Negative experience: Did $7000+ worth of cosmetic work on my teeth here years ago, but the post treatment retainer etc screwed up my jaw and bite and undid all years of work to fix my smile. Now they want another $8000 to fix their mistakes. Moving to another dentist. Done with these guys.

Fantastic experience: While the CT scanner had a glitch during my exam, it was quickly rectified. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend. Dentists and technicians very competent and caring. Dr. Rahim is very good at explaining everything and why he thinks it should proceed in a certain manner. I recently had a molar extraction that required bone grafting and it was all quite painless and went excellently. Again recommended.

The team is knowledgeable and spent time with me explaining their recommendations and providing me with options. The space is clean, modern and up to date with the latest technology. Fantastic experience: I came to this clinic after having a horrible and traumatic experience at Allard Dental Centre also in Walnut Grove. Do not go to that clinic if you are looking for a dentist in Walnut grove. I have come to the conclusion that Sage Dental is the best dental clinic in Walnut grove. I saw Dr. Kara and Amanda for my new patient exam and I was very impressed with Dr. Kara’s honesty and transparency. He even used the phrasing, “if you chose to go with us” which felt very humble and showed me that he wants to get clients from the quality of his work and not by trying to pressure clients. Tiffeny did a wonderful and thorough job for my cleaning, X-rays and general health and dental history. Dr. Sran and Bri did a very good job at making a temporary crown to fix the work that Allard Dental Centre had destroyed. Dr. Sran and Bri worked very well together as a team and Dr. Sran hand crafted a very nice temporary crown that looks just as good as a lab created crown.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience, as someone that hated the dentist from previous offices I was thoroughly surprised and I am looking forward to my next visit. Friendly staff and it doesn’t smell like a dentist office which is a bonus.

Positive experience: Roberta who did my cleaning is always awesome! Had never been to this location and met other staff who were courteous and professional. Was a very busy day so my cleaning took place in a room generally used for surgeries. Perhaps this does not happen all the time but not ideal for staff trying to go their jobs efficiently.

Fantastic experience: I went there for new dentures. The Titusville office. Don't go anywhere else!! My old dentures were worn down but wanted to keep the same teeth. Dr. Farag devised a way to completely duplicate the new ones to my old smile! Also they are Light strong, minimal. And sharp First time in 60 years I have felt almost like my own teeth instead of a mouthful of hardware. Go doc! Have been telling everyone I know

Fantastic experience: ‏I visited Sage smile centre yesterday for a consultation regarding Invisilign and I’m deeply impressed with the whole experience. ‏The consultation itself was incredibly comprehensive. The dentist took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and bite, explained all the potential treatment options in detail, and answered every question I had with patience and clarity and I never felt rushed.

Fantastic experience: I came upon this office as they took over my regular dentist office. I was nervous about losing my dentist of 20 plus years but I had nothing to be worried about. They have been amazing and I am not the easiest patient. I had a major dental issue and was sent to their main office which is just a block away. I have been beyond pleasantly surprised at the quality of the work and the ease of using them. I would highly recommend. Today I had my regular dental cleaning there as they were still finishing up my implants. It was a breeze and I do not like cleanings at all as my teeth are sensitive. I would highly recommend this office

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience at Sage Dental! Had my first crown done by Dr.Kara and I am so happy with it! I was nervous to get it done and thought maybe I could wait a bit longer, but he informed me there was some decay that was under the old amalgam which was not detectable on the xray. Glad I went with the recommendation and avoided a possible problem down the road! He also repaired a chip on my front tooth with a filling and it looks (and feels) amazing! Kat and Amanda took great care of me and Elyse did my freezing with absolute precision. Everyone on the team is professional and incredibly skilled. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental care :)

However, the dentists Dr. Aarman Rahim & his team at Sage Dental made all the difference. They took the time to explain the entire procedure to me, addressing all my questions and concerns. I genuinely appreciated how they prioritized my comfort throughout the process, checking in with me regularly to ensure I was doing okay. Additionally, I wanted to give a special shout-out to the dental hygienist Tiffeny who cleaned my teeth. She was thorough and efficient, yet gentle and caring. Negative experience: I was a patient of Sage Dental about 4-5 years ago. I stopped going after a horrendous experience with Dr. Maria Tugbang. Firstly, her punctuality was almost always an issue as she was consistently 20-30 minutes behind schedule and I would be sitting in the dentist chair wasting my time until she finally showed up. She would also seem to choose unnecessary and expensive treatments, like regular follow up appointments with herself after hygienist cleanings, so I would have to pay a fee for the cleaning and another fee for seeing her. The worst experience was when I was considering getting veneers. Dr. Tugbang initially recommended that I get some orthodontic work to correct the relapse that had occurred since I had braces, which made sense. But then during a visit, she changed her tune and asked me how much the orthodontist was going to charge me. I told her $1500. And then she said, "rather than giving $1500 to the orthodontist, why don't you give me the money instead and rather than moving the tooth back into it's correct position with braces, I'll just grind away most of the tooth and put a cap on it to make it look like it's in the right position"?! Now, I'm not a dentist, but intuitively that does not sound like a good idea. It does however sound like a very self-interested and greedy move by a so-called health care professional who wants to make some extra money by recommending a procedure that honestly sounds harmful. She was also contradicting her own previous advice. I told her that her suggestion was not what she recommended last time, and she suddenly became incredibly rude and defensive in her reply, so much so that the hygienists present were noticeably alarmed and were actively trying to perform damage control. I was visibly angry and the receptionist told me there was no charge for the visit and suggested that perhaps I would consider seeing Dr. Kara instead, (who apparently had just purchased the clinic from Dr Tugbang). I declined. Anyway, I realize that "Dr." Tugbang has retired from dentistry, (good riddance), and will thankfully no longer be offering quack advice for her own financial gain. I sincerely hope Dr. Kara is a more scrupulous professional going forward. I just had to get this off my chest by writing this review, and will most likely delete it later so it doesn't affect the ratings for the new owner of Sage.

Fantastic experience: Visited Dr Rahim for a second opinion on my highly rated provider. They took my fears (anxiety) and concerns (spiralling) very seriously. They took their time and did not rush and were gentle which as someone with previous childhood trauma means the world who as a grown man would cry and shake at the dentist. After this experience I decided to fully change to their clinic. During a cleaning it was the same experience. I'm quite pleased with their facilities as well; they have headphones to help with the noise and their office is tidy and has state of the art technology to show you the issue in depth. Dr. Rahim always goes into detail about what causes the issue, how it can be treated through different methods and whether it's a concern or not. I appreciate his explanations.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit yesterday, and right afterwards called a friend to say "I'M IN LOVE with my new dental centre!" Everyone was very kind and welcoming, very thorough and honest and open, and also reassuring that yes, I do have options to get that nice smile I've been after for so many years! I FELT HEARD! :) :) :)
