Fantastic experience: Update - 18-February-2026 I chipped a tooth recently, and they managed to fit me in between appointments—something I appreciated more than I can say. This office is special. The staff is genuinely kind, professional, and wonderfully accommodating. And Dr. Pappas is extraordinary: knowledgeable, gentle, precise, and so good at explaining everything that you always feel at ease. I’ve never had even a moment of pain in his care. Visits here feel calm and friendly, never stressful. A truly exceptional dental practice. Dr Pappas is truly one of a kind. Update - 28- January- 2026 I have excellent experiences at this dental office. The entire team is efficient, professional, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to deal with from start to finish. The dentist (Dr. Pappas) is outstanding—professional, clear, and incredibly skilled. He explains everything in easy‑to‑understand terms and performs procedures with remarkable precision and absolutely no pain. He is truly incredible and second to none. The dental hygienist (Melody) is equally exceptional. The cleaning process is thorough, gentle, and completely painless. I’m able to relax the entire time, which says a lot about the level of care and comfort they provide. Overall, an excellent dental practice that consistently delivers top‑tier care. From the front desk staff most familiar with Gabrielle and Marlene to the hygienists I have nothing but positive things to say super friendly atmosphere. Since everyone is great and I don't want to leave any names out I will mention my most recent visit where I had teeth cleaning done by Sara where she displayed soft hands and good attention to detail this is coming from someone dealing with a bit of tooth sensitivity no discomfort at all. I also booked a 2 week follow up visit which is today for a tooth filling done by Dr. Lee and assistant Amanda a very highly skilled team very fast and efficient nothing but high praises; Dr. Lee very thorough in explaining the work being done finds a way to keep the experience enjoyable from beginning to end. In short you can forget about the old school fear of visiting a dentist. If you want a spa treatment for your teeth visit Southview Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at Southview Dental today and it was such a great experience! Dr. Anca Lungu did my exam and cleaning in impeccable French, which made me feel right at home. The clinic is spotless and the whole team is so friendly and welcoming—you can tell they’re happy to be there and happy you are too. I felt completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. I found my dentist for a long time. Price was also reasonable and they didn’t try to up sale me or force unnecessary treatments on me!

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous for my wisdom tooth extraction but Dr Papas and his assistant were both so nice and comforting. I brought headphone but really didn’t need them because the procedure was like 10 mins long and I felt so dumb stressing over it. I didn’t even feel anything (not even the pressure) and literally had to ask if we are done because I was disbelief. Anyways Dr Papas is amazing!

Negative experience: Were all right until one hygienist I hadn't had prior chipped the bonding off one of my teeth while cleaning. The dentist then had me waste my time coming back to "fix" the issue and decided it would be a good idea to grind down the tooth in question such that it looks bad. No accountability.

My first visit to Southview Dental was for a consult only but upon completion i knew i had found the right office for me. Dr Papas was incredibly understanding, and presented a plan I was very happy with. His assistant Angela patiently went over details, preliminary costs, set up future appointments and provided some important docs. The front office as well as the dental office were immaculate. The front line staff were very friendly. It was definitely my lucky day.

Fantastic experience: I have a horrendous case of dental anxiety, but since switching to Dr. Papas, I have been mustering up the courage to go to every annual appointment. Very understanding staff, extremely accommodating, and a pleasant experience. Truly an expert and professional in his field. Additionally, the hygienist’s are professional and gentle, which make it easy to come in for cleanings. 11/10. Strongly recommend this dentistry, particularly if you suffer from dental anxiety.

Negative experience: I’m normally very happy with the service I receive from Southview but this time I feel quite annoyed about the pricing. I was charged $41.00 for the hygienist to touch my jaw and and feel all around. If I had known this would be charged I would have not allowed it. I’m quite capable of checking my own jaw for free if I do feel any pain I would visit my dr. I had mentioned to the hygienist that if it is covered by insurance then I will take it, If not then no thank you as it comes out of my own pocket. You should be more upfront about your pricing let the customer decide if they want the service rather than just go ahead and do it.
