Fantastic experience: I would like to give a big thank you to a very professional Dr. Kennedy and the amazingly compassionate staff at Smile Solutions White Rock location. I needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and the staff booked me in right away, Dr. Kennedy explained everything to me so I felt comfortable proceeding with the extraction. The procedure was done in a timely manner with very little pain. Thank you very much to everyone involved.

Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with how this clinic handled my situation. I missed two appointments during an extremely difficult period, dealing with emergencies and learning that a close family member had cancer. It was a rough year, and self-care understandably fell behind. When I finally felt ready to prioritize my health again and reached out to reschedule, I was told they could no longer accept me as a patient. There was no compassion or willingness to understand life circumstances, just a rigid, black-and-white policy. I truly liked this clinic and their care, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that policies matter more to them than the human experience behind missed appointments. While I understand policies are important, I was hoping for a bit more compassion and understanding. Life doesn’t always fit neatly into rules, and this experience felt very impersonal. The lack of empathy left a lasting impression.

She took care of my dental concerns, they explained everything I needed to know in a very kind and thorough manner though this was her first time seeing me being a new patient, I took her advise and my pain went away in less than 24hours no surgery or destructive procedures needed. Staff and Dental Assistant were amazing and welcoming. They have a huge Dental Clinic with nice professional looking reception area. I have since registered my entire family to this Dental Clinic.

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff and reasonable prices extremely clean environment and both of the dentists are very personable and nice. There’s usually ample parking behind the building unfortunately you do have to pay, but it’s not that much and it’s not the business’s fault. It is White Rock. Most of the dentist tend to overcharge, but these guys have been very considerate as I do not have benefits. I brought my grandma here, my husband, and a lot of my friends all of which have said that they like this place very much. Not to mention, it’s very rare that the medical receptionists are personable and nice these days lol makes a big difference! :)
