The staff is kind, patient, and understanding, and they always take the time to explain every step of the procedure so I know exactly what’s happening. That really helped calm my mind and made the whole experience much easier. The dentists are gentle, thorough, and truly care about how you’re feeling during the appointment. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed here, just supported and respected. I’m so grateful to have found a dental office that understands patients with anxiety and goes above and beyond to make sure we’re at ease. They are amazing with children as well. Fantastic experience: I recently visited Airport Height Dental, and honestly, I went in scared but came out smiling like I just won a lottery. Dr. Sanjay was super friendly — the kind of dentist who explains everything calmly while you sit there wondering if your teeth have betrayed you. The staff was also amazing, so polite and helpful that I almost forgot I was in a dental clinic and not a hotel lobby. Overall, great experience — no pain, no stress, and definitely no trauma. Fantastic experience: As per usual, highly professional, very safe environment. The counter techs are great to deal with but I dearly love seeing my Hygenist, Amanda. She is knows her craft so well, and is the sweetest, but on top of all that, she makes you feel like family. It’s never a chore to go to my dental office, and I highly Reccomend, if in the market, for a new hygienist or dentist, give them a call.

Fantastic experience: They have been my go to dentist for the last 10 years. Today I had a filling. In and out in 30 minutes flat. Amazing service as always. This place is top notch.

Negative experience: It’s fine for a mistake, we all understand. But it’s unacceptable to blame patients while refusing to see the truth. Better management can be applied. I made an appointment for exam and cleaning with the reception, the same day morning, they called me to reschedule, I agreed. But when I arrived, they told me it's only exam was booked, the reception couldn't find my appointment for cleaning. I didn't mind to make another reschedule, but her impatient attitude made me stay away from there. will cancel all the appointments for my families.

Fantastic experience: I came to the practice on a Thursday with pain and was immediately given a first visit. The practice team organized a second appointment for my treatment even though their schedule was full. Thanks to the team. The doctor Dr. Bommu Sanjay was very sensitive and I had no pain during the treatment. A really very good practice. Many thanks for the help.

Negative experience: The staff are doing an excellent job; however, this clinic charges significantly more than what is covered by insurance, including the Canadian Dental Care Plan for low-income individuals. The additional out-of-pocket costs are quite high.

Negative experience: So unfortunate, i had been going to the same dentist Dr. Manvi, for some time. My filling has not been properly filled after many attempts, and I got the run around with why I couldn't get my tooth extraction that I booked the appointment for that day, as i got the answers a long time ago from the same dentist. I was told the anesthetic dont work for me. That is a complete lie. It was all exuses, they didnt know how to properly put the plastic in my mouth for an x ray. I'm glad i had a witness. I'll never be back. Edit to add: I went to a different dentist, and my tooth, in fact, does not need to be extracted.

Fantastic experience: Very nice receptionists, excellent assistants and hygienists, and Dr. Manvi is fantastic. Awesome communication and compassion from everyone at Airport Heights Dental. I have a fear of dentists due to past experiences in childhood and early adulthood- but this clinic is by far the best I've been to. They explain everything to you, let you ask questions, make you feel safe and respected, and they are very good at what they do. Myself, my kids, and my husband all go here, 10/10 recommend Airport Heights Dental.

Fantastic experience: I just recently had my first appointment at this dental clinic (I'd been going to another clinic my whole life, but they were booked months down the road and couldn't fit me in for some recent, acute pain in my tooth). I called this clinic and was able to get an appointment for the very next day. Dr. Sanjay was very thorough, friendly, and explained everything going on and what steps we should take to address my issues. Negative experience: Dental work was great. Administration was not good. I made an appointment for a checkup and when I got there I expected a cleaning but they said I would need a different appointment for that, and they had booked me for an “emergency exam”. They got me in later in the day for a cleaning. Any time in the past when I have made a dental appointment, I haven’t had an issue like that. The bill also didn’t make sense. There was a 1) total amount, 2) credit, and 3) you pay. So for some reason they billed me for the credit amount and not for the you pay amount, which makes no sense. On top of that they made an error with my wife’s birthday despite me entering it correctly on their form and telling them again directly at the front desk. So they gave me documents to submit to insurance myself. I only noticed the birthday error when I got home. I called them to submit the claim to insurance again with the correct birthday. Then they sent me documents with the incorrect birthday and tell me I need to pay extra. Total nightmare. Please avoid this place and save yourself time and multiple headaches.
