Fantastic experience: Had a great experience getting and finishing my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Rana. My results were shockingly good and only took around a year and a half to complete the treatment. I had very bad crowding in my lower jaw but the difference is night and day now. I'm definitely satisfied with my results.

My whole family has been treated by Dr. Rana — from root canals, cavities, Invisalign, and cosmetic work to even an accidental broken tooth. Everything is available at her clinic, including cleaning, implants, scaling, high tech and Panaromic X-ray, wisdom tooth extractions, etc., which makes it a complete and convenient dental care centre. It’s also one of the cleanest clinics in Canada. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. Hygienists are very experienced and nice. Her assistant, Fahima, is also very kind, friendly, and treats patients like family, making every visit comfortable. Dr. Rana treats her patients like a friend, taking the time to answer every question with patience and care. She is also a true perfectionist. She never lets anything go until it meets the highest standard or the patient’s exact requirement — especially when it comes to braces or Invisalign. Receptionists are a bit sassy and can be rude at points, please make sure to check how much coverage your insurance has left because receptionists will not tell you and then pull out the bill. I hope they can learn to be kinder and compassionate.

Negative experience: Doctors are good and I like the treatment .However, admin does not handle the payment of the treatment properly. Doctor or admin team does not explain the procedure cost, if it will be covered by insurance or not. The procedure is done and then they ask us to pay the big amount. We, as patients expect clinic to explain the procedure expenses clearly before so that we are aware of the expenses and will pay willingly. This is the second time that i was not aware of the uncovered amount from insurance for the treatment and they asked me to pay. I suggest please be careful and make sure expenses are clearly explained instead of getting surprises later.

Recently I had the Zoom whitening treatment with Anna and she had made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. Her knowledge and kindness made my decision on starting treatment extremely easy and with a peace of mind that I would be taken care of well. All the staff at Trillliant will give you much care and welcomeness from as soon as you open the door, from the receptionists, treatment coordinator, dental assistants and hygienists. I’ve tried different dental offices in the past but Trilliant is one that not only myself but my family will continue to go to and have our treatment done by them, and I would recommend other people to come as well. Fantastic experience: Our family has been taken care of Trilliant Dentistry for years now and we’re very happy with the great care and service they gave us. Our dentist, Dr. Rana Mahmoud had taken great care of all of our familly and she did an amazing job. She’s very knowledgeable, professional and caring. Me and my daughter had our dental appointment last week and the assessment and cleaning that was done was amazing. My hygienist Anna was very thorough and knowledgeable. Our youngest child is not in the mood to come for the appointment but all the receptionists and hygienist, really did great in making her comfortable, happy and at ease with the care they did. The next day I went for my wisdom tooth extraction and Dr. Shevket did an awesome job in doing the procedure. I didn’t expect it to be that fast and be done in less than 7 mins. Since he started giving the anesthesia,which is the only very tiny pain I felt, and I didn’t realize the tooth is already out. After care instructions were thoroughly given. I had an amazing post procedure experience. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I would greatly recommend this dental place. Me and my family are all grateful to all of the doctors, hygienists and staff of Trilliant Dentistry for all the care that they do. They’re not just giving service but they give it with tender loving care. Cheers!!

Negative experience: I’ve been going to this clinic for 5 years. I’ve usually appreciated the care and kindness of the hygienists, but have found the dentist rude and unnecessarily harsh. We were especially disappointed with my 2.5yo daughter’s first appointment. Despite past hygienists reassuring me that her first visit would be an easy going introduction to dentistry, it was very rushed and lacked empathy or understanding for her discomfort or tears. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back for me and we will be finding another dentist for future cleanings.

Negative experience: The few times I’ve been here have all been terrible experiences. The front desk receptionists have absolutely ZERO customer service skills. They’re rude, upcharge and do not have compassion at all. This is by far the worst dentist I’ve ever been to due to the customer service and the manger is even more rude than the secretaries.
