insurance that everything is covered. Upon getting partial treatment done for one of my child, doctor had charged full amount for examination without fixing the issue and then told me to take the child to pediatric dentist. For the second child, they told me to come back again for second cavity filling, which is again inconvience for me and the child, and why did they book the appointment today and the work was not done completely? Summary is, be aware of the hidden costs and do get everything in written before getting your treatment start else you might be scammed as I just got! If the owner of this clinic can read my post, please do investigate. Thanks Updated Review – March 19, 2025 I visited the clinic today for my second daughter's treatment. Dr. Ramez Shaker, the owner and operator of this clinic, not only refused to provide treatment but also attempted to impose a condition requiring me to delete my previous Google review before even assessing my family. Furthermore, the initial treatment he provided was substandard, causing ongoing pain for my daughter, who has been continuously complaining since the procedure. Despite this previous poor experience, I chose to revisit the clinic to reassess the quality of service and address any doubts. However, Dr. Shaker's conduct remained unprofessional and aggressive toward me and my family. He dismissed my concerns and continuously harassed me with his inappropriate behavior. If the clinic staff is providing incorrect information to clients, the responsibility should not fall on the patient for the resulting negative experience. Due to these concerns, I will be formally escalating the matter to the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO). Based on my experience, I strongly advise against visiting this clinic.

Negative experience: We recently visited the clinic and we are disappointed because of lack of insurance predetermination prior to my wife's dental procedure which led to an unexpected out-of-pocket expense of $165. They should review their process for verifying the balance of insurance coverage before proceeding with treatments to avoid similar situation.

Fantastic experience: I am a long standing patient of Dr. Ramez and his team. My entire family comes to his clinic also. I recently got a new mouth guard from him. There were no issues with the bite or the guard not fitting properly. I have been using it regularly and not grinding my teeth any longer. A big thank you to Dr. Ramez and his team. Dr. Virani.

Sherry the office manager is always smiling, welcoming, and warm, which is a great lead in to a consistently positive experience. I had the best cleaning in my life by their expert dental hygienist Salimah, wow! Also had a wonderful session with x-rays and impressions by Zana, the dental assistant to Dr. Ramez, the primary dentist. His expert advice was greatly appreciated, and the entire clinic is very patient focused and is geared towards the improvement of their client's quality of life, not pushy sales. Everyone here is caring, kind, and compassionate. Best dentist's office in Milton, hands down!

Fantastic experience: I had a Root Canal procedure and it was a smooth one. The staff are so attentive and kind. All through the process the Dr was explaining every step he was taking as went along. Even though I was nervous and anxious he was able to calm me down and the process wasn't painful

Fantastic experience: The whole team is very patient and understanding. I have a fear going to the dentist due to constant teeth repair. I take good care of them and well my luck they need to be repaired all the time. Today I was anxious after booking my own emergency appointment and they saw that I was extremely nervous. They did such a great job and showed kindness, caring and patience that I was able to get through it.

Fantastic experience: So far my experience here has been awesome, and this is coming from a person with quite a bit of dental anxiety. :) The communication for setting up my initial appointment was helpful and efficient, and I was able to get some urgent work done asap which was great. The staff at the clinic are all extremely nice, polite, and professional. They were also able to bill to my insurance directly, which was a nice treat. My initial appointment was x-rays and fillings with Dr. Shaker; both he and his dental assistant were wonderful. My second appointment was a cleaning with Salimah, who was equally as wonderful. The humane patience all parties showed me in my state of anxiety with dental visits was amazing; this is typically a barrier to seeking regular dental care, so I feel a huge sense of relief now having found a clinic that gets it. Both Dr. Shaker and Salimah have a light hand with dental work, and this is obviously so pivotal to having a good experience as a patient. My teeth are quite sensitive, and while dental work can always feel uncomfortable - not once was I in pain. They were both reassuring, non-judgemental, and made me feel confident that I'm in the right hands with the upcoming dental work that I'll be having done here. From a person who has had some traumatic experiences at dental offices in the past lol, thank you all for being great at what you do. I actually look forward to getting, and keeping, my oral health in check.

Fantastic experience: Having just moved to Milton I was in need of a new dentist. I tried this place out based on reviews and I now see why everyone loves them. I’m terrified of the dentist but Dr. Shaker and his team are pros at what they do and are super warm and personable - putting me at ease. I had a cavity that a previous dentist had tried fixing a few times but always had a pain. Dr Shaker sorted it out in one go. His assistant is also so lovely. Salimah their hygienist is meticulous and made my teeth look spanking new. Sherri at reception is also wonderful and lovely. The clinic is clean. There is lots of parking and they are accommodating and open with communication. Keep it up guys!
