Negative experience: They only take so many first Nation at once. Now if that is not racism I don't know what is. So if your insured by nhib do not call them and I will be reporting them

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic dental professionals. Excellent with nervous children, they put everyone at ease!

Negative experience: Shady billing practices, ended up costing me way more for cleanings because of the way they tried to bill my insurance. Also did not communicate that insurance declined some of the charges. When I called to complain, they refused to fix it, and discharged me from their practice.

Negative experience: Terrible service, I was told by two diff staff my cleaning is 100% covered made sure to ask multiple times, they said yes 100% covered then when I went to leave they say only 85% covered, so frustrating, never will go back

Fantastic experience: I have been here five times now, with a sixth visit in the near future. For cleanings and fillings. We have not been to the dentist in many years and definitely was worried about being judged for having left our dental health for too long. But we did not feel that. And we are super happy with our trips. Dental work is never fun for anyone but I have no complaints. The first filling I went to I was a bit confused with the process. It was not what I have received in the past, the next time everything was explained to me as it was happening and I super appreciated that. Everything is clean and tidy and well organized. I would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful to Northside Dental Clinic for accommodating me last minute when I was experiencing pain and my regular dentist was unavailable. Dr. Frame and her assistant, Ann, were exceptional—ensuring I was comfortable, working efficiently, and delivering perfect results. The front desk staff were lovely, and the clinic itself is clean and modern. I highly recommend this dental office and Dr. Frame—she was fantastic!

Negative experience: I never leave reviews, but this experience was so unbelievably bad that people need to be warned. I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews, are they written by bots or do people just have zero standards for dental care? My experience was absolutely awful. The front desk staff acted like I was inconveniencing them by existing, the wait time was ridiculous, and the dentist was so rushed I barely got a word in before they started poking around like I was a science experiment. On top of that, they tried to push expensive procedures I didn’t need. If you enjoy being treated like garbage and overcharged for the privilege, this is the place for you. Otherwise, run.

Negative experience: I was shocked at how expensive this place is compared to other dentists in the area. On top of that, my appointment felt rushed, and the dentist barely explained what was going on. I left feeling like just another number rather than a valued patient.

Negative experience: Do better to provide safe practice. All dentist/dental hygienists should be wearing n95s and rooms equipped with HEPA filter given the aerosol generating procedures that happen in dental care result in the spray of droplets and the closeness of which the procedures take place. It is sad that even after patient raised that they have immune compromised family member living with them that you did not take precautions or even offer to wear N95 masks. N95s are cheap now a days and readily available PPE and you should have HEPA filters. This should not be too much to ask.

Fantastic experience: Edit: Felt the need to come back and edit to re-iterate just how great this place is. They've taken incredible care of me over the past few years. From check-in to check-out their entire process is friendly, efficient, and professional. Very clean and modern office, even has a play area with tablets loaded with games for kids to use. They take the time to explain things and they cast no judgement. I honestly can't think of a single area that needs improvement. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable dentists and hygienists - a well oiled machine. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Incredible service. My husband needed a tooth pulled and he works away as a lineman so he is only available on Fridays. We had terrible service from another dentist in the city so when I called northside dental I was nervous I’d get the same. But the service was incredible. They got him in right away and pulled the tooth. They treated us with respect. Highly recommend this place.

Negative experience: Save yourself the tooth ache and go somewhere else. I went to this clinic with a sore tooth, they told me that I needed a procedure and scheduled an apt to come back at a later date and sent me home with a prescription & pain killers. Come to find out the misdiagnosed my issue. Over the weekend the pain continued and ended up at the hospital. Followed up with the dentist on Monday where they dismissed the symptoms of nausea, insomnia & continued tooth pain, they reassessed the issue and said it was out of the scope of their capabilities and referred me to a specialist with a 3 month wait. After leaving my wife called to inquire about the best way to move forward and inquired about seeking out a different dentist with more Experience in hopes of getting quicker help. Due to the lack of due diligence they advised an oral surgeon was the only option. Later that day I got a message that because my wife questioned their capabilities I could no longer be a patient. Fast forward to another trip to the hospital due to their response. We decided to inquire throught a more experience dentist and come to find out it was a case where their practitioners could not do the procedure but was something that could be done in office. This clinic not only put my health in jeopardy being a type 1 diabetic and not able to hold down or consume food due to the tooth issues. Instead of giving a transparent answer that the procedure could be done else where they simply told me I could no longer be a patient because of my wife’s inquiry. Will also be reporting this Incident to the dental society.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the hygienists, dentists, and receptionists are super friendly. Dr. Frame is calming and takes the time to talk about treatment options in a client-focused way. I drive from the Southside because I love it here so much.

Fantastic experience: My daughters had their first appointment yesterday, and they haven’t stopped talking about how amazing it was! My 7-year-old, who has always been anxious about the dentist, left feeling excited and can’t stop telling everyone how wonderful her new dentist is. It’s such a relief to see her so at ease after struggling with fear for so long. Switching to this office was the best decision—we’re already seeing such a huge difference! Negative experience: Staff are un knowledgeable and rude. While in the waiting area I overheard the staff at the counter talking inappropriately about a customer with anxiety. This put a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be returning. I heard stories from friends and I should have listened. Please consider any other dentist office….

Fantastic experience: After having a tooth pulled in December I decided to get a bridge to fill the gap. This involved two appointments. The first was the longest, just over 2 hours. Dr. Adam Bishop and his assistant Anne made me very comfortable during the process. No pain at all. Had the bridge installed yesterday which is actually 3 crowns. Fit seems to be perfect! So far so good. Would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: This dental office is wonderful with my kids but I’ve been a little disappointing by the care I receive. I had a chipped tooth and they fixed it with a filling that didn’t match the colour of my teeth, the new part of my tooth is so miss shaped that It sticks out and I am unable to floss properly. I had made an appointment for some fillings weeks in advance, my boyfriend had requested that time off to stay home with the kids and the day before the appointment, I was sent a voicemail saying they had changed my appointment to accommodate another patient. I’m shocked that a professional office would treat a patient this way, I’m still trying to figure out why the other patient is more important. I called to advise them I’d be switching dentists and that this is completely inappropriate to do.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and modern clinic with competent staff. I've swich clinic to get a 2nd opinion there. I was told the facts, the risk, and the options available to me. Which was more transparency than I saw at other places. I decided to switch me and my entire familly to Northside Dental Clinic. All my experiences with them have been good since. Recently, Dr Frame did a filling for me and it was the first time in my life I can say the entire procedure was absolutely painless. (Not that they told me it would be, but it was) Very skilled and knowledgeable.

Negative experience: During my last experiences with this dental office, I couldn't shake the feeling that I might be taken advantage of. On my most recent visit, they attempted to impose a $100 cancellation fee despite I called them the next morning to retain my appointment. Despite my earnest request, they remained unyielding in their pursuit of this fee. Furthermore, I requested a copy of my patient chart, but it took them well over a month to fulfill this simple request, and when they finally did, it only contained the X-ray. Regrettably, these incidents led me to discontinue my association with them, and I have no intentions of returning.

Dr. McLean and his team the best dentist and hygenist team in a state of the art dental practice. Highly recommended to several friends and colleagues. Perfect work! Great location (at a 4 way traffic light), plentiful parking and wheelchair accessible single story with wide hallways and dedicated accessibility ♿ spot. * followup ... I have some 30 year old crowns with issues. Excellent resolution to a problem that I believed was impossible. Another save by Dr. Travis and his team at a good price! *** partial plate is still great, hygienists very helpful and instructed me in proper maintenance via "harp" floss picks and proxibrushes. Never felt better. Minor cavity filled in 5 minutes. Great service from Dr. Travis and his team. Halloween appointment was in full costume on the front end! Very helpful and cheerful.

Fantastic experience: I called here at 9am in extreme pain from an infected wisdom tooth. Not only did they take me in same day in the afternoon, but they examined me, got me set up with a prescription and a referral for the oral surgeon in a half hour. Best dentist experience, thank you staff and dentist! I feel so much better
