Fantastic experience: Switched my dental care to Lighthouse based on a friend's recommendation and I'm very glad I did. First visit was great. Dr. Sidhu is very approachable and I appreciated the attention to detail as he carefully addressed all my concerns. CDA Alina was very kind and made sure I was always comfortable in the chair. My hygienist Sandy was super friendly and she did a great job handling my sensitive teeth and was very informative with her hygiene tips. I can tell Lighthouse really has their patients' best interests at heart.

Fantastic experience: Been to my fair share of dental offices, and Lighthouse Dental is by far the best. From the moment you walk in, the team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about your comfort. The space is calm and modern, the staff is incredibly attentive, and my teeth have never felt cleaner. They actually take the time to explain what they’re doing, check in often, and even take the instruments out of your mouth so you can answer their questions . You never feel rushed or talked at. If you’re even slightly anxious about going to the dentist, this is the place. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Negative experience: I've never had to leave a dentist before because they were so...annoying? The in-chair visit is endless chattering about their kids & every summer activity they did. I was frequently texted asking if I randomly wanted to come in early due to others'cancelations...I requested to be removed from that list because normal people with jobs can't just randomly come in to the dentist unplanned. A few months later as next appt. approached I was being texted again asking if I wanted to come in the next morning...no?! Very bizarre way to run a business. Office staff was nice though, and I guess it's a fine place if you're a person who doesn't work, likes random dentist visits, and loves hearing about others' kids for an hour ‍♀️

Dr. Sidhu was equally thorough and informative during the examination. Both of them showed great attention to detail and genuine care for their patients. When I came in for a cleaning, my hygienist took the time and effort to walk me through each step she was doing so I understand what every scan was for and how this information would be used. I am so glad I came here to Langley from Chilliwack. The dentist, Dr Gurpreet Sidhu is great and so is all the staff I have met over the months I’ve been coming here. They answer questions, give explanations, are professional and are very helpful. My front tooth was missing and today I just had a bridge installed. It looks beautiful. I always feel comfortable asking any questions I have, and I always receive clear and helpful answers. It’s clear that the clinic truly values its patients. The doctor takes plenty of time and care during each appointment to make sure everything is done thoroughly and professionally. I’ve received lots of useful advice on how to properly take care of my teeth and gums — and they’re much healthier now because of it! The girls at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure every visit is smooth and comfortable. Fantastic experience: I’m a super anxious person when it comes to dental work - like I’ve taken sedation for basic cavities in the past. I needed a new dental office after a decade with my previous dentist when their hours reduced. I heard good things about Lighthouse and I can confirm it’s true and they’re great. Dr.Sidhu is kind but also doesn’t baby me too much, their equipment is super state of the art and the staff overall is amazing. I’ve gone through crown replacements and an implant here and it’s all been really good. Highly recommend!

Selina is an exceptional hygienist- no pain and so patient. I have very sensitive teeth and gums and the experience was stress and pain free. Fantastic experience: (Update) I went for my first dental procedure after many years, my phobia kept me from getting desperately needed dental work. This team is stellar! Truly! I wanted to be put under so that I didn't have to hear the sound of grinding sounds on my teeth, the thought of it makes me writhe. Their oral sedation method works perfectly, I was out for most, if not all of the procedure. I have a lot more dental work to do, but I know now that I'll be alright. Thanks to the whole team, you're all amazing. Hygienist, receptionist, dentist. I'll have a nice smile again. PS. I wish they had a Gold star, instead of just five stars for reviews (First review) I have a pretty severe phobia of grinding sounds on my teeth, so much so that I let me teeth get very bad before I could finally get myself in the dentist seat. I left feeling way better, especially knowing that they'll use oral sedation. The doc and all the staff there made me feel almost at home, like sitting and chatting with friends. Calm environment too. I'm going to have nice teeth again, so I'm grateful to have found them.

Negative experience: I had such high hopes for this dental office. In the short time I went there I spent quite a bit of money and had a few things done. I had a filling done on one of my back teeth, It's yellow and spackled (not smooth) looks terrible, it was a horrible job! I went in a second time as I complained it wasn't done well, and still left with a horrible looking filling. I honestly can't believe that this dentist is so highly reviewed, yet this was the work provided. Very frustrating. The office is stunning and the staff are kind and professional but I have no idea what went wrong with the Dr's work.
