Negative experience: I went to get my teeth checked and my tooth needed a filling and they did a terrible job on this filling, left a gap in between my teeth. This was correctly done by a different dentist not from Saskatoon. People need to travel for dental work and this is what you do, do a better job. I guess standards of practice are not the same in different countries. They just wanted me to go back because it would be under warranty and then they're able to Bill another fee for service for doing this just abusing the system with insurance

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with my appointment with registered dental hygienist Zohra. Cleaning was quite quick and comfortable. Also I got a few great advices how to take care of my teeth and gums. She is friendly and professional. Update Jan 2026: Dr. Kiran Tiwana is an exceptional dentist—very careful, meticulous, and truly dedicated to providing high-quality treatment. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and never rushes through procedures, which really builds trust and confidence as a patient. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the outcome is the best possible. I highly recommend Dr. Tiwana to anyone looking for thoughtful, thorough, and professional dental care.

The entire staff was excellent — from the reception desk to the assistants and the doctor who performed the extraction. Everyone was very kind, patient, and respectful, and they took the time to explain the entire procedure to me despite the limitations of my English. I am very grateful to the staff for their professionalism, warmth, and kindness. The dental clinic has beautiful murals, is comfortable, and everything was visibly clean, sanitized, and impeccable. Fantastic experience: Awesome experience here at West 14 Dental!! New to the city and they made the process of finding a dentist super easy! I booked online and they called within the day to confirm my appointment. They also made it super easy to coordinate appointment times with me and my partner so we could go at the same time Very happy with the service, especially from our hygienist Zohra! She was awesome, very personable and good at her job. She answered any questions or concerns we had and was very knowledgable. She put a TV on overhead during my cleaning which helped take my mind off it and she left my teeth feeling so clean! She also gave us each an electric toothbrush compared to the traditional toothbrush which was so nice. She made sure to talk to us using our names which made us feel super welcome and valued. The front desk staff also made direct billing a breeze and helped me understand the process a lot better. They explained my insurance coverages and they give options depending on what fits in your budget. They also have payment plans that you can set up if you max out your coverage. Definitely recommend!

The staff is also very welcoming and accommodating. I’m not a big fan of getting my teeth done but if you’re looking for a reason to go, this place is definitely the one.

Negative experience: Avoid DrLinda Grant like the plague! This person does unnecessary root canal's simply for the money, she did root canal's on both of my young children's teeth, one of which has now become infected. She should have her dental license revoked!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this clinic for around 6 months and this review is very long overdue. The best dental experience I’ve had in the city hands down. Extremely nice reception staff, hygienists, dentists, the whole lot. Very easy to get bookings especially on short notice for anything from cleanings to extractions. Dr. Ankita is fantastic and I’ve never had such a balance of efficient, effective, and painless work from a dentist. I’d highly recommend this clinic for young children, anxious patients, or emergencies, they have never disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have booked appointment online. Within 24 hours I booked, they have phoned me to confirm my appointment and prepare my first visit. When I arrived, I have filled out a list for my personal information and provided insurance information(if applicable). The front desk service is very polite and being patient to help everyone who comes in. Very nice place with clear and clean indoor, somehow it is little bit small waiting area for customers. It is little bit crowded when rush time comes. Facilities are pretty new and maintain in great condition. If anyone needs to have dental work or examination, I would recommend this location.

Fantastic experience: My normal dentist wasn’t able to see me until 2 weeks. West14 was able to fit me in the next day after I inquired. I was having a bad toothache that needed a root canal. My wisdom tooth needed to be extracted, and while I was initially referred to an oral surgeon with a 9-month wait, the receptionist believed Dr. Takra could help—and she was right. He assessed me and was able to remove the tooth, saving me time, pain, and over $1,000. Renae was so kind and supportive throughout the procedure—she even offered to hold my hand! Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of finding this gem of a clinic and Im so glad I did. Everyone there is amazing and provides great service and a warm positive environment. I went in for just a consultation but I actually got my root canal done at the spot from Dr.Bedi and he is actually God gifted; I did not feel a pinch and I was pretty scared. Manisha working with the dr was superb providing all the information needed and making sure to provide a positive environment. I would actually be coming to this clinic even if I move elsewhere. Fantastic experience: Had a great appointment with Dr Takra but he was away for this visit. Was scheduled with Dr Chakarvarty and she was just as patient and understanding as I have a bad gag reflex. Will definitely see her again! Had my teeth cleaned as well and the Hygienist Zohra was just as incredible. Very friendly and made the visit go by so fast. Can’t wait to go back!
